Prolouge
The end of the world is coming ever closer. The world's cities and towns lay in ruins after the third and fourth world wars. The Anti-Christ, Mystery, Blasphemy, and their creations, the Romora*, have come to wage the final battle against God and humankind. However, there is hope. The seven Archangles have been reincarnated into this world into seven humans, unaware. They have been sent tol gaurd and giude the seven Chosen who weild the seven elements to defeate Satan once and for all.
Simultaneously on December 31st, 3000 A.D., seven children were born with crosses on their foreheads. The crosses were each a different color: White (Light), Black (Darkness), Red (Fire), Blue (Water), Green (Earth), Purple (Air), and Yellow (Energy). Four are female, three are male. Corrispondingly, four angles are male, and three are female. Save for three angles, the other eleven do not know who or what they are. Most are outcast because they are different.

Chris Hanson - Gabriel, protector of Alyssa and a techno geek (Taken)
Kyo Mikia - Raphael, protector of Elina and able to sense and influence peoples' empotions (Taken)
Jake Walker - Remiel, protector of Rain and has the power of foresight (Taken)
Lily Mohaln - Luriel, protector of Demitri and is good at gathering info (Taken)
Samantha Stephy - Sariel, protector of Allen and keeps the peace among the angles and chosen (Taken)
Zethya Walker - Zeruel, protector of Kevin and able to sense an enemy attack (Taken)

"So...any idea where they are?" Zethya asked her brothers, Kameron and Jake. She was refering to Allen and Nella, the two nameless orphans whom the Order of the Cross had detected as the ones who weilded Light and Darkness. Bakashi, her faithful wolfhound, bounced happily at her heels.
Allen and Nella's whereabouts were soon discovered by a horde of Romora. Nasty, gargoyle-like buggers who had once been human, the things would swarm and destroy, not really caring about much else.

Kameron looked over, his face impassive but eyes flashing in their unique way. "I can sense them, but I can't pinpoint their location." He was crouched with his hands on his thighs. His attention flickered to the wolfhound. "Shut the damn thing up, Zethya, before I do it for you."

"He isn't making a sound, thank you." Zethya scowled. Blind though she may be, sh ehad an odd way of sensing most things, including the exact location of a person, what their facial expressions were, among other thngs. Her dog was just her companion, though most thought he was a seeing eye dog.

The angel scowled. "Yes he is, even if you can't hear it. His claws and paws are scratching against the ground and its driving me nuts!" Kameron stood as he fought to find the two. He flinched as he caught another presence and he looked at his siblings. "There is an angel amoung the humans, female, I can't tell who it is, though."

"Bakashi, down." Zethya said softly. "If we don't find them soon, we'll lose them. I"m sensing a lot of Romora...at least fifty, Kam." Zethya's voice was hushed, her eyes potitioned up to the sky. Slowly, two pale blue wings spread out from her back. "We need to move!"

On top of all that, her brother had been knocked unconcious by one of the things, and her white cross-shaped birthmark was really begining to give her a headache. This really wasn't her day...

Kameron stood, his wings also unfolding from his back. "I know, Z." He jumped into the air and began to silently race through the clouds. "I'll protect you, Nella, just hold on," he murmured.
Samantha stopped in her tracks. She felt odd, as if something wasn't right. Many times she turned around to check her surroundings.

His chosen form radiated with beauty and power. These days he no longer hid behind deception, no longer behind his puppets and his tools. Thousands of years of scheming and plotting and planning with so little true action in between. But now he truly was the Lord of this World, and he hid his splendor no more, though he would not take his true form - brilliant lights, the likes of which humans had never seen. He had been expecting some action from the Lord. But he no longer knew what God was planning. He had been kicked out of Heaven for the last time, no longer could he enter the gates and show Him how the humans had sinned.
Now was his time.
When the Earth was at his mercy he ensnared them slowly. His servants lulled the humans into a mind of peace and solace. And then he crushed them. He unleashed his wrath upon Earth, the kind of rage unmatched save for the wrath of God. For his was only ephemeral, His was eternal. Satan, the Fallen Star, the Old Serpent, the Dragon, slowly opened his eyes and looked around him.
He sat in a throne of gold and ebony; his robes were of the finest materials, many not even found on Earth. Nor anyway, to be exact. He was adorned with the finest jewels, as well as necklaces, rings, and bracelets of gold and silver, which were uncommonly pure. His hair was long and silver, shining on its own. His skin was akin to the finest alabaster. His eyes were like molten gold; brilliant, yet dark and burning. He was unnaturally beautiful, as well as unnaturally tall. His chosen form was perfect, in his mind. Mirroring what he saw as his own perfection. The perfect skin for a being of his immense power.
He spoke, and his voice was cool and smooth like flowing water, but it had an air of authority, and though he did not yell nor raise his voice, it boomed, "What word is there on the plans of our enemies?"

"The fourteen are slowly awakening, my Lord. Other than that, their forces are weak...my pets are already working on the twins..." A female full of lust, beauty, and power spoke from the shadows. Mystery's eyes gleamed a briliant shade of red.

Michael...Zeruel...and Remiel...Have the others awakened as well? Chris thought to himself. Gabriel stirred inside of him as he walked closer to the mass of dark energy, where two smaller, yet powerful energies lingered. Two of the Chosen, he was sure of it.
