History: Raikou's parents never had any time for her they were very rich and powerful but cruel Raikou was always kind and try to make them happy but no matter what she did they were never satisfied she was also picked on often for her red eyes and white hair one night Raikou was walking home when a semi was coming the driver was drunk Raikou got hit both of her broken and her left arm the doctors said Raikou would never walk again because her bones got so badly shattered Raikou's parents did not bother visiting her and one night Raikou disappeared no one new how or where the people who kidnapped her were scientist who wanted to turn her into a robot they replaced Raikous heart with a metal one because her real one was weak they made her left arm robotique and both her legs from the knee down were robotic as well along with one of Raikou's eyes...

Family: Raikou had a mom and dad but they only wanted one child so Raikou never had any siblings

Equipment: Raikou carries two hand guns at all time a semi automatique shot gun and a knife
