Introduction

The Soul King, known as more of an entity than a being, has been corrupted, betrayed from the inner walls of the Royal Palace. As a last resort, the Royal Guard combined their powers to bind and trap the King within a crystallized form and broke it off to pieces that they scattered to several planes to prevent the tainted power from reforming. Without the King, the world as we know it will begin to crumble, so with the combined forces of Soul Society and humanity, a battle against time and their unknown nemesis now runs rampant to purify and return the Soul King to his former self. They will travel from the human world to the furthest lands of Hueco Mundo, and even beyond.
