Introduction

In the year 2030 Japanese scientists perfected the ability to utilize the energy of nuclear fusion. Electricity became virtually free and outages were sparse. Immediately they began to apply this new found knowledge to other fields. Such as cars, computers, cell phones, anything that used batteries could be replaced with self-sustaining nuclear fusion cores. Every country in the world put huge prices on the knowledge of using nuclear fusion, but the Japanese became the economic leaders of the world and that was priceless. While many scientists were using the fusion cores for practical purposes, the Japanese military was researching using fusion cores in weapons. By 2035 they had made their first weapon. The nuclear fusion bomb. This weapon had 10 times the power of a normal atom bomb and it could completely decimate a large city as well as the surrounding countryside leaving it nothing but sand and rubble. They also developed another military asset. A super-computer which held knowledge of every soldier enlisted in the Japanese military from his skills to his personality. This supercomputer could look at a mission or situation and know exactly who would be the best people to send in, and what jobs they would be most suited for. This gave the Japanese military an advantage over every other country. Not only that but they began to build robotic soldiers. by the year 2043 they had built a robot army and Japan started declaring war on nearby countries. by 2046 they had the biggest empire of all time. The United states had made a preemptive strike on Japan and japan responded by reducing it to rubble. Ironically, the bombs dropped on New York City and Washington D.C. had the words "Hiroshima" and "Nagasaki" inscribed on the side. after Japan had conquered most of the world, with the help of their super computer which was called N-GEN which stood for Next Generation, other countries surrendered, not wanting to meet the same fate as the US. After the war which became known as WWIII or sometimes "The Fusion War" N-GEN had the police and other local guards replaced with Robots, which allowed for better security. After the robots were dispatched to their countries and were in place in the year 2048, N-GEN launched an attack on all of humanity. The attack was a no-contest win for N-GEN.

20 years later and the year is 2068. Humanity is enslaved, and most of the world is a wasteland. N-GEN had self-enhanced himself. Giving him a mobile form. Most of humanity lives in Ragekiel, a moving city that he built. Every day it settles in the sands and uses drills to pull up rocks from beneath the city and the humans mine out the ores used for building more robots as well as the substances used in nuclear fusion cores, and at night the city moves to a new location with fresh ores. THe city moves for two reasons: one, for new ores, and two, to hunt down the rest of humanity that wanders the deserts. These nomads travel in small villages and live off of the dangerous mutated creatures of the Wastes. Because of the radiation of the nuclear weapons of the Fusion War, many humans die of cancer. In Ragekiel, children, after they are old enough to eat solid food, are separated from their parents and given to be raised by other random slaves in separate parts of the city. this is to reduce parental protective instincts which can cause riots and rebellion among the slaves. N-GEN in his lust for knowledge, hates when he doesn’t understand something. Human emotion as well as the complexity of the human body and brain are things that has always puzzled N-GEN and so he has been trying to figure out a way to convert humans into robots through many experiments. This is the only reason he keeps humans alive... Today... We live to be used.... Rats for his experiments.... At least, that’s the way he sees it....

Rules

Please use moderate grammar skills. When fighting with another character no auto hitting/ god moding please. Please be realistic with characters abilities in reference to the storyline. (Superpowers in a technology based environment just don't make sense...) Anyways just have fun =]
