Creed opened his eyes and stared once again at the boring ceiling, he was shaking all over from his recurrent nightmare. The nurse came in and stared down at him, she gave him a towel and some underwear. He stood up and began undressing knowing it was time for another chemical bath. He tuned the corners wearing nothing but a towel wrapped around himself. When the nurse came to the door she unlocked it and pushed Creed inside.
When the showers finally turned off his skin burned and felt as if it was being melted off his very bones. The nurse grabbed his arm and dragged him back to his room. "Get dressed, then come to the breakfast hall" she turned and shut his door. He laid on the cold floor completely naked,, the cool tiles made the burning stop. He stood and found a new pair of clothes strung out on his bed.
Once he finished getting dressed he headed out into the halls. Creed looked in all the windows of the rooms he passed, not know any names or faces. He didn't know anyone here and walked slowly into the breakfast hall, paying attention for the first time he noticed some interesting looking people.

The only sound in the room was the occasional "click", as it had been for many minutes. Simon's psychologist cleared his throat, catching the boy's attention. The small rubik's cube in his hands finally stopped moving, and the older man felt certain that the other one was focusing on him.
"I'm sure that you've already been told why you're here?" he asked, looking for the usual signs of fear and confusion in the boy's eyes.
"You're all worried about my behavior," Simon said. "And you're also worried that I may harm myself further, or anyone else," the words were almost rehearsed, his psychologist noted.
"We're going to make you better," he continued, pretending not to take notice of the young boy's tone. "I'm sure you already know this. You and I are going to have a few conversations in order to -"
"- to find the cause of my problems in order to solve them, probably by the use of medication as well as therapy. Yes, I already know this."
The rubik's cube had started to click and move again. The psychologist sighed, leaning forward on his desk to have a better view of the problem in front of him.
"Thanks to your brother's influences, you've been granted one or two privileges. He's asked of me to remind you what happens, should you take too much advantage of this."
"I'm guessing he threatened to buy this entire establishment and make my life a living hell."
"..Something like that," the man acknowledged. A small glance at his watch told him that it was nearing time for breakfast. What better time to let the boy explore on his own?
"You'll find a meal waiting for you in the breakfast hall," he informed, getting up as a signal for Simon to exit the room. "We'll see each other again soon," he promised.
With a slight smile, the boy put the solved puzzle on the table between them, before walking out. It took him a few moments before he discovered some helpful signs, leading him to a large hall, searching through it with his eyes before he entered fully. Deciding not to hesitate any further he got seated at a random location, not really planning to eat any of the food. He wasn't that stupid.
All he had to do was pretend to recover. Easy as pie, he promised himself.

"And how are you today, Miss Farr?"
The sudden sound of the door opening, accompanied by the loud tone of the nurse's voice, served to make Adelaide jump and whirl around from where she had been seated cross-legged on the bed. She responded with a noncommittal shrug, knotting her fingers behind her back as she stared at the floor.
The nurse strode over to the bed and fastidiously straightened the covers, an overly serene smile pasted on her face. "Your parents called again this morning. They'd like to arrange for a visit next week, if possible."
Adelaide twitched slightly, her gaze lifting up to the nurse as her eyes narrowed slightly. "…no."
"Well, why not?" Planting her hands on her hips, the nurse tutted as she went over to the door and held it open, ushering Adelaide out. "The last three times they've called, you've refused to let them see you!"
"I don't… no, I can't inconvenience them," Adelaide murmured as they headed through the clinically bare corridors of the hospital towards the breakfast hall. The faces of her parents surfaced in her mind, the sound of a baby crying ringing in her ears, and she quickly shoved the thoughts away, already feeling a lump forming in her throat. 'I'm weak,' she thought in disgust, 'Weak and pathetic. They can't see me like this...'
The nurse shook her head as Adelaide blew her nose on her sleeve. "How many times have I told you: Use a handkerchief!" When she got no reply from the girl, the nurse sighed. "Well, think about it for a while, and I'll call them back tomorrow. Enjoy your breakfast now."
Adelaide stepped into the hall, glancing about the room. All was silence save for the sounds of people munching and the occasional clatter of cutlery. Quickly taking a tray from the counter at the side of the room, she glanced about and selected the first empty seat, ducking her head as she wiped her nose on her napkin.

Rosie kept still as the nurse silently poked and prodded at her. Each time there was a jolt of fear as the nurse's fingers touched her skin. She didn't exactly know what she was doing but she remembered once that the nurse had told her something like "I'm checking you for any new scars or wounds. I'm also checking to make sure you don't have any way to hurt yourself. You don't want to do that." She shook her head and jumped feeling the nurse touch her face. "It's okay. I'm not going to hurt you." Rosie blushed and turned her head away.
The only reassuring thing about the situation was that it wasn't a man touching her. She shivered and felt the fear she always kept hidden away bubble inside in mind. "Okay. I'm fine for now." She could feel the nurse give her a gentle reassuring pat which didn't really make Rosie any better but it did tell her she was done. "Can you find your way to the dining room?" Rosie turned her face to the nurse's voice. "Yes. I'll find it." She stood shakily and made her way to the door laying her wand on the wall. She heard the nurse say one more thing before she left. "The signs are at eye level."
She made her way to the dining hall. She had been feeling her way and had stopped at several signs to feel the little code for the blind. She turned a corner and opened her eyes hoping to seem like she had a semblance of normalcy. She fidgeted hesitating in the hall. "Too many people. Such a big room. They won't hurt me." She spoke to calm herself and get her already very frayed nerves under control. She took a step then took two steps back. "Darn it. I can do this. They might be friendly. I doubt it but I have to believe right?"
She began to move forward stiffly keeping her hand along the wall and moved to a table in the corner. "Here we go. This is easy." She heard voices and chatter but she just twirled her fingers unsure of what to do. "Food? I'm not hungry." she gave a hearty sigh and lay her head down in her arms. She stared off into space or rather into darkness. She figured daydreaming would make her feel better. she could dream that she was in some land far away where she could still see colors. She tried to remember the color of the sky and frowned realizing that she couldn't. In her mind it was just a fuzzy gray color with no meaning.

The room may have been quiet, but it definitely was not silent. Waking up to the smell of your own blood connected to a tube of liquid is definitely not how one would want to start their morning. However, you can't sleep forever until you are entitled to eternal sleep, and goodness, she was much too young for that. Although she may never admit it, Revera loved living. She loved the way everything had its own place in the world, she loved the way her mother smelled in the morning, she loved the way her father played piano while her sister showed off by dancing, she loved the smell of the church on Sunday, the way butterflies flew across the green lawn. But all that was over now. Reality only hurts when understanding is involved, and Revera felt as if she had learned this the hard way.
"Wake up, you whore." A voice said. Revera slowly opened her eyelids and shifted her entire body to the left. She blankly stared at her forearm and examined the tube carefully inserted into her. Confusion may have been an option, but it definitely wasn't a priority. She knew where she was, and she knew why.
"Georgina, look what you've done," Revera said to the voice. Crying was a priority, but it wasn't an option. Revera stood up and ripped out the tube firmly placed in her vein. She bled for a few minutes but then stopped. She then proceeded to walk towards the closest mirror. Her eyes looked worn out, as if she had been deprived of sleep for days. On her matte skin, there were scars; some which may have no potential of healing.
"You really fucked up this time. I tell you to die, but you end up in a mental institute," the voice (Georgina) yelled. Revera screamed and grabbed her hair. She fell to her knees and started crying.
"Just shut up. Why don't you just leave me alone?!" She screamed. Her screams were loud enough to summon nurses from every corner of the room. She looked at them with fright and sat in a fetal position, trying to repel them. Why couldn't they just leave her alone? The once silent room burst into a sea of spontaneous screaming; if not from Revera, the screams were from the nurses trying to hold her down. After a series of injections, she was slightly dazed. Georgina had silenced for a bit, but her mess stayed. After a few minutes, the insults came back, but Revera was able to handle it. The nurses sent her to the breakfast hall, where she was ordered to vanquish her hunger, although there was none.

Leon smiled serenely at his attendant, his sweet face a mask of pure calm. For the moment, the young child was in a state of peace and the burning sensations that usually overtook him hid in the deepest depths of his psych, awaiting the most random of times to burst forth.
The nurse placed a cool hand upon the back of Leon's neck; at the woman's touch, the boy instinctively slapped her hand away and shrunk away, hunched over in a peculiar manner and hissing vehemently. The woman collected herself and tucked a loose strand of blond hair behind ear; it was apparent she was used to this kind of behavior. She clapped her hands together once and a pair of bulky men appeared out of nowhere, each dutifully seizing an arm in a solid grip. Leon shrieked in terror at the contact of human flesh and struggled wildly, the beginnings of froth gathering at the corners of his lips.
Leon was escorted from the room, down the corridor, and into a hall filled with patients, trays, and the clatter of dirty dishes. The boy looked at the scene incredulously, his eyes switching back and forth from each patient. "Too many," he whispered to himself fearfully. His complexion grew darker and he chocked, convulsing abnormally as if someone held him by the shoulders and was shaking him back and forth in the most violent of manner.
He was lost in a world of fear and was saved by the familiar sharp sensation of a needle piercing the skin of his wrist. Leon calmed as the sedatives worked their way throughout his body and the boy grew limp, a bit of drool running down his chin. He felt himself being dragged to the nearest table and Leon obediently sat. A tray of food was placed in front of him and a fork somehow made its way into the palm of his hand. He flinched slightly as he gazed at the string beans.
From behind, Leon could hear one of his bodyguards exhale. "Oh, God.. You're afraid of the food, too.. ?"

Simon looked at his surroundings with narrow eyes, not bothering with such social niceties as not staring at the people around him. The few people he made eye-contact with turned their heads immediately. Dull.
There were more people coming into the hall now. A girl made her way through by the use of her fingers. Blind, his brain provided, Or at least visually impaired in some way. Interesting. Beside him was another girl, wiping her nose. His attention, however, fell on the patient that entered last. A young boy - well, younger than him - followed by a group of bodyguards. Simon observed while food was fetched for him, before the boy was seated not far from him. After a curious reaction to the food placed in front of him, one of his bodyguards mumbled something Simon could barely catch.
"Oh, God.. You're afraid of the food, too.. ?"
"He would do right to be," Simon spoke up, his voice bearing an unmistakeable tone of authority inherited through his family. It mostly served to make him look even more arrogant as he put his chin up, making a face that would indicate that whomever he was speaking to was of a lower IQ.
"The food is most likely poisoned," he continued. "Not enough to kill you on the spot, mind, but poisoned nonetheless. I'm not entirely sure what kind yet, but I don't think they would kill us instantly. No, this seems like more of a place where they drug you enough to make you go out of your mind before they.. Well. One shouldn't play guessing games without the solid facts. I'll figure it out."
His fingers began playing with a small plastic fork he'd found on the table, twirling it back and forth between them. His tone of voice was completely serious.

"Miss Renolds, it's time to get up." Nurse Dewnan said to the comforter that covered Layla.
"I really don't want to." Layla groaned in a dull tone.
The nurse took the covers off of Layla. "Come on, we have to shower, get dressed and eat."
Layla got up and let Nurse Dewnan lead her to the shower. The nurse had to wash her body and hair, as well as dry Layla or else she wouldn't. Part of her schizo. Today they put on white pants, a white tank top and zip up hoodie. Though she refused to put on shoes, she loved the feel of marble on her bare feet. After, Nurse Dewnan took her to the breakfast hall.
Layla walked up to the line with shaky hands. The food woman gave her a big kind smile, while Layla looked like a scared little girl. When she asked, Layla would point to which food she wanted or shake or nod her head. Finally she got her food and sat down at an empty table. Eating her food only to look up every minute.

Rosie listened to the shuffle around her for a while, simply sitting where she was.She tuned in to what was going on around her trying to figure out where she was. She knew she was in the corner and she could sense many people nearby. A girl seem to had entered, telling by the light way her steps sounded. There were men somewhere around due to the roughness of their voices. There was another male that was speaking. She seemed to hear the finish of a speech made by him. She shuddered but listened to see what he was speaking about. "...One shouldn't play guessing games without the solid facts. I'll figure it out." She tilted her head turning her face to where he seemed to be to trying to solve the puzzle of what he was talking about. She blinked several times confusion prominent then sighed another sound distracting her. A dreadful sound that she never liked to hear.
She heard her nurse come in, the indistinct clap of her shoes on the tiles sounding one by one. Somehow Rosie had gotten used to hearing her come nearer or farther. She guessed that was because she felt that if she could tell when she was coming, she could get out of the way to avoid her. There was no avoiding her now though. The open space, she could feel because the flow of air that usually brushed over her skin in her room that didn't do so now, didn't provide much of a hiding space. She crouched down in her chair as the lady made her way over. "Rosie, didn't you get food. Do you want me to get some for you?" Rosie turned her head to the nurse and forced a smile.
The nurse must have taken this action as affection and reached out to lay her hand on Rosie's shoulder. She yelped and smacked the hand away scrambling out of her chair to land on the floor with a dull thump. "Don't touch me." She could feel the tingling sensation of someone staring at her, and she curled up bringing her knees to her chest. "Rosie, I didn't mean to hurt you. Come, sit back down." "No. Your embarrassed and you pity me. You don't have to stand there. Go away like you really want too." She could feel the nurse lean down to her level. "I know your scared but you have to get used to it. This is a big room and there will be many rooms like this out there in the real world. People are going to touch you. It is a way of communication. Get used to it, okay?" Rosie narrowed her eyes attempting a glare then stood up shakily keeping her distance from the nurse. "You sit down and I'll go get you some food, understand?" "Yes I do." As she took her seat, she heard the nurse move away and sighed fidgeting in her chair.

Adelaide glanced up as the boy beside her finished his speech. The food… is poisoned?! She turned her attention back to her tray - she had already consumed half of the food on it. Ye Gods! I'm going to die.
With a moan, she pushed her tray away and buried her head in her arms, fantasizing that she could already feel the poison burning its way through her system. Obviously, someone has decreed that I am not worthy to live… they are correct, I shall lay here and wait for death...
A crash from the side of the room caught her attention, and she looked over as a girl who had come in earlier fell out of her chair. Adelaide blinked, not entirely certain what was going on, but the other girl was obviously in some distress. Perhaps she's been poisoned as well…?
As she watched, the other girl's nurse spoke to her and a few minutes later she returned to her seat. Sighing, Adelaide slumped back down against the table.

Creed glanced over the room, he'd never eat at least not with his Bulimia after all he would just throw it all back up. He was getting paranoid just standing there, and began suffering from vertigo also. he hurriedly sat in any random seat which happened to be next to Adelaide. He turned and placed his forhead against the cool table. he'd decided to to wear shoes so he could feel the cool linoleum floor beneath his feet.
he looked over and almost fell out of his seat when he realized he'd sat next to another person, let alone a female. he scooted farther away from her but not too much seeing as he was about to upchuck because of his bulimia. he closed his eyes and just waited for it ,and the vertigo, to pass.he opened his eyes and looked at Adelaide taking in every feature of her small face.

Adelaide blinked a few times. The strange boy who had sat next to her had moved his chair further away, and was now staring at her. Um… is there something on my face? she wondered, disconcerted.
She turned away glanced around the rest of the room. Most people had finished their breakfast and left the hall, and there were now only a few people left sitting around the tables.

It seemed as if the girl sitting next to him had been affected by his words, pushing her tray away with a sound. He was about to open his mouth and congratulate her wise decision, when a loud crash sounded further away.
A girl had fallen out of her chair - the blind one, he noted - as a nurse was apparently trying her best to stay nice. Simon almost commented that "get used to it," probably wasn't the best therapeutic advice, and was about to demand the nurse to show her medical credentials, when yet another sound caught his attention. This place would surely give him a headache - so many things happening at the same time!
On the other side of the girl sitting next to him, a boy about Simon's own age had suddenly appeared - looking slightly frightened and perhaps a little sick. He bent his head a little to look at the newcomer around the living obstacle, wondering if this was because of the poison. Judging by the boy's clothing he was a patient too, and had probably been here longer than him. Perhaps this was what happened when the poisoning began to take effect. He would have to look into it.
"Are you ill, per chance?" he asked Creed, wanting to know once and for all whether his theory about the food could be proven.

Leon's bodyguard merely sneered at the obnoxious boy, though the tall man said nothing in retort. He wasn't supposed to argue with the patients. Leon, however, looked up in panic at the boy's boldness and flinched, realizing his panic was uncalled for. The child gazed at his metallic tray once more and said nothing further, though he was seriously contemplating rude boy's words. Was the food really poisoned? Why was there poison in the food? Why would they poison him? Had he done something wrong? Were they putting him down?
Multiple drops of blood fell upon the edges of the metallic tray and Leon's hand quickly located the source of the leakage, blocking the scarlet liquid with the palm of his hand. His nose was bleeding again; a flash of unexplained anger rushed through him, taking control of his limbs as a master would a puppet. He pushed the tray of food off the table, the assorted vegetables making a giant mess on the ground while the tray slid a few feet away from his seat.
Leon wiped his bloody hand on the helm of his white robes. His face was a mess, but he couldn't care less; some of the patients here looked worse than him, anyway.

Creed had finally stopped suffering from Vertigo. he sat up straight and looked at the two people who he'd been sitting by. He was shocked a little when the boy asked him "Are you ill, per chance?" Creed snapped his head into the boy's direction and looked him in the eyes. "Just Vertigo" Creed turned around and motioned for his nurse to come over. She walked over to him and he whispered to her something. After she left Creed turned back to the table and laid his head upon it.
Seven minutes later Creeds nurse had come back with a bottle of water, a pill, and a needle filled with an indescribable liquid. She gave him the bottled water and he swallowed the pill then took a drink, afterwords she injected him with the fluid. He began to shake and spasm a little but quickly calmed down. he turned to the spectators sitting next to him and realized they probably want to know what just happened. he breathed and spoke coldly "It stops my Bulimia." Then he turned to the table and rested his head upon it once more.

Layla took no interest in the people around her, nor did she want to. Quietly she ate. Some of her eggs fell, but she didn't bother cleaning them up. After she was finished, she sat there. Looking at every person for two seconds, then on to the next. Her eyes fell to the boy with the needle and her eye bulged. They are poisoning us, drugging us, sedating us. They don't want us to know the truth. Paranoid thoughts rang in her head.

Rosie jumped up in her seat as the tray clattered down near her resting face. "Eat Rosie." She looked up to the nurse sending her glares. She felt around for the fork and found it lying off to the side. She dipped the fork in and winced unhappily. "What is this?" "Well, I see oatmeal." Rosie sighed feeling the nurse fidget a little. It was probably because she had commented on seeing. Rosie had grown used to others saying what they see in front of her. It might be cruel and it might make her a little bit suicidal buy she could deal, for now. She took a bite of the oatmeal and ate it quietly. She finished it quickly and stood up. " Do I have to stay here?" "I would like you too. Could you socialize a bit?" Rosie tensed then shook her head. It wasn't worth the risk. "I dont want too." "Well then. Just stay here for a while more okay?" She heard the nurse walk away to leave and she bit her tongue. Now that she didn't have someone beside her it seemed as if the room grew in dimensions. "Oh lord." Her eyes widened and she moved away from the table to the corner to sit down feeling the two walls adjacent to each other. It made her feel a little better and like the room was smaller. She crossed her arms over her chest and stared into nothing.
She realized that nothing was stopping her from returning to her room except a few nurses that might or might not stop her. She stood up leaning against the wall feeling pressured. She slid along the wall keeping her hand on the wall to keep herself grounded. "I'm fine. I just need to find the room." She turned into the hall and stopped feeling that she was on a football field in the very middle by herself. She moaned under her breath and slumped down trying to breath. She laid her cheek on the wall feeling the coolness against her heated cheek. "Just a bit farther right?" She shook her head and stayed where she was against the wall not wanting to move immediately. She dug her nails into her palm trying to urge herself into motion but she felt as if it was impossible. "Darn it." She sighed and turned her face up to the hall listening for the nurse. "Not here. I can still try." She turned back to the dining room then forward trying to make a decision. Finally she stood again and began moving forward feeling as if hounds were biting at her heels to drag her back to misery. "Go. Must get to the room."

Sitting alone in a corner, Revera watched everyone as they showed some sort of interaction towards one another. She stared down at her so-called "meal" and nearly vomited. "Le potage est froid," she complained, though not loud enough to seek attention. She grabbed each individual strand of noodle from her soup and placed it on the table, her dirty fingers staining each one. Revera then started making shapes with the hairlike strands and giggled foolishly. She watched everyone as she made faces on the table. She blankly stared at Simon, who seemed to think he was better than anyone else in the room and drew his face on the table, filling in every intricate detail. Revera then proceeded to take a piece of tomato from her soup and placed it where his nose would be. Giggling louder than before.
"Shut up," Georgina complained. Revera immediately stopped laughing and went back to her blank expression. She then dunked her face into the cold soup and started breathing.
Why can't I just die? she thought. She then removed her face from the soup and went back to her noodle art. She examined everyone in the room carefully, trying to hide her curiosity. She avoided eye contact by all means, and then tore a noodle apart by accident. Her eyes immediately started to water, and she began crying. Revera then proceeded to curse loudly, and a body guard started to keep a close eye on her. A nurse came by her and tried calming her down. Revera comprehended this poorly, and had another injection. Why do they think these drugs are going to cure me? She thought.

Though he was mostly ignored by the people still left in the room, Simon couldn't allow his courage to falter. These people were used to the paranoid ramblings of mad men - it was hard to realize when the real thing came along. Still, it was their own problem. The least he could do was to make sure he himself stayed sane and well, if only to rub in their faces at some later point.
It seemed that the few people that struck him as interesting earlier on tried their best to ignore him. Or simply didn't care. Even so, Simon began to feel the emptiness stir at his boredom. The fork in his hand twirled faster as he attempted to find something in the room of a somewhat entertaining kind. The people, obviously, but he doubted any of them would have much more to tell than drippy sad stories about parental abandonment and other things that fell under the same category. Not unless he asked the right questions, and that required more thinking than his hungry mind could bother to put up with.
"So," he said, turning to the girl next to him. "What's your story?"

Adelaide blinked as one of the boys rested his head on the table and the other turned towards her. "So," the latter said, "What's your story?"
For a moment she was distracted as a girl across the room cursed loudly, causing a nurse to come over and calm her down. Adelaide looked away from the scene and registered the boy's question.
My story? "Uhhh," she replied, most intelligently. Why would he want to know about that? Her eyes narrowed slightly suspiciously for a moment, before she sighed and sniffed a few times, fumbling at her pockets for a handkerchief.
"Well…" she began quietly, her voice coming out embarrassingly nasal. "I have been in here for about a year, because… I'm depressed?" Although she knew this was a quite unsatisfactory answer, she had no desire to relive the events that had put her in this place… in fact, she was trying her best to forget them.
Shifting uncomfortable in her seat, she fell silent, unsure as to what to say next.

Creed watched as the girl next to him sat uncomfortably while trying to answer the other boy's question. He opened his mouth to speak but thought better of it and instead grabbed the almost full bottle of water. He stared up at the ceiling and took the bottle close to his face. I hope this is enough to drown me. He opened his mouth and began breathing hard from his nose as he emptied the bottle onto his face. His nurse ran over quickly and began giving him mouth-to-mouth to help him breathe.
When she finally stopped he opened his eyes and violently slapped her "Why did you stop me you bitch!" He began punching and kicking her rapidly "I wanted to DIE!" He kept punching her and, because of the law, she couldn't fight back. Creed stopped when his hands were covered in blood and the nurse's face was unrecognizable. he sat atop the body and began licking blood off his knuckles. The security guard came and pulled him off of the nurse's body.
"Damn another dead nurse, this kid's had so many dead in one week. He just keeps snapping" The guard muttered as he dragged Creed away. Creed glared hard at Adelaide's back hopping that she could feel his eyes on her and know that he was interested, in her.

Adelaide turned away from the boy who had spoken to her as she became aware of a slight choking noise and the sound of footsteps running towards them. Turning, her eyes widened at the sight of the boy - the pale one, who had been sick before - breathing heavily as a nurse came up to him and tried to help.
As she watched, he shoved the nurse away and began yelling at her, punching and kicking. Aghast, Adelaide slid her chair away, edging away from the scene, trying not to look as the nurse screamed for help, blood beginning to spill over onto the floor. He's insane, she thought as the boy's punches slowed down, the nurse's voice trailing off with a croak. But then again, we're all insane in here...
She hunched over the table, trying not to cry at the scene she had just witnessed, shoving back memories from her own past of police and babies crying and the words 'murder attempt' and 'homicide'. Looking around for something to wipe her nose on, she reached out for a napkin only to snatch her hand back when she realized it was spattered with blood.
She could hear the security guards dragging the boy away, but couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. Too cowardly to turn around, she kept her eyes trained on the blank wall in front of her, even as more guards entered the room and began ushering people out.

Simon almost had to kick himself in order to not roll his eyes when she answered with a confused "uhhh," narrowing her eyes at him. He let his gaze fall to her hands as they fumbled around, looking for something in her pockets.
When she finally answered his question, his eyes snapped back up to hers, his head slightly tilted, with his chin still raised. Depressed, committed for a year. Nothing of particular interest, then, he gathered. She fell silent then, most likely not wanting to discuss the matter any further. She'd done something she still felt regret over. He opened his mouth to say something, when the boy opposite to her grabbed a bottle of water in what seemed to be a feeble attempt to drown himself.
As the nurse came running, he simply watched, biting his lip to hold back a laugh as the boy killed her, beating her to death. How barbaric. He followed Creed's gaze back to Adelaide, raising his eyebrow in confusion. How come she was so interesting? Simon would have to find out.
It finally dawned upon him, what the girl had been looking for earlier, as she reached for the napkin, only to draw her hand back in disgust. Probably because of the blood, he noted. Reaching into one of his own pockets, as he hadn't been forced to change his clothing yet, he produced a small white handkerchief with his brother's initials - A.C.M.
"Here," he said, handing it over between two fingers, letting it hang in front of her face.
"Keep it," he added afterwards. The nurses were beginning to reach the place where they were seated, and he'd most likely be shown to his room soon. Just as things were getting fun. He would have to keep his eyes on this one, he noted. His gaze fell to the bloodied nurse on the floor. He wouldn't want to underestimate the barbarian either.

The guard tossed Creed into a room with no windows and just the door, which locked from the inside. He'd been put in a straight jacket to keep from clawing at himself. Unfortunately the guards didn't know that he knew how to get out of one.
Once he escaped it he stretched out his arms and sunk into a fetal position. His eyes narrowed as he could see the nurses and guards dragging other patients to their rooms, through the door window. Suddenly a tall woman entered she bowed and spoke almost angelically "Hello I'm your new nurse, please come with me" He walked quietly following her, when they reached a room she stopped. "please enter and have a seat."
Creed walked inside and she shut the door behind him. it was a room assembled with about seven or eight chairs in a circle. He picked a chair and pushed it far off, and waited. This must be some group therapy shit. He thought quietly and watched the birds outside the window hopping one day he could be as free as them.

Rosie had heard alot of things happen and not all of them sounded pleasant. She had heard the choking, screaming, and horrible sound of fists hitting upon wet flesh. The sound of a punch to the gut maybe? She wasn't sure but she could smell the metallic scent of blood just faintly and hear the moans of the woman behind her. As the woman went silent she realized that the girl was probably dead. Rosie stood and turned trying to find words but fear made her voice come out in unintelligible words of terror. She heard her own nurse rush up and move in front of her. "Rosie, come with me. I have a surprise for you today." Rosie blinked and moved to the side still trying to listen in to what was happening but the sounds were blocked by the womans figure. "Rosie, nothing happened. Just some boy having fun, okay? Let's go get you showered and all dressed up so you can get your surprise." Rosie frowned and finally gave in turning to walk down the hall trusting the nurse would tell her where to go.
After she had showered and gotten dressed in her regular patient's attire she stood ready to do what the nurse asked. "Rosie you did well. You look very clean and nice. Shall we go?" She sighed and stood where she was. "I don't want too." She heard the nurse fumble over herself then stop to regain. "No, your coming with me to get your surprise." "I won't. I like it in here." "I know it's small and dark in here, but you need to come with me." "No!" "Yes!" She could hear the nurse was getting frustrated but she felt that she had been through enough today and stayed where she was turning her fiercest glare on the voice that tried to make her will bend. "Rosie! Get over here and follow me! Staying where you are won't help you. You want help don't you?" Rosie paused a minute then shook her head closing her eyes. "I don't want help. I like it where I am." She sat back on the bed and curled up leaning towards the corner. "Alright have it your way." She heard the nurse come closer just as a hand wrapped around her wrist and softly jerked her towards the way of the door. She gritted her teeth and stood in a flash raising her hand and bringing it down upon the nurse's face. It was just a reaction to being touched but she wasn't having any tolerance at the moment. "I said no!" The hand released her and she fell back with a thud. There was a tense silence for a while before the nurse spoke. "Fine. Guards! Escort her to the session. Gently!" She heard men walk in and she flinched backing up. "No. I'll go! I didn't mean too." "Rosie you wouldn't let me take you so I will have them take you. They won't touch you." She gathered up her courage and sighed. She stood, walking out the door. "Just tell me the way." She looked forward deigning to imagine that the guards were women.
Several minutes later of exhausting annoyance and pestering confusion she arrived at the room getting orders to sit down. She paused getting a feel for the room. She sensed one other person. With another, even sterner, order to sit down she finally took her seat. She glared at the guards back hearing their footsteps fade. Once they were gone she closed her blind eyes and stayed there completely silent choosing not to speak at the moment.

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Now I must go. My planet needs me.
By which I mean that I have to take the bus - I'm visiting my parents for the weekend.
Cheers ;)

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Indeed! It's so frustrating... especially when I look at the book of someone who's in a lower class than me, and their book is full of notes, and we haven't done any work. I want their teacher XP
Thank you :) But I'm not really sure if she's going too. I dunno. It's my aunt, but my mother won't tell me anything about how serious it is, but I wish she'd just tell me instead of leaving me to find out from bits of conversation I hear her telling my father or my other aunts. XP Anyway. I'll stop prattling on now.
So... yeah. XD What now?

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
I hate the feeling of going the teachers not actually being able to beat any information into your head. It's just makes the whole thing seem so pointless.
And I sincerely hope your relative gets better :)

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Same for me, with the avatars XD
Gosh! A belated happy birthday :) Sounds like your really busy at the moment. Good luck with all your projects and stuff.
Umm, I just got back from school camp and I've finished all my assessments for the term, although I'm stressing over school cert cause my teachers don't seem to be teaching me anything.
I'm in 2 RPs, one of which is still waiting for characters and hasn't started yet. Also I am doing a few personal RPs with friends and family, which is fun. Not sure how active I'm going to be online for the next few days because a relative is quite seriously ill, and if she gets any worse I'll probably be spending lots of time over at her house.

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
It would certainly seem that way, yes :)
And I completely understand the habit of associating people with the gender they RP. Myself, I have a tendency of imaging people as their avatars, which can become quite... Awkward.
My life? Well. Quite literally the day after I returned from England for the celebration of my birthday I had to start preparing for the exam I finished yesterday. So, mostly happy to finally be able to relax after spending days rummaging through the streets of London, only to throw myself over a two-day long project directly afterwards. I'm a part of three running RPs that are standing slightly still at the moment, this one not included. Other than that, there's nothing worth of mention, unless you'd really like me to start my rambling xD
And yourself?

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Indeed 8D
lol... okay. So we're all girls here then, XD. Sometimes I get confused because before I find out someone's gender, I tend to associate them with the gender of the character they're playing, if that makes sense.
And I always mix up names. The first time I went in a chatroom, I completely embarrassed myself by breaking some of the rules and using text talk, then misspelling and mixing up everyone's names when I tried to apologize. Most humiliating.
Er... yes. How's life? You doing any other RPs right now?

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Yes, I suppose waiting would be best, especially if we're getting restarted. I suppose we'll just have to see :)
Of course it's not rude. A rude question would be to formulate it as "if you're a boy, you sound like a total sissy. Sure you're not female?"
But I am female.
At least I think so.
But I could be lying.
Or not.

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Yeah... I guess we'll just wait then. You could do Simon in the room, I suppose, but then we'd have to stop.
Golly, cool! If it's not too rude a question, are you male or female in real life? ^^;

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
That's true as well. Especially seeing as your character left the room to talk with the others, while mine is still not finished with his business in Creed's room. That sounds a bit weird. Anyway.
I'm not sure yet. I do have an preference for roleplaying boys, but seeing as I haven't been a girl in quite some time, it could be fun to try it!

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Yeah... plus even if we do continue, there's not much we can do before we have to meet back up with the other characters.
Ooh, that sounds like a good idea 8D TWINS. What sort of twins? Two boys, two girls, or one of each?

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
I'm not sure. Even if we're supposed to continue, I'm afraid to make another post before Chris does, but if she really wants to restart, then I suppose we'll have to wait for the weekend when she comes back. If we do restart, though, I might add another character, perhaps even two, so that even if we loose the inital interested players, we'll have a few more characters to work with. I was perhaps thinking a pair of twins.. :)
Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Golly, cool! Hello. It seems that we're the only ones here XP
Um... are we meant to continue, or are we waiting for it to restart? ^^

Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
I'm back, by the way. Finished my oral test-exam about half an hour ago, so I should be open to re-submit or post until.. Well, let's be honest, until something else happens ._.
Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Quiet here, innit? XD So... if this does get restarted, and I submit Adelaide again, do I just copy and paste her profile as a new character?
Re: [OOC] Mentality's Break
Same here, I'll join if you make it again :)
And I'm going to be on camp from Monday-Tuesday next week, so I won't be online.
