On a path through the universes, and planes, you find yourself just shy of an entrance into Proxi.

You can use this room as an Out of Character hangout. This can be a place to test out your character; get your descriptions right, and make sure you are ready to enter into the realms within Proxi.

This room is designed for light role playing and OOC (out of character). So any questions about the current state of the plane; or general discussion is more than welcome here.

Don't forget to check the Frequently Asked Questions below!

F.A.Q.

What are moonbeams?
Moonbeams are treacherous things. They are rare indeed, however a few people were granted the ability to summon them by Vexar. These beams of light appear from nothing, and remove people from Proxi. These are still highly unstable and un-controllable. When people disappear, these moonbeams are often to blame.

Who are Marshals?
Marshals are people granted special abilities, or permissions in Proxi. Vexar has assigned these people as watchers of the plane; in order to ensure that it remains as stable as possible.

What is the currency used? (What is the form of money?)
Kyr is the type of money used in Proxi. When arriving to Proxi it is highly recommended you visit the bank to trade in what you currently use for its equal exchanged value of Kyr. Kyr is represented on an imbued metallic card that glows when used. It is commonly referred to as the K card. This ensures the safe transfer of funds between everyone; without getting ripped off. 1 Kyr is equal to 3 Terran dollars; from there you can get the base value of it should you wish.

What are glitches?
Glitches are events that happen for, seemingly, no reason. Common glitches are fluxes in gravity where smaller objects may float up and stabilize at eye level. The only explainable reason for these glitches are the unstable nature of the plane itself. Please bear with us as we try to work out the flaws in Proxi.

Re: [OOC] Proxi

So, is there a CS Sheet of some kind or do we just kind of drop in at will or what? Just curious my friend for I can come up with a dozen characters off of the top of my head that I've used before, easily adaptable in all cases. I hope this goes far and that we have a hell of a time lol. For now, peace out and I'll get back to this as soon as I may.

Re: [OOC] Proxi

It is online ^^, open for public play. Just remember it is chat only!

Re: [OOC] Proxi

Can I join when it comes online

Re: [OOC] Proxi

Hello? What's up?

[OOC] Proxi

This role play is currently under heavy construction.

It will be an interactive chat role play. This means it will be considered an ongoing setting. There will be a few centralized over-arching stories; but the actual plot-line is to be developed by those that participate in the role play.

I only want the settings and story arcs to act as a catalyst for some of the best character development and relations that you have ever had.

Expect a LOT of flavor in terms of art/content and things to do; an example will be festivals held at only certain times of the year and the likes. In which, chat rooms will only be open for a certain amount of time for people to join in on the fun.
