Introduction

Their Story
Back in their teenage years their love had been kept a secret, she was the only daughter of an elite power couple; he was the illegitimate son of a criminal. She attended a prestigious private school and was forced into many expensive activities, but they always managed to find the time to spend together. It was the winter of her senior year when it happened. Photos of her secret rendezvous with her boyfriend leaked to the tabloid and the alleged scandal dominated the news. The girl's parents were beyond furious with her, they did everything they could to make sure her boyfriend left her. Even when they offered him a million dollars to disappear, he turned the money down. It was a snowy night in the city when she sneaked out to see him. She was running across the street when a car swerved on the ice and hit her. She was unconscious and went into a coma for two months. During that time, her boyfriend tried to see her, but her parents made sure that was impossible.
Two months later, she awoke from her coma, but she had lost her memory, everything was forgotten, even her only true love. Her parents seized this opportunity to make sure she never saw that boy again. She began to remember bits and pieces of the past by looking at old photos, but she didn't remember her old boyfriend. More time passed by, upon her twenty-first birthday her parents arranged a marriage for her with a fellow elite family's son to tie their companies together. Meanwhile, the girl's now ex boyfriend never really forgot about her, but bitterly moved onto another relationship of his own. His girlfriend of two years is ready to get married, but he can't seem to forget about the past. The girl's wedding is just one month away, and she happened to stumble upon a single picture that was taped to the last page of her high school diary. It was a picture of her and the boy together. She took it to her parents and they told her it was a boy who had cheated on her and left while she was still in her coma.
She was angry and hurt, but it was in the past right? She started experiencing flashbacks of her time with the boy and secretly she started to question the story her parents told her about him. Just weeks before her big wedding, she runs into her ex on a busy New York street, this is the first time they've seen each other in four years. After reconnecting with him, will she be able to go through with the wedding? What will happen to their new significant others?

OOC Notes
It was only one month away.
It was actually a thought that made him nervous as he finally found a spot to park his car. Weddings were suppose to pivotal point in one's life where one is suppose to settle down with someone for the rest of the lives- easily cured with divorce, which was common these days. He banged his head against the steering wheel. He hated when his brain did...that. He just shook his head. It was best to stay positive. If he kept thinking about it, it was probably going to happen.
Perhaps his attitude toward this whole arrangement was too...accepting? He was getting himself into an arrangement where the chance of love was small, and you know, there wasn't really anything there at all. But wasn't that how all relationships started? You didn't just jump in knowing that you were 105% sure that you were and love with them. They hadn't been spending a whole lot of time together, anyway- so maybe now, now that there was more time, he could learn to love her.
...Aaah, why was he thinking about all the complicated stuff now? He put on his coat and got out of the car. Things would work out just fine! He started walking toward the cafe where they had agreed to meet, but he accidentally bumped into someone.
"I-I'm sorry about that. I just had my head in the clouds." He said, scratching the back of his head.

Oh she was Late late late.
She was running terribly late for work, all hopes of being on time were ruined when she decided to take a taxi. The traffic was always a nightmare at this time of day, but she didn't want to walk on her own. What a mistake that had been. There was a tiny 30-minute window between her last class and the start time for her shift, she was usually lucky enough to always make it on time considering her apartment was relatively close to both her school and workplace. Amidst the traffic jam Kayleen did get the chance to change into her uniform in the backseat of the cab. Still, the cars were at a standstill. "Oh just quit being lazy and run!" The driver glanced back at her with a puzzled expression and Kay quickly threw her hands up to apologize. "Oh no I'm sorry, I was talking to myself. I think I'll get out here." She smiled apologetically and handed the man some money.
Her bag dangled haphazardly on her shoulder as she navigated through the street and into the busy rush on the sidewalk. 'Just a little further and I'm home free!" The cafe was just around the corner, she started jogging down the sidewalk while giving a dozen apologies to those she nearly knocked over in her hast. Just as she was about to turn the corner a mass of silky white fabric caught her attention from a display window. Kay came to an abrupt halt and pressed her face against the cool glass of the gown shop. "Oh...wow look at it." She was practically drooling over the expensive wedding dress on the mannequin in the window. The beading, the delicate lace, she was certain those were real diamonds sown into the neckline. She wanted so badly to try it on; her imagination was running wild with images of her walking down the aisle in such a perfect dress.
Kay already had it set in her mind, once she got the chance to see her boyfriend later she would drop more of her not-so-subtle wedding hints. Was there anything wrong with that? She wanted to get married just as much as she wanted to become a model, maybe even more. Micheal didn't seem too keen on the idea, but she was sure if she kept talking about it maybe he would give in and propose. "Mother always said nothing ever came easy." She backed away from the dress and struggled to peel her eyes off of it. Work, she almost forgot all about it! She started jogging again but with her mind so full of wedding thoughts, she was paying very little attention to her surroundings. She ran into someone and almost fell backwards.
"Whoa sorry, I wasn't really paying attention either." She brushed herself off out of habit, even though there wasn't a single wrinkle in her clothes. You never knew when you might run into a modeling agent, she tried to look her best just in case. She glanced down at her phone and saw she was already late. "Oh and I was so close to being on time." Kay had a bad habit of forgetting she was talking to someone, she quickly looked to the stranger she had bumped into. "I actually work at that cafe right there, we have the best pastries in the entire city. If you ever stop by I might give you a discount, seeing as I almost mowed you down just now." Kay threw tossed her hand up in a wave and started making her way inside the cafe. "Farewell stranger!" Her boss didn't seem to notice her late arrival, she lucked up once again.

OOC Notes
Misery was making her way to the cafe she agreed to meet her fiance.
She was not to peachy about the whole engagement.
She would never speak a word of it to her parents as they would only say
"Angie my dear, being married is every girls dream"
Yes Misery knew that being married was every girls dream, it was always hers too but there is one difference, she dreamed she would be married to someone she loved not someone her parents picked out and betrothed her too, it just was not the way she wanted it.
She turned the corner and and she was walking with her head down.
She was thinking why her parents even bothered to betroth her, why could she not marry whom she wants.
She got to the cafe and as she was heading to the door she bumped into someone.
She said

Re: [OOC] Memories of You
Err it's settled! Everyone will run into each other at the cafe and it will be amazing! I'm about to do some last minute holiday shopping so I'll post when I get back(if I don't get killed by the crazed hoards at the mall x.x) :D
Re: [OOC] Memories of You
*strokes scheming goatee* Yes, this is an acceptable start point. Anywho, that's what I expect to start at. ^^ Be a good way to kic, the story into gear!
Re: [OOC] Memories of You
How about we start at that point, and then somewhere else, the fiance and girlfriend do...something? I dunno, I hate the idea of waiting for the scene to finish. Or maybe everyone kinda runs into one another because the girl agreed to meet her fiance at the cafe and the girlfriend works there. If that was the original idea, uh...I'm sorry?
Re: [OOC] Memories of You
Weeeeeell I just accepted the last character, so we can start now, where is the only question I have. We could start right at the point where Misery and Micheal(teehee their names both start with an M :P) run into each other for the first time in ages, ooooor after that point. I'll let you guys decide since it really doesn't matter to me ^^;
Re: [OOC] Memories of You
Wow. Even though the character count is fairly low, the character profiles really are rolling in. O_o I mean, that's good but a little surprising with my experience is all. :P
Re: [OOC] Memories of You
He looks great, I just accepted him! I'm sooo happy the roles filled up a lot easier than I thought they would ^^;
Once Eleera has her character up we can go ahead and start :D

Re: [OOC] Memories of You
Siren I just accepted your character! Nicely done :)
I'll have my up sometime tonight, I spent about two hours looking for a decent picture(since I'm so darn picky) and had very little luck -_-
Hopefully someone will take the last spot! If not I'll put up a wanted thingy and get things moving soon!
