Personality: Alex is an outgoing person. He gives everyone a chance to prove their mettle and worth, but he is inwardly judgmental off the start. Among friends, he is loyal and will stick by his companions. To the few people who he deem long-term/lasting commitments, he is loyal to the grave. Along with his outgoing nature, he tends to be short-tempered, although this is an issue he has been working on in his ninjutsu training. The one thing that he just cannot stand for is dis-respectfulness and blatant asinine behaviour. He is opinionated, sarcastic at times, and a shit-disturber coupled with interest of a psychological nature. He enjoys digging himself into holes, and then getting himself out of them.

Short Temper

History: Born into a family with one younger sibling, there were not rich, by any means. Falling in the middle-class category, he and his family was comfortable in their living, but not spoiled or deprived. His mother was a factory worker, and his father worked in robotics and computers. At times, Alex would take some of the waste materials, his father would end up not requiring, and creating something fun for him and his brother to play with. His father worked on the side as a Sensei in a local dojo for ninjutsu. With this, his father also trained Alex and his brother to properly live their lives in the same way as a "ninja" ought to. Absorb, redirect, and counter. Alex would slowly learn to integrate this into his every-day social life, as well as with the hand-to-hand techniques he learned for self-defense. He was not as proficient at it as his brother was, but he made due. Alex found similar interests in a few of his friends, during his teenage years. His nickname, the Duke, came from a small circle they called the "Circle of Awesome". Complete child's-play, he began to refer to himself as the Duke in his workplace, and it soon caught on. Now, he wonders why he ever even introduces himself as Alexander anymore. Alex continued to focus more on his tech, and soon, he had created his own personal orb out of a gift from his father. It was no San'taic, for it had no language capability or ability for "thought", per say. It was primarily a small ISIS Orb about 4" in diameter, which his father had purchased him when he was 16. Alex focused a good month on the code to the orb's secrets, and at the end of his study, he cracked open the puzzle. Within, he found a substantial amount of money as fruit for his labour.

ISIS: Since then, he re-assembled, added a few streamlined security features to the orb's containment, refilled it with his most prized possession of the time, and burned the code. He then took to the orb with his talents, and outfitted it to be his personal helper. He upgraded his new friend with an anti-gravity propulsion system, built-in radar, substance analysis, signal broadcasting capabilities, an injection system, a small tractor beam, and an encrypted command line to a remote guidance system. To make use of his guidance system, he created a silver ring he places on his left middle finger. The ring actually clamps into his nervous system directly into his brain allowing for complete synchronization with his orb's capabilities, and a HUD inputted into his retinal view. The ring also creates a holographic display around his left arm, allowing him to hack into and alter the code or manipulate computer systems around him, including ISIS.
To each great creation, there is a draw-back. Due to the direct link into Alex's nervous system, you cannot play with the brain and not expect some sort of issue. Over-use of ISIS's various Analytical functions via the HUD causes extreme mental exhaustion, especially on a wide-spectrum and diameter scale. Alex has become accustomed to the impact of the HUD within a 35ft radius, but anymore distance begins to drain on his own stamina. In moments of extreme fatigue, self-injury, or overwhelming environments, Alex completely loses sight and hearing as ISIS either reboots, or comes to his aid as per its primary functions.
