Description

Standing at about 6'2", Keth towers over most that come near him, and with the muscular build similar to that of a dwarf, he makes even the toughest bar fighter seem like a newborn halfling. Keth has scars along both arms for each spell that has failed as a reminder of what happens when he doesn't cast the spell properly. His facial structure closely resembles that of a human, moreso than his Orc heritage. His clothing is typically an explorer's outfit, with light brown loose pants and his shirt is also loose on him. He pulls his dark brown hair in a ponytail, and wears a bandana over it. His brown eyes are always looking around for what could be trouble and is always assessing dangers.

Personality

Keth had a few character quirks, such as being short-tempered, as well as occasionally speaking his mind when he probably shouldn't. He has tried to get over his flaws, but slips up every now and then. His short temper got him into plenty of trouble through his schooling. Getting into plenty of fights with both students and instructors.

History

Keth was thrown into his warmage studies when he was old enough to speak full sentences. When he started at Arcalanth the general noticed that Keth was the only half-breed in his squadron, so he pushed him harder than the others. Every trainee is allowed to have one pet, and Keth chose a goldfish. He wanted it because it was easy to take care of, and stayed in one place.

The school forces the trainees to try to cast spells well before they are capable of them. Death and deformations are common among the warmage schools. One night when Keth was working on perfecting Magic Missile, his spell surged and in consequence, his goldfish exploded. He then swore to be able to cast any spell he tries to cast without a spell failure. After going through all his training, he went on to make money with his skills. He started as a mercenary, but after getting the same kinds of jobs over and over again, he decided to try a new trade, healing. That went well for about a year before a drunken bar fight landed him in jail for 6 months, in which he decided that the only thing he was good at was being mercenary. None of the guilds would take him back, especiLly since his temper was proven to be very short, so now he wanders, taking jobs when and where he can.
