She lifted her eyes to the forest canopy above. An ear flickered back at the sound of leaves crushing under feet much smaller than her own huge paws. Her nose caught the scent of a human woman and in a panic of realization that her thoughts had eluded her senses, she forgot all stealth and jumped to her feet. Leaves underfoot and bushes around her rustled painfully loud at her movement, her paw splatting into the mud beside the creek before she regained her senses and bounded quietly towards the coverage of thick wood. Humans she'd learnt were one of two kinds, out to hunt her down, or those who screamed and fled. Neither she was very fond of and so she fled from all of them. Her chosen attitude towards her situation left her lonley, something she wasn't fond of either, but chose to bare.

Nyla instantly jumped and turned around when a huge crow looking animal (but like 3 times bigger than her) jumped out of the tree's. She yanked her bow of her back and shot at it but it was already to late the animal had already gotten to close. She screamed as loud as she could. "Help!" she yelled. she stepped backwards falling into the large creek. She withdrew her knife then the animal stopped in midair.

She didn't get far when she heard the human cry out from where she'd left her. "Help!" She heard, and against her better judgement she swiftly made her way back down to the lining of trees in time to see a huge crow sweep down towards her. Acting on instinct rather than logic she jumped into the open and landed beside the creek. She snarled but in her mind it was "Filthy overgrown pigeon." She'd seen this thing around before and it had picked up the likes of other innocent creatures before her eyes and she knew what it would do to the woman. She lunged, over the girl swiping at the bird in it's mid air stance. She thrashed her teeth and her hackle rose as her eyes flashed with an instictual rage that seemed to consume her once she started on a task, and probably wouldn't subside until it was over. Her pupils dialated widely as she kept them on the movements of the crow.

The thanks threw her for a minute and her ears shot forward at first before she turned to face her properly. She flickered an ear back, forwards. Confused she wondered a moment if she was really human. She extended her nose in the space between them to pick up her scent again. Definantly human. She pulled her nose back in and shook her head slightly keeping her eyes on the creature.

The form of the huge wolf in the clearing seemed to shrink into that of a everyday wolf before the dust that had settled around it's feet lifted and englufed her whole frame so that nothing could be seen of her. When the winds dropped and the dust settled the human for of the wolf was standing where the wolf had stood. Perfectly human save for the wolf eyes the peered out of. Looking down to her hands to confirm she had changed she looked up to the girl. She herself was older, in the reigon of 17 years.
"Um... Yes.." She said with a small smile.

Blodwen smiled, nodded, extended a hand in greeting. "I'm Blodwen, Nice to meet you Nyla" She said. Her voice deep but still womanly for her age. She looked around the camp site for a moment. Light was fading fast but with her wolven eyes light still lingered.
