Richard is a very flirty guy. He doesn't let much get in his way of a good time with a girl. He'll flirt with any girl that comes into his sight. Other than that, he's a pretty arrogant guy, but he does have his good qualities. If he is in the right mindset, he can get a lot of work done.

History
After a long history of a life in a big city where girls are too busy or too smart to bother with him, he decided to take his amazing aspects to a place where they'd be appreciated. Seeing as not many were moving into the valley, the land was inexpensive. He decided the take the chance and move to Orem Valley.
