Job: Manax is the head scientific developer at Wayne industries.

Visual Identity : When not in his white lab coat Manax is usually seen is checkered shirts and, a Jacket and red hat.

Incidentally these colors (featured in the picture) mimic the same color arrangement of his Mr. Magick Trick identity which consisted of a Zorro-like yellow and blue costume accented with a red mask, cape and boots.

Experience Level (in years): 25 years. (Seven years as Mr. Magick Trick, eighteen as Double X)

Vulnerabilities: Agoraphobia, rarely leaves his lab.

History

Traumatic Turning Point: Manax was mostly just a really bored science nerd who was looking to do something productive with his weekends. He never expected his Mr. Magick Trick persona to go anywhere and when it did Manax went with it.

Unfortunately, Manax was forced to kill off his original alter-ego when a victim of one of his targets was accidentally killed by one of Manax's trade mark smoke bombs. Afterwards, Mr. Magick trick was mistakenly billed as a villain and in order for Manax to avoid becoming a target he chose to stage Mr. Magick Trick's death.

History: In his twenties Manax developed the Identity of Mr. Magick Trick, a small time Hero who used his scientific know-how to fight crime using a mixture of slight of hand and various self developed smoke bombs that would cause an assortment of temporary physical maladies. He eventually retired Mr. Magick Trick in favor of a new more subdued crime fighting identity.

In his thirties Manax took a backseat to front line crime fighting in favor of developing and refining his various inventions and scientific ideas. He also occasionally developed technologies for other up and coming heroes under the ALIAS of Double X.

At current Manax has all but retired from his crime fighting aspirations and feels very content in his job developing technologies for Wayne Enterprise.
