His family had immigrated from Japan, Harry had recently joined the police force as an officer.
Age: 24
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 165 lbs.
Build: Athletic
Has short black hair, with dark brown eyes. Harry has no distinctive features besides a cluster of small scars over his left arm, made by a traumatizing incident.
Doesn't have the usual bravado of other new recruits, in fact Harry is somewhat more cautious and vigilant. However, his inexperience also makes him a bit timid, which makes most of his colleagues consider him to be somewhat pathetic.
He has his usual police uniform, but casually, he wears plain white shirts and jeans with black running shoes. He carries his badge with him at all times, and also has his regulation hand gun.
His parents had immigrated from Japan as a young, ambitious couple to New York City. Several years later on November 1st 1970, Harry was born. He grew up with strict parents, so he was always diligent with whatever he did. The streets of New York were not kind, for sure, but despite that Harry led a relatively quiet life. Until the age of fourteen, when he was walking home from school. Harry was not paying attention to where he was going, and accidentally bumped into a tall, scary looking stranger. He apologized, but at the time, the man was incredibly angry and had assaulted the teen with a switch blade he had in his pocket.
Harry tried running but fell to the ground, and had his arms out in front of his face. He had taken terrible wounds especially over his left arm. The man relented and left the boy in a bloody mess. Harry was taken to the hospital where he required over twenty stitches, and it was there that he found out through the news that this same man, Marsueves Black, had killed a person that night. He was very scared and had felt very lucky at the same time. He knew that that could have very well been him. Though traumatized, he was still mad that they had not caught this killer yet. He had taken martial arts classes and decided he would join the police force when he grew up to catch killers like Marsueves.
