OOC Notes
Sophia walked down the street, the noises of New York surrounding her. She looked about as she slowly crossed the street. A car horn beeped loudly as a taxi sped past her. She let out a shriek as the vehicle skimmed past her, as she stepped onto the next sidewalk, bumping into a businessman. She groaned as she ran off throguh the crowd, pushing through, drastically trying to get to a cafe, or diner, something, she was starved. She yanked at the door of a cafe and groaned. Shut. She looked inside for an employeee, but couldn't see anyone.
OOC Notes
Geraldine casually walked down the street, not really caring for all the looks that he got or might have gotten for his style of dress, since he didn't seem to care. And that was the truth; he could really care less if anyone thought negatively of him. It was their problem if they had some kind of problem with him, though it would be a bit of a problem if they started to "bother" him about it, but even then he'd still stick to his lax, not reacting to anything attitude.
He wondered what he should do today. There wasn't any school today, since it was a Saturday and unless you were in Saturday school or something like that then there really wasn't a reason why you should go to school on a Saturday. Perhaps he should get something to eat? Candy? But then again, wandering the streets like this, for the time being (Sadly), there wasn't a candy shop in sight. He sighed. He walked across the street and then noticed a cafe a few steps after. He quickly discovered that the cafe was closed. Or at least it seemed that way, as shown by the lady(Sophia) peering into the cafe window for an enployee. He really couldn't think of another reason why she would peer into the window.
He noticed a Starbucks that was about a block away from where he was. He put his hand in his pocket and out his hand came with 20$, which should be enough for something at Starbucks, "There's a Starbucks over there," He said, tapping her shoulder and pointing to the starbucks.

Sophia let out and spun around to face the person. "O-oh." She stutted, trying to compose herself. "Oh, I didn't notice, I'm not here often, I'm in town for today."
Sophia calmed down, and took in the person infrotn of her. The first thing she noticed was the person's hair. As much as she liked it, she couldn't bring herself to have anything like it. "Well, would you like to come to starbucks with me?" She asked the stranger infront of her.

OOC Notes
New York got plenty of out-of-towners daily. It was sort of easy to tell who was local to here and who wasn't among the crowds of people. At times he watched people on a bench and he found it sort of interesting, seeing as how this was New York and there were all sorts of people here. Some young entrepreneurs who hope to make their business successful, others from another country who wanted to start a new life here, or even elders who are now retired.
"Well, would you like to come to starbucks with me?"
He shrugged, "Sure, why not?" He said starting to go towards the starbucks, "And by the way, I'm Geraldine,"
