Introduction

[code][center]Murdering the Basics;

In general, the genre of this roleplay will be strictly a murder mystery. It is set in a modern era, similar to the United Kingdom in some aspects, while quite obviously differing in other aspects. There is a King, who, like mentioned in the description, is murdered one night. There is no heir to the throne, which throws Ganora Province into an uproar, some terrified, some glad that the King is finally dead. Soon those feelings are dismissed however, as they soon realize that the murderer is still on the loose. The entire kingdom is now living in fear, except for the three detectives that have vowed to solve this case.

The Three Detectives:

1.) A cold, anti-social middle aged man who has seen many fights and murders in his time. The typical hard-boiled detective. Strives for justice.

2.) A happy-go-lucky, constantly optimistic young female who is brilliant, yet scared of fighting but when it comes down to it, will fight. Strives to find the good in everybody.

3.) A young man who just recently joined the force. He mainly keeps to himself, but has his share of equally brilliant and shocking moments. Strives to be useful to someone.

[Of course, whoever chooses the detective gets to make up their name and etc. along with their backstory and expanding upon their personality. These are simply bases for everybody to go on.]

Along with the three detectives, there are nine suspects. Among these nine, is the true murderer. But be warned, the murder is highly cunning, able to manipulate anybody for his cause.

Basically, there's going to be 12 'main' characters in this story. Someone will be the murderer and will be chosen at random when the slots are filled. Meaning no biased will be held, I will simply choose someone to be the murderer. I, myself, will play as a suspect; so as to not be to...'control' hungry over this roleplay along with knowing who the murderer really is, would make for a boring roleplay if I were to be a detective.

That's the basics of the story, hopefully this will be one for all to enjoy.
