Introduction

Its the year 2159. The wold have been lying in ruins for
about a 100 years, ever since the great "Red Night"
disaster when a large comet suddenly had left its course
and crashed into the moon making it turn red as blood. A
large fragment from the meteor continued towards earth
where it disappeared as soon as it hit the atmosphere, It
was soon discovered that it hadn't disappeared but turned
into dust and had covered the sky painting it the same
color as the moon. Scientists soon discovered the reason
that the comet had left its course and crashed into the
moon. an small comet moving at the speed of light had
crashed into it and pushed it into a direct course towards
earth. Many people through the next 10 years had reported
strange events happening near their homes, the reports
kept increasing over the next 5 years as well as strange
deaths was being reported. people had died while walking
on the roads and many had been found dead from being
burned or torn to pieces. People had started to fear going
out of their houses and with good reason because on the
18th year after the "Red Night" something big happened.
the skies started emitting light and the earth started
shaking violently. many humans disappeared that night and
many was found dead too. this was the first and strongest
Emission. a few scientists figured out it was a sort of
energy release from an unknown source. it was after this
first emission that the mutants started appearing. along
with the a rise of Anomalies that humanity had met through
the last few years.

Many people lost their lives in the rapidly growing
wasteland or in the anomalies as well as areas filled with
radioactivity. The radioactivity was caused by the dust
from the meteor which had spread all over the world the
dust had laid on earths surface and absorbed the suns UV
rays for many years until it started giving off radiation
in small doses. These doses grew a lot through the next
many years until the dust started collecting in small
areas creating the infamous "Death zones" which were very
deadly due to high radioactivity.

many people started to get affected by this new world and
many could not handle the change and gave in to the
insanity turning into the simple but deadly mutant "Marsh"
which wanders around in swamps aimlessly. the other
survivors started forming groups that lived in bases made
out of ships or old buildings. these groups lived by each
their set of rules and if they disliked other groups for
their way of doing things they killed them without mercy.
The mutants too started to form groups. these groups were
primitive and lives in the small ghost towns where they
live like cavemen. hunting at day hiding at night.

at the year 2100 a big emission happened again but this
time it was followed by the arrival of something new.
Artifacts, objects made out of radiation and other stuff
that have been affected by the strange nature of the new
world. these artifacts were hunted much by those who knew
about them and those who didn't know about them due to
their special effects like. increasing regenerative
ability at people or the effect of absorbing
radioactivity.

the Rp is going to start at the year 2159. exactly 1 year
after another disaster called "Night Of The Blue Emission"
where an huge emission had painted everything blue for
about an whole day. that day was a living hell. increased
activity of mutants. increased appearance of artifacts.
and an large increase in deaths.

Rules

1# No extreme supernatural powers. (Chars with powers like magic and such might not get approved, unless its weak magic, or practically useless magic)
2# Be realistic. no decapitating a mutant with a combat knife, its not realistic.
3# No high tech weapons, (unless they are approved)
4# Keep posts less than 10 lines long.
5# If you are gonna have a profession pick one of these (Engineer, Weapon Crafter, Hunter, Slayer, Brawler, Cook, Doctor, Medic, Guard, Scientist, Biotic Engineer.) dont make up your own as it wont be needed. multiple professions will be possible.
6# Make sure you use a char that is fit for the post apocalyptic world of Z'ar Edar!
7# If your char have any mutations, keep it to the simple. Extra limbs, higher regenerative abilities, ability to feel abnormalities, artifact awareness.
8# If you are confused and wanna know specific rules about something, ask! don't make any assumptions
