Introduction
Hallie always dreamed of joining a band. Her love of music drove her there and her singing ability kept her there. Now her chance is coming up to finally meet with the agent for a big record company: Careless. The problem is he's expecting a band. NOT an individual singer. Hallie wants to get a band together. If they're better than The Injured Souls they can get the deal. Hallie gets the band together and prepares to face the agent's decision. Hallie comes face to face with the Injured Souls cute guitar player: James McOwth. She falls for him quicker than the agent tells them they will continue to be rivals in Hollywood as seperate bands at the same record company.

Hallie walked through LAX. Jordan and Danielle were the only ones who traveled on a plane with her. They were looking at all the cute guys as they passed. Hallie wasn't paying attention and her clumsiness got the best of her as she accidentally ran into Liam Woods, the drummer of their rival band.
"Oops, sorry." She said, taking a quick step back. She picked up the bags she dropped in her accident.

Hallie turned a bright red when she realized James McOwth was standing right behind his bandmate. She scratched the back of her head nervously and smiled.

"Well well look who we have here Liam. Its the little singer from that tuesday, How have you been doing?" He said while taking out a bag of chip. He always ate when he was nervous.

Hallie took a step back so that Jordan and Danielle were on either side of that. "I'm fine thank you," she said turning a bright red color. "What flavor chips are those?" She was truly curious. She was addicted to chips. She was as bad as a heroine addict when it came to her chips.

"Original... im going low on the chip business now that I got less and Im like super busy so i can't go get any. Want some?" He asked extending the bag for her to reach in it if she wanted any.

"I"m not a big fan of original, but I haven't had any chips the whole flight!" She reached in and took one chip. "I'm sure you guys are really busy. Considering all your fans now wear That Tuesday shirts." She smiled and the girls around her laughed. Liam's jaw dropped.

"Oh you want a challenge now do you. Well obviously they have no sense of music so I don't really mind. Like any of you had a sense of rythim." He said chuckling. He closed his chip bag. "Oh well looks like your gonna have to cut low on the chips."

Hallie's jaw dropped. "You call that guitar playing? It sounds like someone stepped on a parrot! There's no tune or meaning behind it!" She put one hand on her hip and raised an eyebrow.

Jordan was still looking around at all the cute guys when she soon heard some arguing and smiled while she smiled at James, "Just shut it, you couldn't play well for anything. A four year old can strum better notes than you!" Jordan said with a smile on her face but her tone was harsh and snobby.

He laughed. "Eh im not the one singing like a dying walrus and for the guitar prick you should get a better language to your superior. I beat you in so many ways. So now shut it. My little brother could do better then you with a hand tied behind his back."

"I do not sound like a dying walrus!" Hallie couldn't beleive he said that. "And Jordan's a better guitarist than you will ever be!"

"Wanna bet?" He chuckled. He couldn't believe he was arguing with a girl about opinions of fans then change to guitar playing. He didn't believe less that he was about to bet something that would bite him in the back after.

She thought it over. What did they have that we didnt? Money. "Okay, Jordan wins and she gets your Fender guitar." she smiled devilishly. "Meet us at Los Angeles Park at 12:30 on Friday." She smiled. She started to walk away but thought for a second. "And it was nice running into you today, Liam." She leaned in and pecked him on the cheak before grabbing her bags and leaving.

Jordan was glaring at James, "So annoying. Come on, really? A bet? What are we? 10 years old?" A slight roll of her eyes with a irritated sigh as she let them argue. She wasn't going to get into this any longer as she nudged Danielle when Hallie walked away. "So nice, sike. Never nice running into you!" Jordan said as she followed Hallie, "What was that? A kiss on the cheek? Are you kidding? Plus this bet is stupid!"

He sighed seeing the girls leaving. "What the hell did I just fall into!?" He sighed even more profoundly. "God this is really gonna bite me in the back if I lose my fender guitar. Come on Liam." He said leaving Liam with him.

Hallie rolled her eyes. "Not stupid if you're better than him... plus i never gave him something they can win." She also wanted to make James jealous by kissing Liam on the cheak, but she wasn't sure if she was going tell Jordan that. "It's just some competitions not an annoying bet."

Jordan sighed heavily, "That's true... Well, I guess I'll just beat him and take his precious guitar. With a huge smile on my face!" She smiled evilly to herself then looked at Hallie, "So do you like, like Liam?" Raising one eyebrow as she said this with a smirk.

Jordan slightly laughed as she smiled, "Well I have to admit, he's cute! Nothing special though..." This was true, he's cute but he's the enemy. Not a good thing to fall for the enemy, right? "I bet if I lose, you go on a date with Liam... Just kidding! James probably, the worst night of your life right?" A mocking giggle as she nudged Hallie playfully with a smirk.

Hallie laughed. It was more of a nervous laugh then at Jordan's joke. "Why would he want to go on a date with a dead walrus that he doesn't even share his chips with?" They passed another group of cute guys and Halie hoped that would take Jordan's attention away from the date with James. "So these Los Angeles boys.. Not bad looking, huh?" The guys gave wolf whistles as they passed.
