Let me tell you a story. It isn't a very happy one, I'm afraid, but maybe you can change that. The introduction may sound like a horror story, but it's not, trust me.
There once was a girl who lived in my hometown. She was very pretty, but very shy. She had self esteem issues caused by bullying. She tried so hard without being desperate. The "popular" girls laughed at her for this. She struggled all the way through secondary school. In her final year, she went through a particularly bad patch. She finally got a boyfriend, and she adored him. He liked her too. But he was teased by the "popular" guys and girls. He tried to ignore it, but on the night of their graduation, he snapped. He couldn't cope with it anymore. He stuck with the girl the whole night, and then broke up with her during the final dance. She was heartbroken. We all hoped her scars would heal when she went to college, but we never heard from her again. Nobody knew what happened to her. And nobody made an attempt to contact her. Until we all returned for a school reunion. She was there, beautiful as always. She seemed a lot happier, and we all felt better and a lot less guilty. We had heard rumours of a mysterious woman who vistied certain people, offered one wish, in return for them to go live with her. They would rarely come home for the holidays, but they rang regularly and reassured their parents that they were fine. The people who she took were always single, or she took their boyfriends/girlfriends with them. The girl from our year told me herself that it was her who was taking the people. She had never found someone who loved her back, or whom she loved as much as they loved her. She took the people for company. She told me herself, in floods of tears, that when they were asleep at night, she just felt so alone. The people she took were always kind to her, but they weren't the right kind of family. She told me she wished to take me, but I was married with kids. I couldn't leave my husband or my kids. After this encounter, I moved my family back to my hometown. I just felt so sorry for the woman.
This woman still takes people, but not as often. Nobody knows how she grants the wishes, even the impossible ones. But she is going to take a group of people who want to help her. They want to make her feel like she has a family, and friends. They win all round. They get a wish, and they get to help her.
One problem. They all have very different personalities which are very likely to clash.
This should be fun.

The wishes must be slightly realistic. The extent of fantasy I will allow is wings, etc. No superpowers.

I would like a two page post every post, and a post at least once every two days. I know this mightn't always be achievable, but try at the least.
Personality clashes can be fun, or can result in full blown fights. You decide.
