The world of Delest is beginning to fall apart. This once peaceful world has been overcome by greed and hate. The races of the world are, at the very least, mistrustful of each other, yet a few rare alliances survive.

Some would say that humans were the start of it - this young, ambitious race began exploring and expanding their territories. Now their empire is encroaching on sacred Elven lands. Allies of each race were torn. Each race claimed they were entitled to the land, and the other races began to stake claim in lands that were not their own. Now, war seems inevitable.

One Elvish elder, however, claims that war can be prevented with the retrieval of an ancient artifact buried deep within the planet. He has requested several diplomats of different races, ages and occupations to gather a group of adventurers willing to risk their lives for the future of Delest.
