Personality: Kugaro is a bold and big-hearted ninja who enjoys the more simpler things in life. He enjoys good food, good company, the occasional, secret, good saki, and of course a good fight. Something of a maverick, he seeks his own good fortunes as he has traveled and explored the vast deserts of the Land of Wind and even went abroad. Yet, he would always come back to Sunagakure, back home to familiar company. Outside of his fun-loving, thrill-seeking personality, he is serious when comes to matters that involves the peace of the Land of Wind and Sunagakure, he will indefinitely defend his homeland to the bitter end if need be. He is serious about fighting as well, even though he might come off more as cocksure and bellicose in nature. Although the seriousness may drift away, if the fight becomes lengthy and he enjoys his opponent, as he becomes enticed and excitement takes over his better judgement. Although there isn't much that bothers him, he does hate disrespect and impudence in a fighter, after all one should show respect to one they are about to kill, if they are deserving of that respect of course. He can tolerate feistiness in an opponent, but if they are incredibly brash he will take it as disrespect as Kugaro is unusually sportsmanlike for a ninja. However, Kugaro is slow to anger and will not immediately lash out, but if the opponent insists on acting this way then he will become irritated and prone to ending the fight early, just to shut them up of course.
History: Born into the Tatsumaki Clan of Sunagakure, he took pride in the name to define himself early in life. Friendly and playful, he had quite a collection of friends and ended up being a Favorited leader over a gang of friends. Kugaro and his gang would often seek all things fun and exciting, often getting into trouble, "Just part of the fun!" Kugaro always said. It's not like he hated authority, its just his fun-seeking often included dangerous stunts that would cause troubles for others later on. He would enter the Academy to learn to become a shinobi like his other members of the clan. Although the Tatsumaki's have no special Ninjutsu's or Genjutsu's, they're specialty was Taijutsu. Confident fighters, they were often used as ninja's on the front lines as fierce fighters of the Sand. They have been criticized as warlike and hasty, they are in fact a very honorable clan that show respect to others, but also command respect in return. Kugaro took a little while to graduate, mainly he because he payed little attention and sought other pursuits. He would eventually graduate, then he would spend five years as a genin. He would pass the Chunin Exams earlier if it wasn't for his laziness, he would fail the Exams twice. Then at 16 he would pass the exams and become a Chunin, from there he would become more serious about being a shinobi and would become a Jounin at twenty, this was mainly because of the difficulty of becoming a Jounin but he would pass those Exams his first time around. Now has full-fledged Jounin, Kugaro would continue his fun-loving nature and become a valued friend to the other Sand Ninja's for his stalwart and persevering behavior, as well as his respectable, defensive personality.

Yuri (Kugaro's first successful summon, she is strict and before these two would get on each others' nerves(and still do). Yuri however has grown to care more deeply about Kugaro, as if he were one of her cubs)
Kenji (Kugaro's second summoning, a real wise guy, he can make wisecracks at any given moment. Witty and sarcastic, Kenji thinks highly of himself, sometimes coming off as a jerk. He has a skill for blending into the shadows and stalking his opponent. An enemy won't know Kenji is right behind them until it's too late.)
Keigo (If three words could sum up Keigo its calm, cool, and collected. Keigo values respect in every regard. So in order to summon Keigo for assistance one must show respect towards him and earn his respect in return. This was difficult for Kugaro to manage but once he did Keigo has become nothing short of a valued friend. Quick and nimble, Keigo can easily run great distances in minutes, making him Kugaro's fastest summoning.)
Osamu (A massive black lion, Osamu is considered a ruler amongst the lions. He is prideful and powerful, as his roars have been known to shake the very earth.)

Wind Release: Reverse Tether Blade Tornado (Kugaro wraps a sizable a space around the opponent as wraps around the opponent entirely. He then pulls back on the tethers as they quickly unwrap leaving a tornado behind from the speed of the unwrapping using the slashing winds to thrash the opponent)

Wind Release: Whirlwind Drill (Kugaro propels himself by using wind and spins rapidly creating a torrent of wind around him, much like Fang Passing Fang, he points his daggers forward as it creates piercing damage to all who are unfortunate enough to be hit by the technique)
Wind Release: Whirlwind Blade Ravager ( Kugaro sticks his daggers into the ground, wraps the tethers around his forearms and pulls back with his hands. Once he has pulled himself a decent length from the daggers, he turns sideways and releases his grip and his flung forward. With timing he grabs the tethers again and the daggers are pulled from the ground and Kugaro spins again creating a torrent of wind around his body, yet this time the daggers are spinning ferociously as well.)
Wind Release: Rising Whirlwind Blade Ravager (Kugaro assumes a standing position and extends his arms opposite directions and holding both daggers at opposite ends. He then jumps high and spins creating a torrent of wind around his body, slashing someone up close or up high.)
Wind Release: Standing Whirlwind Blade Ravager (Kugaro once again assumes a standing position but he tosses the daggers to opposite ends. Holding on to the tethers Kugaro spins rapidly, resembling a spinning top and moves about like such, and slashes his opponents.)
Black Lion Combination: Black Lion's Hooking Claw (Tosses a dagger as the rope wraps itself around an opponent, from there Kugaro could hold an opponent or pull them towards him.)
Black Lion Combination: Black Lion's Hunting Ground (Basically it is a string of consecutive dagger slashes that are quick and ferocious.)
Black Lion Combination: Rebounding Black Lion's Pounce (After using the hooking claw, Kugaro pulls an opponent in and does a strong strike that sends the opponent backwards but Kugaro pulls them back in with the tethers. He then jumps and performs a second strike upon the opponent sending them downwards into the ground.) (Sometimes he may perform stomp upon a opponent instead of punch on the second strike.)
Black Lion Combination: Dynamic Entry of the Black Lion (This can be performed of two ways, one more of an offensive measure and the other a counter measure. First way, Kugaro plants his daggers into the ground and pulls back on the tethers, he then releases his grip to launch himself as he performs a powerful jump kick. The second is after using the hooking claw, if an opponent won't come to him then he will go to an opponent. He uses his opponent as a counterweight as he pulls himself back then releases his grip launching himself precisely at the opponent with a powerful kick.)
Black Lion Combination: Black Lion's Hooking Grip (The same things as hooking claw but he tosses both of his daggers, as the tethers wrapped around the opponent is doubled.)
Black Lion Combination: Black Lion's Front Lotus (After releasing the Gate of Opening, Kugaro launches his opponent in the air and uses Hooking Grip to wrap around the opponent's body only revealing their head and the bottom of their feet. He then jumps above them and does a spinning front flip with the opponent. He then flings his wrapped opponent forward, slamming them down upon their head.)
Wind Release: Black Lion Combination: Roar of the Black Lion (Using the Hooking Grip Kugaro holds his enemy in place. Kugaro takes a deep breath as his chest seems to extend, he then releases the chakra-infused wind into what sounds like a mighty roar, as he blows the wind like a hurricane towards the grounded opponent. The wind then ferociously eviscerates the opponent.)
