Welcome to Mystic Circle! It's one of the greatest neighborhoods on Earth. The houses are spectacular, the yards magnificent, and the entire development is just downright fantastic. It's super exclusive and made up of only five lagre mansions that are all facing one another, forming a circle. In the center of the circle is the fabulously gorgreous courtyard where the children play . . . But not just the children. The nekos do too.

The nekos . . . Those adorable little half-human, half kitty creatures are adopted by the human families to live among them as if they were normal humans.

All residents of Mystic Circle have to have at least one neko. It's practically a social law. If a family doesn't have one, they're looked down upon. But luckily, now, every resident of Mystic Circle has at least one neko. Some residents have just got there's, while others have had their's for years. The point is, anybody who's anybody has a neko
