Personality: Reika is a silent, distant, straightforward young man. His very direct when his angry or annoyed by someone, which is almost always, and has a tendency to say to much. He's hollow, dark, serious, uncaring, and indifferent to everything he encounters or faces. He has a destructive behavior at times and loves to cause mischief whenever he can, which is always, for he believes if he causes a problem big enough he’ll die a quick or painful death not really caring much about the future of his band in this state, even if he cares deeply for his band members who have been more then family then his real one. His kind when he wants but tries to hide his gestures of kindness with a cold attitude or an insult not liking to show weakness in front of others. Reika also has a seductive side to him but he only shows it when he feels its convenient or when his messing around with a stranger or enemy.

Background: Reika was raised and born in Tokyo, Japan. He lived there till he was seven and his father got reassigned to a high position at his company causing them all to travel constantly to different countries. When Reika turned thirteen his mother was tired of traveling and so ended up arguing a lot with his father over little things and sometimes bigger things like himself. As he grew he saw them argue all the time, and due to him moving so much he was constantly picked on to his small size and feminine looks. So due to bullying, teasing, been beat up all the time through his travels by different kids he toughed himself up and became the bully to his tormenters or to be tormenters. He changed his looks a lot and since his parents rarely paid attention to him anymore he started to drink, later on smoke to relieve his stress and anger. The only person who he could stand and actually talk to was his baby sister who was mute. Sadly, when he turned eleven his sister, Hana died been hit by a car in Hong Kong as she crossed the street to look for her brother, since he had gone out with "friends" that night. Reika felt guilt at his baby sister's death that he went through a deep depression, distancing himself from everyone around him, becoming more cruel and mean to others. A few months after his sister's death his parents divorced, Reika couldn't believe it but said nothing to them, all his anger was kept inside till he went out to release it in streets fights.

Reika’s mother took custody of him and they moved to New York City where he kept to himself and was labeled a delinquent. His mother got a job as a waitress, so she was rarely home and so Reika did what ever he wanted which wasn’t much since he stayed in his room due to depression over his little sister’s death still. Reika soon discovered his power over the dark when he was running away from the cops after causing a large bloody fight when he was fourteen with some high school students. He ended up getting engulfed into the shadows of the alley way he had run to discovering his abilities out of fear and anger.

When he turned fifteen his mother got tired of getting calls from the police and so she got him into an after school program were he meet a male musician who played the drums. He got fascinated by them he began learning himself and it became something of a hobby for him; he stopped getting in fights for a while but he still did chaos which got cops involved. In his freshman year he had befriended Fen Lao Wen, someone he praised for his attitude and admired for his strength. Their personalities weren’t so different and oddly they got along greatly. Soon Reika, during his Junior year, noticed Fen Lao was always angry until he figure out way. He saw the reason and even confronted the problem, trying to scare the little punk but knew Fen Lao would get furious with him for doing that but he would handle it later. He did get yelled at and mildly bruised but Fen Lao then forgot about it. Reika followed Fen Lao and his quest for revenge; on their graduation he became the drummer for Fen Lao’s band which he greatly enjoyed and at the same time moved out of he mother’s place and never spoke to her again seeing as she didn’t care about him anymore and disowned him before he even turned sixteen.
Other Remarks: His musical inspirations are the Gazette, PENICILLIN, Alice Nine, Versailles and D’espairsRay. He also has a drinking and smoking problem, which he can't stop due to his sudden depressions that comes out of nowhere sometimes. Reika had a baby sister named Hana who was mute but died due to a car accident when his family was stationed in Hong Kong.
