Lone Wolf from the North

She's fairly tall, her silvery gray coat speckled hints of black around the tufts of her large ears. One eye is gold, while the other is a milky white- a sign she was blinded. Her body is fairly well toned, yet a few scars are apparent here and there. The only scar truly visible is the one across her blind eye.
She's usually fairly quiet, yet her quick wit and sharp observations keep others on their toes. While she is a loner by nature, it's not hard for her to keep up a small conversation from time to time. Her patience is constantly tested by the presence of Rork, the annoying yet amusing crow that accompanies her, yet she considers him her only true friend. Aiya is never easily intimidated either. Although she has pride in being a wolf, she does not find solace in the folds of a pack like most do.
She was born in a fairly average litter in some woods from the North. When she was a pup, just learning to hunt, her forests were overtaken by humans who sought to destroy the trees for their own needs. She remembers only the fires burning into the long night before passing out from inhaling too much smoke. She awoke to find a young crow perched above her who called himself Rork. That first meeting began a long friendship.
Since that time, Aiya has learned to survive on her own, roaming from forest to forest in the hopes of finding somewhere peaceful to live and hunt. All her years, she never lived in a pack ever again.
