It is the 21st century and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service is doing the best they can to bring justice about while keeping their own teammates happy.

I am aware there isn't much of a description here, but the story will be made as we go along and suggestions can always be dropped on the forum.
1 - Original characters are accepted;
2 - Your character does not necessarily have to be part of NCIS to play along
3 - Pairings don't have to be cannon, In fact, the rarer the better
4 - Slash pairings are no problem
5 - We need both Criminals (Especially a main enemy would be appreciated, the bad guy who always pops up ;D ) as well as Heroes
6 - No unearthly powers, everyone is mortal in this story
7 - Please use a real model for your character (if invented). No Anime/Manga (But if you're desperate to use such a character then just google on 'cosplay' for your model, it will be no problem)

Character Submission:
For this Role Play you'll have to apply. This can be with an existing NCIS, NCIS LA, or other series character. Series such as CRIMINAL MINDS or even HOUSE can mix brilliantly with the NCIS Cast.
Send your character's name along with an image of their look, and add a small motivation so I know you read this and I know what kind of things you have in mind with your character.

As long as your character is a mortal human being we need you ;D Make sure your character has a real actor/model as an image, which is a must. Original Characters wanting to join a NCIS team will be assigned to an existing team or will be given their own team. For new characters new locations can be created to make the role play easier to follow (For instance, Abby will get her own lab, Ducky and Palmer will get their own morgue, new teams will get their own Bullpen).
The story develops as we go along, which means that we also need villains, criminals, twisted minded enemies of the state. So if you're not accustomed to play good guys this is your chance to be evil.
