Introduction
"From nothingness comes everything."
Dr. Blade believed that, and took kids ages 6-17 from their homes, and expiremented on them. It didn't go very well. While the children did get amazing powers, the doctors, including Blade himself, were torn to shreds, and the powerful children escaped. They destroyed a lot of things. Then Rovers came into play. Menacing kids, with weapons unimaginable to even their creators. Some of the Rovers were the escapees, set on reversing what happened.
D.P.O.C.C.= Destructive Powerful Out of Control Children
Tens=They fit the name
Halfs= They kind of fit the name
Zeros= They are the oppisite of the name

Tens= The most dangerous kids in the D.P.O.C.C. They cannot control their powers very well.
Halfs= More dangerous than Zeros. They can control their powers, but not in life-threatening situations.
Zeros= Not at all dangerous. Can control their powers perfectly.
