Time has passed since the end of the Fourth Great Shinobi World War, and a calm has fallen across the countries. The natural rhythm of life has begun to flow once more. Shinobi are once again training, going on missions, and just living their lives again.

However, as the next Chuunin Exams come around, so does a black cloud that hangs over the land, threatening to shatter the calm with its fury. What is this cloud you ask? Well, rumors abound that a child has been born, one who possess the Rinnegan, one of the most powerful kekkei genkei in creation. Rare and powerful, everyone is searching for the child who possess such power.

The problem is, no one has been able to locate him. Although he is only about fifteen years old or so, he seems to know much about his gift, and how to use it. Already he is rumored to have at least two Paths at his disposal, which, because of the nature of the Rinnegan, makes it even harder to track down the boy.

All of the Hidden Villages, the Akatsuki, even the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist and a newly reformed Sound Five are after the child. All are seeking power for their own reasons, but the question on everyone’s mind is, how will this end? Will the child end the world, save it, or die before he get a chance for either cause?

So, basically there is this kid who has the Rinnegan. No one knows anything about him, except that he possess a lot of potential for any cause. Everyone wants to find him and convert him to their side, and it has been learned that he and his Paths are somewhere in the Land of Wind.

This roleplay will start off during the end of the Chuunin Exams, during the final tournament part of the exams. While the genin battle, everyone else is looking for the boy, but no one knows just how close he is.

You can play as one character or many. You can be a new member of Akatsuki, one of the new Seven Swordsmen, a member of the new Sound Five, a shinobi from any village and of any rank, or anything else you can think of really.

The position of the Rinnegan child has been filled.
