Introduction

In recent times, Pokémon have been vanishing from this world. Fewer and fewer appear in the wild anymore, and people only have a guess as to why. It’s believed that their disappearance is somehow connected to the sudden increase in the number of people that own shadow Pokémon…at least, that’s what people are saying. The Pokémon used by these trainers are more powerful than most. Rumor has it that there’s a new group utilizing machinery, very similar to what had been used before, in the Orre region, to create shadow Pokémon out of wild Pokémon. However, that still doesn’t explain the sudden drop in wild Pokémon completely. After all, there are still many more Pokémon missing than there are shadow Pokémon owned by trainers. And that certainly doesn’t explain why the few Pokémon that are still found in the wild are much more vicious lately, attacking to kill, even if they aren’t hunting for food. Their only hope: The School.

Shadow Pokémon: A Pokémon whose heart has been artificially closed, turning it into a mindless, emotionless fighting machine. They fight to kill, and do not differentiate between their Pokémon opponents, and the trainers that back them up, and are likely to attack and kill either.

Purification: The process of purification is a long one, and takes patience to complete. The only way to purify them is to befriend them, and remind them of the feelings and emotions that they have lost. But even then, they aren’t completely purified. They need to be taken back to the school, where teachers and staff have developed machinery that completes the purification process. Their machinery has been based off the original process of completing the purification; they have studied the area around Celebi’s Shrine that was once used to complete this process, and copied it into their machinery.

The School: With the sudden increase in possible shadow Pokémon sightings, a school has been created to attempt to control the problem. They are training young students to be able to catch purify, and release the Pokémon back into the wild. Eventually, they hope to catch and bring down the gang that is causing the problem. Lately, though, they haven’t even come across a trace that might lead them to it.
The school itself exists on an island, where Pokémon are still common enough, but even now they are slowly starting to vanish. The students are split into two separate teaching styles, one for seeing and understanding, and one for catching and training.

Seeing: Students in this section are trained to be able to care for Pokémon, especially shadow Pokémon, seeing as they seem to have slightly different needs. They are then required to train the Pokémon in survival within its own habitat, as far as searching for its own food, shelter, and company, and being able to decide whether or not the Pokémon it ready to be released into the wild. These students use machinery to be able to see the black aura surrounding shadow Pokémon. They receive their first Pokémon in order to practice caring for them, and may ask for help from older and more experienced students, or from teachers. If a teacher suspects that they are not properly caring for their Pokémon, the teacher may or may not insist it be released back into the wild and that the student learn more before catching another. In order to be able to see the Pokémon, the students must be able and willing to learn and understand a Pokémon’s behavior in the wild, and be able to teach them to survive in the wild as they naturally would.

Catching: These students are trained to befriend the Pokémon, and help those that can see to care for them. These students are only required to know how to teach Pokémon to battle, and to survive in fights in the wild. These students use machinery in order to turn ordinary pokeballs into snag balls, that are capable of catching Pokémon that already belong to other trainers. This is only to be used for the capture of shadow Pokémon, and a student will have both their Pokémon and machine taken away if found using it to catch other Pokémon from trainers. The students in this program must be able to defend themselves and their partners should their Pokémon fall, and have an understanding for training Pokémon to battle successfully.

One student from each program is partnered up, to create a team of two that can successfully capture, train, purify, and release Pokémon into the wild. These pairs are not allowed to leave the island except in teams. A team will be made up of several pairs, led by the eldest in the group. These teams will only leave the island on specific missions, and those missions can only be assigned by a teacher, and are to be taken very seriously. Some teams will be sent out more often than others, based on previous accomplishments, and teams and pairs may not be reassigned unless there is a very serious problem.
Pairs and teams are also assigned by teachers, based on evaluations, accomplishments, how well they are expected to get along, and how well their abilities will complement each other. Their only goal is to make up teams and pairs that will work well together, and will be able to survive without any more help than their partner or team can provide.

Throughout this rp, if your character is young enough, you may catch a Pokémon of your very own. Most are allowed to capture their first Pokémon at the age of 16, though some are considered good enough to capture their Pokémon at 15. Only a few are allowed to capture their own Pokémon so young, and even fewer can catch their Pokémon before even that age. The only requirement is that an elder student observes and helps you catch your Pokémon; this is an attempt to get more of the school to cooperate together so that, when teams and partners are chosen, most will know someone else in their team. There are many places to catch Pokémon on the island, and the types are listed as well, in case someone doesn’t know the type of a specific Pokémon.

The schools rules are very simple:
1. Try to get along with your fellow classmates.
2. You may not own more than one Pokémon at any given time; however, you may release your present Pokémon to capture another.
3. You will work with your partner, and not another partner, unless your partner is unable to help at that time.
4. You listen to your team leader; they are the ones guiding you, and know what they are doing.
5. Respect your Pokémon; they are living, breathing creatures, just as you and your partner are.
6. Boys are not to enter the girls dorm, just as girls are not to enter the boys dorm.
7. You will be in your dorm, and at the very least be quiet, by 10PM. You are to remain quiet, or asleep, until 7AM, when everyone is to report for breakfast.

That’s not to say that, in this rp, you must obey the school rules or you can’t rp here anymore; rather, keep in mind that teachers are capable of punishing you for it and, if you break enough school rules, you will be sent home, and will not be allowed to attend.

Here s the character skeleton; we will only be playing out students; teachers will be controlled by the gm and co-gm. Remember to do well when typing everything up; how well you write out your character sheet will aid us in deciding whether or not we accept your character.

Rules

1. Be respectful to other players. Your character can disagree with other characters, but don’t argue amongst other players.
2. Check OOC for updates, questions and concerns, and random chatting. :P
3. Romance is encouraged, but follow site rules. We don’t need to know everything.
4. Unless you are at least 15/16, you cannot have a Pokémon already caught.
5. You do not need to much, if anything, about Pokémon. We are willing to help anyone with a question about the rp, or about Pokémon.
6. No canon characters; original characters only.
7. A typo here and there is fine, but please use proper grammar and spelling. Do not use * or / for actions; actually type it out!
8. Make sure you fill out the skeleton completely; it’s part of what’s being used to test your literacy. Please try to do a good job.
9. No one-liners. Give others something to reply to, and something for everyone to actually read.
10. Remember, no god-modding.
11. If you are starting out with a Pokémon, you must start out with a Pokémon that eists on the island. You can change that Pokémon when you leave the island, but until then, you are stuck with our selection.
12. No character can see and catch shadow Pokémon; people are split into pairs in which one can see and the other can catch shadow Pokémon. There will be several pairs in one team.
13. Partners and teams (possibly only one) will be decided in OOC. We would like to have an even number of people that can see, and people that can catch Pokémon, so that we can have even pairs.
14. With the exception of one (already claimed), anyone that can see shadow Pokémon must use a machine to see the Pokémon.
15. Trainers must work together, within their pairs and their teams, to capture and purify shadow Pokémon.
16. There will be no legendary Pokémon: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Lugia, Ho-oh, Jirachi, Celebi, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Latios, Latias, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus.
17. No Pokémon from the Unova region; only Pokémon from the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh regions.
18. Do not make a character and then not post. You will receive a pm if you do this. And don’t make a post and then never come back. You will receive a pm for this as well.
19. If anything comes up, let us know, and don’t just disappear. Your character will hold up your partner if this happens, and that’s not very nice.
20. If you have any questions, ask in OOC, or PM the GM or Crystal Flamedance. It’s okay; we don’t bite. :P

"All students please report to the Gymnasium. Thank you," the intercom said. Great, Daemyn thought, another year of school. He saw kids and their Pokémon, as far as the eye could see. Emotions were everywhere in the room. He could feel the excitement/anxiousness emanating from the group of kids nearest to him. They must have been new. The small group he was in consisted of him and his sister. The only two that seemed not so excited within miles. "Why must we attend this thing? I've already gone to it for four years in a row," Daemyn said, sending the nearest kid a glare for bumping into him. "You need to relax. I've gone for seven years in a row and you don't hear me complaining."

Songrose shook her head. "I know we've been through it, but many of the others haven't." Though she, too, found these assemblies at the beginning of every year tiring. She already knew all the rules, and didn't need to hear them all over again. She glanced around at the newer students, then shook her head. She knew she needed a new partner, and her brother, as well. Both their partners had left the school the year before, and she was supposed to get a lis of her team, and their partners, and that was the only way she'd find out who her new team was. She stretched, rather bored, and sighed. "Well, we'll find out who our partners are, at least." Hopefully they weren't too new. The entire time her Starly, Star, remained on her shoulder. He wasn't too fond of leaving Song, even if it was easy for him to find her again with a bird's eye view.

Everyone was seated, talking loudly to hear over each other, when one of the staff called for attention. She sighed and slouched in her seat, only barely paying attention as he went over the school rules...yet again. She understood why they did it every year...but why were returning students required to listen to it every year? They couldn't just call up the new people and send her the list later on? She settled herself to wait as the same rules were repeated; don't go into other's dorms, no fighting, only one Pokemon per student, stay with your own partners, especially when you leave the school, stay with your team leader if you need to head to another town, or even off the island, you must recieve permission before leaving the island, and give notice before leaving school grounds, quiet time starts at 10, report for breakfast at 7, and then classes and practice...she had heard it often enough that she could pretty much list off the rules along with him.

And then he was going on about partners and teams, including the Pokemon, and leaders were called forward to get their teams together. While the school had refused to partner her with her brother, they had allowed them to be on the same team, so she didn't have much of an argument, and she already knew he was on her team, and so she pulled her brother along. She glanced at her list when she recieved it. A rather small team, but they'd manage. She looked back at the crowd, watching everyone rushing to find their teams. She took a deep breath before calling out the two other names on her list, "David Ether?! Matt Hannigan?!" She would wait a few minutes before calling out the names again, depending on whether or not they had shown up. Surely they were moving enough to hear her at some point.

The announcement sparked a perk in Seze's ears. David caught his pokemon's change in posture, "Yes, we're going now. Just finishing to tie my shoe." Standing up, he quickly checked himself and his uniform. Everything seems to be in order, he thought. "Ok...Lets go!" he said quickly making a break for the exit.

Seze, David's vulpix, began to sprint with a pleasant look on her face. When they reached the start of the main halls, they slowed down to a walk. "Mustn't break any school rules now, must we?"

Upon walking into the gymnasium, the sight was just as chaotic to behold as any other year. David looked down to Seze. "Up!" Seze leaped into his arms. Best if she was in his arms, instead of getting lost in the crowd. Although, his faith in Seze's ability to locate him was unwavering. Making his way to his year's location of seating, one of the only seats nearby that he could see available was next to one of the girls from his year. Songrose sat next to her brother. They just seemed to be inseparable. If they're not paired up, I don't know if I should be surprised or disappointed in my intuition.

David did not speak much, so he quietly took his seat beside Song. Seze, on the other hand, was quite the socialite. She greeted Song warmly, and then returned to David's lap. The assembly was dull. The repetitive clear and crisp articulation of the rules, describing what is meant by "teams", for those capable of joining them. David's team last year was good, but he was hoping for something a little better this year.

When the assembly finished, he walked back out to find his team leader, and somewhere in that group, his partner. He walked to the side of the room, and began to scan, with both his eyes and ears. "David Ether?!" he heard called over the crowd's enthusiasm. Songrose, he thought, I heard she was a great team leader. Already, this is a better team.

"David Ether, present," he said after walking up behind her. "Nice to see you again, Rose. I hope your trip in to school was ok."

Matt was in his dorm working his punching bag when he heard the announcement. He let out an annoyed sigh. He had heard it all before. "C'mon Pikachu. Time to listen to that same old speech again." Pikachu had been sleeping on the bed. His ears perked up and he hopped on Matt's right shoulder. He ducked out of his room, locking the door behind him.

On his way to the gymnasium, Matt received his usual wary glances from the other students. He took his place in the crowd: at the back of it. He looked around at the new students. They seemed just as boring as ever. Maybe this year I can actually get someone to talk to me. As the speech came to a close, got ready to find his new team. Shortly after the closing, he could here a female voice calling his name. Must be my team leader. Looking around, he spotted who he was looking for. So, Rose is my team leader, eh. Matt thought back. He had seen her around the school, but, as it was with most people, he really didn't know her.

He made his way towards Rose. It was easy to keep track of her, since he could see over everyone's heads. The crowd was making him a little nervous. His eyes were darting around, from person to person. When he reached her, he cleared his throat. "Hey. I'm Matt. Guess we're on each others team this year."

Daemyn looked up from his untied shoe to see a boy around the same age as his sister. Daemyn got protective of his sister sometimes, so he took a small step between Song and the boy. Songrose would have killed him later on if he didn’t use manners. So he stuck out his hand and said, “Hi. I’m Daemyn, Songrose’s younger brother. Nice to meet you.” The boy took Daemyn’s hand, squeezing firmly before letting go. Then another boy approached, this boy he knew. “Matt!” Daemyn couldn’t help but letting some of the excitement slip from his voice. Daemyn had always secretly looked up to Matt Hennigan. He seemed like the toughest kid ever, and Daemyn had always wondered what it was like to have a tough and rough older brother.

“David, Matt, it’s nice to see you two. I’m glad to have you guy’s on my team,” Daemyn said. Daemyn automatically stuck his hand out to Matt. “How do you do?”

Song glanced between the two. She had seen tham around, so they weren't dealing with complete newbies. She straightened a little bit, standing up a little taller, if only to make sure they paid attention when they needed to. Mentally she repeated the names, and put them with the faces, so she wouldn't forget either one too easily. "Alright, then; Daemyn, not between me and the others." He was being nice enough, but being more overprotective than he should be. That didn't help out too much. She glanced around, irritated at the noise, then gestured towards the hall. "Might be easier in the hall; quieter," she said, making her voice loud enough to be heard over the others in the room. She started heading towards the hall, glancing back every now and then to make sure they were keeping up.

Matt smiled, trying to ignore the crowd. He was surprised by the excitement in the younger student's voice. He laughed and took the kid's hand. "I don't shake hands." Then, he pulled him in and gave him a quick hug. Letting go, he said, "I'm glad to see that someone doesn't hate me." Looking at his other team members, Rose spoke up. After letting her get her piece in, he obediently followed her away from the crowd. He found it easy to make his way through them, as most people made sure to stay out of his way.

Daemyn was surprised by the sudden hug. But of all people to be hugged by it was Matt. You are 15 now, Daemyn. Don’t squeal like a little five year old girl. But he couldn’t help smiling like an idiot. He swore his sister’s happiness was rubbing off on him. His sister gestured to the hall and started to walk, with Daemyn close behind. He never quite thought about how much of a baby he looked like following his sister around. Sometimes he even would grab onto her shirt, not wanting to lose her.

So, Daemyn grabbed onto her shirt, earning laughs and noises from the other students. He had already been in enough fights last year (already scolded by his sister), and got a warning about this year.

Hearing the other students laughing didn't make Matt any more comfortable. When he noticed who and what they were laughing at, he gave them all looks that said, "Shut up or I'll break you!" Most stopped dead. It took a moment for it to settle in for others. He didn't like it when people used numbers to get a chance to make fun of someone.

Songrose ignored the laughs; paying attention to them would only encourage it. But, apparently, Matt had them quiet with a glare. She turned back to the group when they were a little further from the noise. At least she wouldn't have to be yelling at them so they could hear her. "Alright...now..." She looked back at her list. "Matt, you're partnered up with Daemyn here." It was a good thing, then, that they seemed to get along so well already. She looked back at David. "Which means you and I are partnered up." She sighed and looked back at the sheet, then up at the other three again. "It's still early, and the staff wants everyone to spend the day getting used to teammates, hopefully to prevent any arguments in the future. We can go outside...Daemyn still needs to catch his own Pokemon yet, so we could do that, or, if there's anything else someone else wants to do, we can do that instead. As long as everyone agrees to what we're doing." One of the problems a lot of leaders had was keeping the group together; a lot of arguments tended to start when the leader didn't pay attention. Which meant she would have to learn how they showed emotion, even if they attempted to keep it hidden, to make sure they didn't explode later on.

Daemyn was happy to be paired with Matt. But showing that emotion was a little harder, after so many years with his dad. But then he heard the words “Daemyn” and “Pokémon”, which immediately lightened his mood. “We can always go catch my Pokémon later. They might have stuff they want to do,” Daemyn said. He realized that he was still holding onto his sister’s shirt after a group of girls his age walked by and erupted into laughter. “I see Daemyn still can’t let go of his sister. What a baby!” the one in the middle said. Daemyn’s face flushed a deep red from anger and embarrassment. He let go, threw his hand to his side and backed off. But he tripped over a root sticking out of the ground, and fell straight into a puddle.

Matt was indifferent on his pairing. When the girls went by and Daemyn fell, Matt let out a sigh and helped him up. "Don't let them get to ya, man." After this, he turned to Song. "Alrighty then. Straight to business, then. I'm up for whatever. After his little splash there, I suggest we get him a change of clothes. After that, I suppose we or I, either way, can go with him to get his Pokemon." Pikachu nodded in response. Matt looked at Song waiting for a response, his eyes naturally drawn to her breasts. He immediately caught himself and looked her in the face. Let's hope she didn't notice that, you perv, Matt thought to himself.

Songrose looked up as she heard more laughing as a group of girls went by. She glanced back to make sure Daemyn was okay; Matt was helping him up, so she turned her attention back to the girls. "So...how much trouble will you all be in when a teacher finds out you aren't in the gym...like you were supposed to be?" She was one of the older students, so she only found it natural that she would scold the others. She turned her attention back to the group. But she nodded briefly at Star, who proceeded to chase the girls for a second, then came back to land on her shoulder, watching the others intently. "Well, I'd rather we all find something to do together, rather than just you two going off, or the pair of us finding something else to do. We all need to get used to each other, since we won't be able to leave the school without each other." She wasn't paying too much attention to where their attention was, except to make sure it was on herself. "Now...a change of clothes probably would be necessary..." She sighed. "Matt, you can go with Daemyn to get him a change of clothes; not that I don't trust you to not get lost, but it's a chance to get to know each other." They would be working together a bit more than with the entire group, anyway. "Just meet back up with us. Daemyn has my number in his pokegear, if we aren't here when you are done." So much trouble already, she thought, shaking her head.

Well so much for making an impression, Daemyn thought. He couldn't help but swearing under his breath. He was delighted his sister wasn't listening to him, busy talking away to Matt and ... David. There we go. "I can get my own clothes thanks," Daemyn giving his sister a look. I'm a big boy. I don't need anyone looking after me. Then his sudden fear of being left alone washed over him and he, once again, clung to his sister's shirt. How was he ever going to survive alone. Especially if girls refuse to talk to him. His temper was short and his silences were awkward. And everytime a girl tried to talk to him he just said, "Don't you have somewhere better to be?" Girl issue's aside, he looked up to Matt, sending him a quick smile before lowering his head.

David stood idly by watching the events unfold. After the coercive handshake by Daemyn, Seze was already starting to sense the boy's emotional fluctuations. He held Daemyn's hand as firmly as was done toward him. When he finished, David simply went back to taking in the antics of the two younger. Seze was currently balanced on his shoulders, around the back of his neck. She enjoyed it there when times were happy and care-free. However, she almost fell off, when David nearly laughed at Daemyn's attempt at asserting his independence of his sister, by simply following up with holding her close.

It was momentary, but it was there. Great way to start off a new year with your partner, he thought to himself. Lets laugh at the little brother!

David then waited for Daemyn and his partner to go off and get his clothes. He could talk to Rose on a level more like a partner, than the team leader she was when with the whole group.

Matt smiled back at Daemyn. "Let's go, Daemyn. It'll give us a chance to talk." Without waiting for a response, Matt started walking in the direction of the boys' dorms. He's got some issues. He needs to learn to be more independent, he thought. He shot a look at Pikachu who nodded and seemed to be thinking the same thing.

Songrose smiled a little, and gently pushed Daemyn towards where Matt was heading. "I know you're old enough, but this is a chance to get to know you're partner; talk with each other. You are going to be working together a lot, you know, she added. She knew he was attached to her...but she also knew that wasn't a good thing all the time. He still had more growing to do, as far as learning to connect with Pokemon and other people, so she was hoping that that would eventually happen. Not that she minded him tagging along...but it hadn't made him any friends, aside from her own small group of friends. He needed more male friends, really. She turned her attention back to David. Once she was sure those two were out of earshot, her gaze became a little more stern. She had seen enough people holding in their laughter atDaemyn to know what that look was. But she looked away for a moment to calm herself, then back. "You've been quiet for a good portion of the time," she noted briefly.

"I'm not a very talkative person," David told her. "Least of all, would I ever interrupt someone else's conversation." He was not standing at attention, but his back was straight, and he carried himself tall. For a moment, Seze stopped licking her paw to look at both of them. Then, she rebalanced herself on his shoulders, and began to lick the other paw, no longer paying them any mind.

"I've seen you around school with your brother, since he got here," David continued. "I don't know if you are worried for him, but his partner should be able to get him to come out of his shell a bit. I used to be a lot more like him, and then my vulpix here helped me to open up a bit. When he gets a pokemon, all should get a little better."

Songrose shook her head. "I don't necessarily need him to come out of that shell...just to not have to have me in his shell for him to be comfortable, especially around others. I'm only hoping whatever Pokemon he gets can replace me in that situation, really. It's just not good for him." Star was intent, watching Seze, gaze somewhat disapproving. He was stern at all times, which was how Song had managed to break out; she'd earn herself a small bite from him every time she refused to interact with others.

"I was trying, though, to get everyone at least a little involved. I had asked whether or not anyone minded if we all went to get his Pokemon...that wasn't just for those two, you know." It was a little scold, but certainly not anything too harsh or firm. That had worked well enough in the past...though she had never realized that it was because Star would always add his own irritable glare towards them. "...You need to hide your laughter a bit better; if he hadn't fallen in the mud, he would have noticed you were trying not to laugh, too."

"I follow team leader's orders. If she says we hunt pokemon, I prepare. If she says we are catching one for her brother, I help regardless." He noticed the tone in her voice change when she had spoken to him, she noticed her starly's disapproving glare toward him and Seze. He gave none of it any mind. The last thing he cared about was his impression on other people. However, the girl had a point: Either hide that laughter better, or don't laugh at all.

"My apologies," he said, "I wasn't laughing beforehand, and I had no reason to. Then, he acted in that certain way, after putting out a tough front. It was kind of startling to see, and almost like something you'd see in one of the movies. Still, it wasn't my place to laugh, and I apologize."

Songrose nodded. That made sense. But still...that hadn't been her original point. She wasn't trying to give an order to hunt for Pokemon for her brother. "But it can be that attitude that makes a team fall apart; if you do nothing but follow my orders, negative emotions and thoughts build up, and then we have a little explosion to deal with. At least make your own opinion known." Star clacked his beak shortly, which made Song flinch a little. "Well, I suppose that only means we're going to find Daemyn a pokemon." Which meant she might have to try to think about which Pokemon would suit him best.

After the little push from his sister, Daemyn slowly followed his new partner to the boys' dorms. An awkward silence fell over the two, so Daemyn decided to say something. "Thank you. For taking me to get fresh clothing. But you should probably be back there with my sister and David, she has a lot of things to explain to you guys. She already gave me the whole speech, knowing we were going to be on the same team ... again. Not that I mind. I love being with my sister, but I feel like I'm suffocating her at times. I'm sorry, I'm talking to much." Daemyn got into step with Matt, but didn't look at him. His pants were soaking wet and he had nothing to say. Opening up shows weakness, so you need to shut up. His mind told him.

Raine hesitantly made her way through the crowd, glancing around nervously. Another new year...more strangers to work with...she wasn't ever fond of this sort of thing. But, as she went around, she noticed something; no one had called her name. She hesitantly wandered around until she found one of the teachers, and paused, nervous, before she quietly explained her situation. After the teacher asked for her name, he looked through a list of names he had, then went to talk to another staff member. They couldn't figure out what had happened, either. That didn't help her much. She hung her head slightly, glancing around. Everyone else had their partners...most even had their own Pokemon...and she was on her own. She hoped things would be figured out soon.

Ronnie woke with a start when she heard the announcement from the loud speaker. Her growlith, Tigger, yawned and then stretched, arching his back as he woke with his trainer. She got up out of bed, and quickly dressed. She would be late, all because she decided to take a quick nap. 'Great way to make a good impression on her new partner and teammates.'

"Lets go Tigger!" She exclaimed as she ran from her room to the auditorium, just in time, she saw an open seat next to a cute guy a few years older than her and she sat down. Tigger hopped up to sit oh her lap, and settled down for the speech she was hearing for the first time. She heard things she expected to hear, as well as curfew and wakeup time. After the speaker was finished there was shuffling and mass chaos as everyone called out names at once. She listened intently for her name to be called but it never was.

When the commotion settled, she went up to one of the teachers and said, "Um excuse me, but I didn't hear my name when we were setting up teams. This is some mistake right?" She asked the instructor.

"Name and class type please."

"Ronda Grey, catcher." She looked expectantly at the man. he checked the list.

"Ahh, yes you are with Songrose's group, you Raine are new to their team. Follow me"

Matt looked over at Daemyn and shook his head. "You aren't talking too much," he said with a smirk. "It's nice to have someone to actually talk to. Everyone here thinks I'm a psychotic asshole." His thoughts flashed back to his little scuffle a few years back. "I think you just need something to get your mind off of things. You probably won't be so clingy once ya get your first Pokemon." Matt stopped speaking for a dramatic pause.

Matt looked over at Daemyn. Reading people had become sort of a hobby/habit for him since he didn't have friends. "Try not to get so nervous. I'm not all I'm cracked up to be." He decided to ignore the fact that Daemyn told him to head back to the group.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

I have no idea...I sent everyone a pm...so everyone should know that we're still trying to move this rp...but I don't know that anyone else is really trying. It's really making this rp die...and we had a plan for it, too...

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Alright, Nasia's posted now, so hopefully we can actually get somewhere now. -_- Took her long enough...

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

I don't know what happened to her. She wasn't on yahoo the last time I logged on, or the time before that...I think her practice got in the way...which would really suck. My sister goes to the same school, so I can bother her to tell her about it during school, though I'm not entirely sure how effective that would be,considering they only have one class together. ...And they've already left for school for the day. I'll find a way to get a hold of her, though.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Ugg I want to Rp. Come one. whats up with Nasia

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

I'm waiting for my next post as well.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

...Alright, where are you guys?I know dealiah just posted last...but I don't want to post so soon after my last one, with only that post between us. We don't want this rp to die, you know...we did have something planned...and it's been a good long while since the last post...

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Ah, well, it happens. ...Others kinda need to start replying, too, now...it's started to really slow down...and I'd rather not have this one die...not when we have a plan for it...

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Lol yeah, between the fact that i just broke up with my bf of 10 months, a ton of guys are tellin me they like me working 20+ hrs a week and going to college full time, im really glad i have rp and books and videogames to keep my mind off it. oh well now i will reply. = ] sorry i wasnt on yesterday, i kinda had a busy day.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

lol...I never thought of guys as assholes...just irritating. :P Though I suppose apologizing does help a tiny bit...considering at least one knows they're assholes. :P

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

I know, right! Guys are such assholes...even though I am one. In any case I suppose the least I can do is apologize on behalf of men everywhere.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Oh...no...not boy drama...sounding a bit like Nasia there. :P It's understandable, as long as you know you're going to try to post tomorrow. :P And if work, school, and boy drama could be a book, everyone's life could be a book, right? :P

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Sorry Ive just really been busy with work and school, not to mention boy drama.. my life could be a book. seriously..anyways. so ill post prolly tomaro. sorry

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

Wow...where did you people go? There hasn't been much posting in a while...

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

I live in wisconsin. So yes I watched the superbowl. But I've been watching like every game. And I LOVE football.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

In all honesty? I don't watch any sports. I just don't like them. :P I just found out my mom does...so she's, I think, the only one in my family that knows anything that happened during the superbowl. :P

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

So, any of you guys catch the Superbowl? It was awesome. Go Packers!

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

That's okay; my posts may not be well thought out because I'm not feeling too well, either. :P ...Even though I'm not really sick...I just haven't been feeling well...

Edit: I just got word from Nasia; apparently she's grounded, so she won't be able to get online as often. Just thought you guys should know.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

well, I'm back, as you can tell. I'm sorry if things seem a little half-assed on my end. I'm getting sick and I'm having trouble thinking.

Re: [OOC] Operation Heartless

That's fine; it's good that you;re letting us know ahead of time, instead of disappearing, and then telling us. :P
