Since the Beginning of human history, man has desired to find something beyond them be it a deity, or a key to immortality. Man has known there was something above them, from the Greeks who worshipped various gods, to the those who practice Abrahamic Religions such as the Christians, Jews, and Muslims throughout history many have sought faith in various forms, and another recurring theme through out history is the persecution of those who believe in such asinine views. Going back to olden times, even in modern times, however said persecution is now adays brushed under the rug, the world is seen more accepting of these various faiths that the world is infested with. However recently with the rise of religious extremists determined to eliminate things that go against there faiths, have become more active with activities ranging from the bombings of Abortion Centers to flat out murder of those against God's plans, extremists have inspired similar behavior from some people of all faiths to participate in some violent inhumane actions.

Now the Government has taken action to stop these Terroristic actions, there solution being simple. Starting with America, the practice of any form of Religion has become illegal. The Government seeks to enforce these laws believing Religion divides people, and with the abolishment of religion people can be united once more. Now a battle begins for the right of people's faiths. The current year is 2016, it's been a few weeks since the law has passed, religious structures are becoming abandoned, as the American Government has put together a Task Force known as the Englightened, which is quickly becoming supported by the UN in hopes of making Enlightened an International organization to eliminate religion the cause for so much strife, and war. Now many religious have gone underground determined to keep there faith, while many seek to escape to the Middle East one of the few areas were praciticing religion is still legal, now the battle of the Martyrs begin, will the faithful be the victors, or will those who pursue a world without 'theists' and intolerants prevail?

Rules
1. No Godmodding-This is a very realistic setting. I don't want to deal with Godmodding, meaning everyone in the RP SHOULD be a normal human. This isn't an X Men RP!

2. Respectful-Respect the other rpers, if you have a problem with them, talk it out in PM's or so but don't clutter the OOC with your problems with other users in the RP.

3. Romance-That's fine, keep it PG-13, it shouldn't go above that on forums.

4. Language-Yes your characters are allowed to swear, cuss, curse whatever you want to call it. I don't mind.

5. This is in Modern Times, the year is in 2016.
