Introduction

Cast away on an almost completely forgotten island sits a rather large facility. The buildings are equal in size, three stories high and three quarters of a football field in length. The only thing that differs are the names. The men live in Cryon Building, the women live in Sora Building, and the Staff/Mess Hall/other facilities reside in Gala Building.

This island holds some of the most dangerous and craziest people. Held here for crimes they are accused of committing even if half of them don't remember it. The lessers are on a lighter leash. They're allowed to roam the grounds under supervision and have a better sense of freedom. The uppers are the worst. They are kept locked away, only coming out for therapy sessions and for other business. Security is tight for them they have to be escorted everywhere.

The year is 2010. The island is simply called Fowlar Rocks and it's patients are getting a little restless.
