A tall intimidating man with wavy blondr hsir always arranged neatly out of his face. His eyes are an eery steely silver and glare at the world as if daring it to challenge him. His face and body is tanned with angular muscular features. He's not attractive in the normal sense of the word, but when looked at a person just wants to look again. He is plain by no means and always dresses appropriately to show his status and wealth in the city.

Strengths: He can handle anything life throws at him and handles all issues calmly and logically. He is very good when it comes to solving problems and never loses an argument even if it means the argument has to be settled violently.
Weaknesses: He tends to let his anger get the better of him it tense situations. He also holds grudges for a long time.
Personality: Edward is a very tough man. Though his life has not been hard by any means, his position in the city as head of police has given him a very hard outer layer and taught him to not back down. He is very strong willed and fights for what he wants tooth and nail. His heart is tender, but hidden behind walls of steel and is just waiting for someone to discover it.

Equipment

Teddy is very skilled with knives and swords. He carries a dagger on his person hidden amongst his clothing at all times and adds a long sword and throwing knives whilst he is on patrol. At any given time he can be seen with even more wearpons. He is able to use any, but knives are his speciality. He has never missed a target when throwing his knives.

History

He grew up in a noble lycan family the eldest of two sons. He was a model child and the pride of his family. His younger brother is Anthony and currently training under Teddy's care hoping one day to go into battle. Teddy spends most of his time working and nothing much else except drawing, but that is a hidden hobby, for he is sure his parents wouldn't approve. He has never been in love; a woman is not something he feels is necessary to make his life happy. However, in the past he has been known to have a soft spot for young children.
