History: Tibas parents both grew her up, despite her ears and tail. She lead a normal life until middle school. She got exposed once by her best friend, and then on it just hasn't been right. her best friend promised ot to tell, so Tiba has been sugar sweet to her.
Other: Tiba carries a hobo leather bag.

Personality

Playful, sweet, sugary... thats Tiba! Tiba is very childish and playful, just because she is never unhappy. Tiba is only 15, so She still has a lot of life in her.

SPECIAL POWER: Tiba can turn to a cat at anytime and she can sort of lift the mood in a room. Like controling emotions.

History

Tiba grew up normal. She never got made fun of or anything in her little town, but when her and her family moved away, things got very bad. Tiba was forced to hide in the shadows until the teasing from her friends stopped, wear a hat, and hide the fact that she was a neko. her parents accepted it and so did the rest of he family. Even now, Tiba has a happy life and a satistfied family.
