Description

Image

Lean and muscular, it is clear that Sirius is made for speed. An excellent climber and dexterous in his movements, he easily holds his own with physically stronger opponents, though he is in no means lacking in strength. Sirius is proud of his long, unruly hair which he claims to be the feature the ladies love most about him. He is currently in his late teens or early 20's. He's not sure of his exact age.

Personality

Sirius is passionate, quick-witted, quick-thinking, undisciplined, and often doesn't take things as seriously as he should, though he is no fool. He prefers to joke around and live life under his own terms and if he's going to obey orders from anyone, it's going to be from someone he chose to follow of his own free will. A flirt, Sirius loves women, though that love isn't always returned. He is persistent, though not pushy, however. The one thing that Sirius values most, however, is his freedom.

Equipment

A Composite Bow with steel-tipped arrows.

Two curved and slightly long daggers for hand to hand-combat.

Many throwing daggers.

A copper compass.

A money bag with about 15 irons and five coppers

History

A plains-human by decent, Sirius grew up in an Humanic Empire port city that was less than well-off. He is a bastard son of a tavern wench and grew up surviving on his wits. He was close to his mother, but was frustrated with the fact that it seemed like he'd never leave a dirty old port and he'd be stuck slaving away at menial jobs or gambling for coppers. After a heated argument with his mother, he stowed away on a ship docked near the tavern his mother worked at when he was 12. After the ship sailed away, however, he discovered that the ship had been a pirate ship in disguise. When he was discovered, he was given the choice of joining the crew or dieing and, obviously, Sirius chose to serve. After a few years of serving on that ship, Sirius then jumped from ship to ship sporadically, sending some of his earnings and occasionally exchanging short letters with his mom. Sirius lives life as a free man and is content wit that.
