"Who could do this!?!?!?" yelled the Mizukage as she sat at the table of conference. Over the last few weeks, the hosts of the biju, Newly born baby's..and almost been kidnapped.
"The Akatsuki want to use their power! were lucky they failed." replied the Hokage. He shook his head sadly.
"They want the beasts for the only thing they could possibly use them for...-" impatiently, the Reikage interjected.
"Uchiha Madara already proved so many years ago that no being could truly control those... those things! Those Monster's! Why would their new leader dare to try and prove him wrong?! The Poor fool must be rolling around in his grave!!" the room fell silent everyone looking down sad as the old legends of the naruto story flooded their minds.
"They wont be able to control the beast's...they'll die trying." the Mizukage said deep in thought.
" Then let them have the beast's! why protect them any longer?!!" cried a ninja from the few they were also in the room.
"We cant just leave them to death row! It's not even their fault! They had no choice!!" Another ninja yelled.
"Nither did we!!" Said the first ninja glareing at the kage's.
"No! we will protect them because they are the only things that can save us! We will help them grow up! No one will tell them of their power..let them learn when their old enough. Until they are ready to fight for us we fight for them." the Hokage said with a glare, leaving no room for anyone to disagree or portest.
The eyes of the Tsuchikage seemed to flicker as the discussion came to a close, the Hokage spoke in a sad, yet urgent voice.. "They are our only hope, Until they are able to protect us no one will speak of the Mons- ...Power they hold. No one will try to harm them.. For the next 12 years we must hold together as one..until the next ninja war takes place. Tell the villager's. Time is on our side. Let's use it."
All was silent no one speaking,everyone's head's bowed. Peace had been with them for years..but all good thing's must come to a end.
And come to an end they did.
Over the last 12 years the Biji host's have been protected and un-aware of the fact that their walking monsters and that everyone says stuff behind their backs and that's the reason they don't have many friends.
Each one has passed their exams and are now being put into teams
Little did the know that the Akatsuki have trained long and hard so they could get the Jinchuriki and complet their new plan..but now the the Biji start to notice their powers their ready to start fighting back. Do you have what it takes to stop the Akatsuki and maintain your Nindo, your Ninja Way?

Whoever controls this power will have the same power naruto once did.

Drawn from ancient Chinese and Japanese lore, the kanji on each ring have served in the past as representations of Gods, to help in concentration before battle and in protection from evil. Their ring placement on their finger corresponds to their position on the summoned statue, with each member wearing the ring on a different finger. The rings seem important to each member, each member has their own ring. their are 10 members.
The Akatsuki member also has manicured and painted nails.
Each member wears the traditional forehead protector of the hidden village from which they fled. The protector has been modified though to bear a large scratch through the symbol, showing they no longer hold the same ideals their village does.
Each member wears a black cloak that bears red clouds. The inside of the cloak is red in color. The cloak is knee length and has a high collar. Underneath the cloak the ninja is seen to wear the more traditional clothing of their home village.
Members wear a traditional bamboo hat (kasa) to hide their appearance when traveling. The hat will be removed when the member enters battle.

Rima
Rima stood deep in the forest beside a large bolder staring it down. she had been training here, far enough from the village that no one could hear her but close enough to run to if in trouble. She sighed and turned to one of the large trees that didn't have a large hole in it. Wish a few hands signs Rima called out " Chidori! " and what seemed to be lighting lit up around her arm and as ran at the tree throwing her arm in front of her self and jumping back after she had hit the tree a large booming sound echoing through out the forest and Rima stood crouched down onto of the large rock holdings her arm and panting.
" kuso.. Messed up again. Damn it.." Rima mumbled as she stared at the tree. Through it had a rather large hole in it, if she had tried it on a person it wouldnt have killed.just wounded. Rima shook her head wipping the sweat off her face as she got ready to do it again.
(( Okay everyone can post now and btw 'Kuso' means shit in ^^ japanese ))

Yomi was sitting in a tree asleep, as usual. She should be practicing, she should have been, but she wasn't. Yomi was just another lazy Nara clan member, and she didn't feel like breaking the stereotype. She had a demon sealed inside her, a terrible demon, but she never ever even noticed it. She never realized it. The girl was perched up in the tree expertedly, soon her life would change forever and she would have to be ready for it, but she was just wasting her time away, sleeping and not preparing to protect herself and all of those around her.

Ritsuka entered the Leaf village, showing them his Identification and wiping his forehead, "This place is like the pits of helll...." he whined, crinkling his nose, "It's way too hot, does it ever even snow here?" the white haired boy frowned to himself as he made his way through the town. Ritsuka wasn't even really sure why he was here, he was probably just doing his wandering thing again. He never liked staying in one place for too long, but that was just the way Ritsuka was. He never was the type to settle down, he created an ice senbon without even moving his hands or even showing a sign of any type of movement, putting it in his mouth and chewing on it, "That's somewhat better.." he mumbled to himself, wondering what was going on in Konoha at the moment. This place had way too many kids... he frowned as he watched all sorts of Genin pass him, "They're no fun...like toothpicks."

Haruka was sitting on a Rock when the Sand Jonin caught up with him. "Hmph, you took your time. Slow and weak, as i would expect from Sand Nin."
The Ninja and Haruka quarreled for a bit, had a small fight before Haruka frowned. "Tsk, this fight is growing tedious. Let's finish this." And with a few handsigns, he did just that. Haruka took out a gourd of water, opened it up and threw it into the air, letting Gravity empty it. He focused hios chakra at the Water, and it turned into small, sharp needles. "It's over." He muttered, sending the needles into the Ninjas Torso. "And that is why Border Watching is stupid." He chuckled, putting his hat on, and walking on toward the Rain Village. Oh, how he missed it. Not many villages were so useful for Massacres. Sadly, he wasn't able to do that. Leader-Sama has given us a Tailed beast to capture. And so we shall.
And with that thought, Haruka exploded into Needles of Ice, and was gone.

Choi
(Choi is a ANBU charcter i'm working on making. i'm just gonna post for her now.)
Choi jumped from tree top to tree top. The Hokage had given her a mission and now she had to finsh it before they got to close. Choi landed on one of the trees without a noise watching as a Akatsuki member easily killed off another ninja. With a smirk she went ahead planing to ambush the Akatsuki member before he got any closer to the Demon. She had been doing this for far to long now. Sense she was at least 13 and was trained to protect the demons with her life. She had been trained by the very best ninja in most of the villages she had been to and when ever her village got a tip on a demon attack she would stop them before they got to close. Choi watched as he dissapered and then re-appered by the village.
" To Close! " she yelled as she threw a kunai at the man and landed in front of him, sword drawn. " Stop right there! " Choi called pointing her sword at the man, "One more step and I'll have to use force. Your a missing-nin. If you come with her now i wont have to use force. If you take one more step I will be forced to kill you. "
She called out. Always she wondered how she looked to these people. She was all dressed up in her ANBU gear with her mask on with the fake hair so people thought she was a guy when she attacked.

Haruka stopped, smiling when he saw the Kunai. He looked up at the Anbu. "Now now, no need for violence. Why bother with a long battle.." He flashstepped and was standing next to Choi, facing the opposite direction. "..When i can rid myself of a nuisance like you now?" He muttered, pulling out one of his blades and swiping at her head.

Choi moved before he even made a swip for her head. She was glad he had no idea she was using her sharingan becouse of her mask. Choi grinned and said in a gleeful voice " I'm not like other ANBU.. your a little to close to my..subject." In one fast move she hit him from behind knocking him off the tree on to the ground, Choi close behind. " Leave now Akatsuki. You wont be getting any closer to this village. " she called eyes narrowing.

Haruka gasped, and landed on his feet from the blow. "Fine, we'll do this the hard way." He muttered, putting his hands together.
"DEMON ICE CRYSTAL MIRRORS!" He yelled, a Circle of mirrors surrounding the girl. He instantly started to throw Ice Needles, hoping he'd hit her.
Her movements weren't normal. She was using a Kekkei Genkai, he could feel it. He jumped out of the mirror and if succesfully landing on her, he would rip her mask off, and smash it. "No more hiding that pretty face, Girl."

Choi gasped and swiftly blocked most of the needls. " Jackass.. " she mumbled as she kneed him in his soft spot and threw him off of her. Choi jumped back and faced the glass mirrors lifting her mask up just enough that it showed the mask covering her lips which she also moved for a moment. "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!!" Choi yelled trying to melt the mirror but as she already knew, it proved to be useless.
" Kekkei Genkai. great. " she mumbled fixing her mask's and turning back to the man watching him for a moment. " Your In my Bingo book... You were dead. " she said pulling out her sword. " Let's fix that. " Choi said as she lunged at him.

Haruka whipped out one of his Katana and Deflected it with ease. "So you remember me? I certainly remember YOU Choi. Gave me a wound so grave i'd have died for sure had i not used a substitution just after you left. It wasn't worth it. Heh.." He grabbed Choi by the throat and lifted her up. "You don't learn do you? You tried that move last time.. And you left your guard open." He said, dropping her and lunging back, aiming for her lower Abdomen.

Choi gasped and rolled out of the way so it only scratched her side. " Stopped you though..didn't I. " she spat jumping in the air and kicking him in the face. " that was 12 years ago idiot. " she mumbled holding her bleeding side. Choi shook her head. " No one should no Who wears this ANBU mask. You are bring a threat to my ANBU name and my subjects. leave now. " she said glaceing at the ice mirror. She was thinking of idea's now..she could always put him in a genjutsu and get him far enough away from the village that she could warn the other ninja. Sounds good. Choi thought as she put her hands together and locked him in one of the strongest genjutst she could. Everything around them changed, the air got hotter and everything burned as fire erupt around them burning him.

The flames surrounded him in a circle. "I'll make a deal.. You let me visit some family in the leaf, i leave your precious Jinchuuriki for a while, how about that?" He smiled weakly, the flames making him uncomfortably hot.

Choi smirked, she found his weakness. " I would have to follow you..and you cant go in..that." she said looking at his cloak. she chuckled " Scared of Fire Haruka-kun? " she asked and she slowly drew the flames away from him and closer to herself. Through she disliked the heat it didnt bother her as much as it most likely did him.

Eckheart walked around aimlessly seeing two people fight a ANBU and what looked like a Akatsuki, "I think that anbu has it covered but if he dies and that akatsuki roams free the demon might be in danger so I'll just watch from here." Eckheart mumbled and sat on a tree and took a bite form an apple he had. Eckheart enjoyed the battle, seeing people fight was always a good thing to watch you always could learn something from them...

Mitsuki and Shishu was seating next to each other at the top of the Leaf village's hokage monument. It was relaxing watching the village beneath them, and their biju seemed to hum in content being so close together. But it didnt last long.
Shishu stood up and waved a silent good bye before leaving in a blink of an eyes. "Must have been another mission.."
Mitsuki smiles and continues to watch the scenery. This is peace she wanted forever, but that wish was too good to be true. Slipping off the head of the hokage, she fell downwards and with such ease, she formed hand signs,she then flickered to the training grounds.
She spotted many other ninjas, training with their ninjajutsu, kunais, and etc.
"I should get to work too.." She whispers in her Uchiha voice. Mitsuki pulls out a kunai quickly and stares at a target, before flicking the kunai right into the bulls eyes.
"Perfect..as always.." The biju within her purred within her mind and it annoyed her greatly, but she was very used to it.

"Whew, that was quite the walk, eh? Kobura?" Oni Kyō looked back to see the tall, naturally intimidating, Kobura making his way up to the top of the hill. "Tch...Whole did he pair me with you anyway? First he kills the Old Boss, then starts walking around like he owns the place." Kobura tossed his hood back, looking toward the sun as he did so. Oni Kyō smirked and pulled his hood forward, if only trying to contradict his partner. "What do you expect? I've only been a member for a few months, and I can tell you that guy was useless. With new management, we are back on track. Our goal is the six-tails, correct?" Lobura kept walking forward, not looking back to acknowledge Oni Kyō on his rhetorical question. "I swear, sometimes just being aware of your presence pisses me off." Oni Kyō continued to smile, as of he had grown accustomed to Kobura's loner attitude. Truth is, there was just something about Oni Kyō that didn't sit right with Kobura. He couldn't put his finger on it, but there was something about him that made Kobura weary about turning his back to him. But, Kobura severely doubted Oni Kyō's fighting ability and, as such, thought little of him as a potential threat. So, the two continued on their way, signifying that a dark storm was approaching the unsuspecting Hidden Leaf.
OOC Notes
"Actually... I have more important matters to attend to. I'll look you up if needed, Choi." Haruka muttered. "And yes, i hate fire. I like the cold, Woman!"

Ritsuka blinked when he saw a girl up in the trees, she had black hair and pale skin. He decided to be a jerk and he picked up a rock, hitting the girl in the arm with it, she fell out of the tree because she'd woken up from the shock of getting hit and lost her balance, Genin... he sighed to himself mentally, was that all the leaf had these days was weak little Genin, "Hey, you, girl. Show me where the Hokage's office is.." he mumbled in an uncaring tone. Ritsuka didn't like the heat, he didn't really know anyone from home or here, he just wanted this over with. He ran a pale hand through his white hair, his silver eyes scanning the young Genin. She was definately a Genin, by the way she dressed, her sleeping choice, and how she presented herself, but there was something...off about her. He couldn't quite place it, but he realized, she was different somehow, possibly in a very bad way.

"Meh, how boring." Eckheart said and left walking through the crowded village, he went to a dango shop buying one and eating it, Eckheart headed his way to the Hokage residence to see if he can do a mission or two. On his way to the Hokage residence, Eckheart got 'tired' more like he got bored and decided to take a nap in a nearby tree he sat on a high branch leaning on the trunk and fell quickly asleep for who know how long....

" nara asked through she could have guessed where he was already. But he is the only one out of their old team they gets the mission's now. Nara frowned. Her Biju hummed and she neared her long time friend. God that was annoying but they always got in so much trouble when they were together...

Ritsuka frowned at Yomi, so Yomi's her name? God these kids are rude today . . oh well I'll play along with her whims if it gets me to the hokage, "Alright ki- Yomi . . . show me the way to the Hokage's office, PLEASE?" he asked, his eye was twitching with annoyance, what was going on in this kid's mind? She was talking to a Joinin from another village . . . damn brat. He ran his pale hand through his hair however, "It can't be helped I suppose . ." So he just forced a smile, "My name is Ritsuka." he stated, in a somewhat tolerant voice, "Now can we please go? This heat is unbearable.." When she agreed he was more than estatic to be getting out of the heat soon, "Thanks." and he followed after her, for a Genin, she could move fast when she wanted to. He almost ran straight into the short female, but he swiftly slid next to her instead, "I'd rather not speak about where I'm from..." and with that he just walked inside, leaving the curious girl to her lonesome.

All I really need right now is for their jutsu's/abilities to remain a secret. I won't overpower them, but to me the best part about the Akatsuki in the anime was that you didn't learn any of their abilities until they were officially introduced.

Clan name: Tsuiraku-aisu clan (Soo-rock-oo ay-so) (clan of falling ice)
Uses a combination of wind and water chakara specializing in jutsus that take the form of violent dynamic ice sculptures. They fight with a similar techniques to that of the land of Mist though there tactics are the main divergence. Where the Land of Mist uses ice techniques to hide themselves and trap there opponents the land of snow shinobi prefer far more aggressive and direct approaches such as large ice serpents and horned whales striking out at there opponents.
Blood line trait: from years of living in ice the clans nobles have developed what is known as "Koori-Chishio" or "ice blood" it is a concentration of wind and water chakara in there blood stream which has developed into a gift and a curse. There blood has such a high concentration of the two chakara that there body force ably retains a constant temperature. This means that they are invulnerable to extreme cold meaning they cannot be frozen, as well as being highly resistant to flames as there blood compensates by cooling them off via sweat like ice water which freezes on the skin protecting them. They often try and push this ability to its limits by taking days on end in the wild tundra with nothing but there underwear to prove that "Koori-Chishio" runs stronger in there veins than others. Unfortunately this has made some very reckless ninja perish at a young age out of recklessness. When they are low on chakara the can slice there skin and use the chakara in there blood to use techniques though this has become forbidden in their clan because of the tragedies of people pushing themselves past there limits.

Signs: tiger, snake, dragon
The user will send a concentrated blast of chakara from the palm of there hand forming into a sharpened condensed blade of ice about 5 feet long or less. This is the bread and butter of the Tsuiraku-aisu clans combat as many of there techniques stem from the blade that is created. The stronger you become the large your blade can be. Some of the Jonin are known to use blades up to 12 feet long and wield them with as much speed as a kunai knife. However even the most experienced chunin can only create a blade of about 5 feet.
Ice release: Frost weapon augmentation
signs: dragon, rat, dog, dragon, horse, rooster, tiger, snake, tiger, dog
A sacred technique taught only to the top 1% of chunin exam graduates. Each ninja learns to augment there weapon or "shape" it to there design. The weapon design that is chosen becomes there signature (E.g battle axe, bow and arrow, spear, double sided sword, katana). This technique takes much preparation the first time it is done and once the technique has been preformed once the user can augment there weapon to the form they chose originally by simply preforming the first 3 signs dragon, rat, dog. An ordinary ninja will never be able to change there blade to a different shape other than the simple blade and there chosen form. However the Abnu of the village learn a special style of this technique which is a closely guarded secret. They are trained to use this technique mid combat or under high stress allowing them to turn there weapon into any tool needed to get the job done meaning there blade can take nearly any shape necessary with in a size that they can create.

A simple technique where the ninja releases his chakara into the atmosphere to create blizzard like conditions in varying radius. the largest known use of this jutsu was when the villages kage used it to hide the entire land of snow from sight during a raid from a land of sand attack, it was estimated at a size of nearly a 600 square miles (about 950 kilometers). This clearly an over charged version with the help of some of the clans jonin the average chunin can create a snowed in area of about 1 km if they have about 15 seconds of uninterrupted focus. The Abnu however can create about 1 km or blizzard with less than 1 second of concentration.

Not everyone will probably like this idea, but since I'm not really involved in any other roleplay, and seeing as how I seem to be the only Akatsuki member, I could just make all eight members. Seems like a little too much I know, but figured I'd put it out there. Plus, I am much better at playing villains than anything else.

" They're said to be dangerous " ? They are . Look at Hak u. He was young, and didn't have anyone with his kekkei genkai to teach him how to abuse it to his full potential . . but you saw how well he handled Sasuke . . and naruto before he went all ninetails on him . They ARE very dangerous , thats why Haku's dad freaked out when they found out about his abilities . They were forbidden . : ] When you can make a weapon out of water , your weapon is endless until you're out of Chakra . And besides, how much chakra would it really take just to freeze a little bit of the water that is naturally in the earths atmosphere turning it into tiny senbon needles ? It would take a bit, not saying it wouldn't, but freezing something that thin? I'd imagine it would be minimal to low-moderate level on their Chakra level. Did you see how MANY he made to throw at Sasuke and Naruto when he had them trapped in his ice mirror justu?

I believe that since the Uchiha are reborn that the Yuki are also reborn. Though as you say there said to be to dangerous it would be cool if they had a special role such as guards to the Kage as payment for them being able to tech there ways again or something like that if everyone agrees. And I have a question, that clan (Haku's) got scattered and/or murdered because they were said to be too dangerous, in this RP are they going to be reunited and thriving, or scattered among the other nations..(Leaf, Sand, etc..)? Cause if they are going to be scattered, I'd like him to be from the leaf, unless there are going to be other Yuki clan members....?
