Description

He is comparatively short in stature, and has a slender build. Don't let his compact appearance fool you, however. He can tear up a thing or two.

Personality

Charlie has quite a mean streak. Then again, if someone placed a muzzle on you, you might feel the same way. Lacking the ability to speak with a protective (for the staff) mask over his mouth, he has become quite the extroverted individual in terms of body language and facial expressions. However, he mostly keeps these things to himself and stares into space, eyes devoid of emotion.
He shares a cell with Kyle, and has become quite protective over him.

Equipment

The serum that the scientists dreamt up for him has given him the ability to force beings to do almost anything with his voice. For example, simply uttering "sleep tight" can send the opposing person into a deep sleep. This ability, of course, can be much more lethal, hence the muzzle placed over his mouth.

History

Named for being project C (or the 3rd in progression) when there were still only enough experiments to name through the alphabet. (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, and so forth..)

When his ability first came to sight, the scientists were absolutely overwhelmed with excitement. However, he had also realized the things he was able to do with his power and very nearly escaped, destroying many in progress serums (including the ones like his own) in the process. He was finally sedated, however, and placed in a carefully watched cell with Kyle, a muzzle placed on him to subdue any further outbreaks.
