Personality: Impulsive and outgoing, though he can be shy towards new people
Background: A normal human, until he was the experiment of a genetic mutation performed by the military. It was a complete success, but he got tired of fighting towards an unjust cause in the war, so he escaped. The government is still trying to track him down
Abilities:
1. He can regenerate, though not as fast as some; for example, at his current strength level, it would take him about three days to grow back a leg
2. Toughness; his body is a lot tougher than the average humans; for example, if he got shot by a handgun, it wouldn't hurt him much
3. All of his senses are heightened: he can see farther, hear more, etc.
Powers:
1. Technology fuse: he can fuse himself with any piece of technology that is within his current strength level; the more high tech or strong it is, the more energy he has to use to fuse with it. Fusing means that it physically becomes part of him, either by something as small as a wire, or it sticking on his head. When he fuses with something, he gains half to full control of it, depending on how adavnced it is. Fusing is always temporary, unless the technology is powered by the same energy as he is, which is unlikely since it is a very rare and expensive material

2. Adaptation: he can adapt to any situtation, within reason. This means that he can blend in the environment around him, and change to suit it; for example, if he stays in the antartic for long enough, he will become resilient to the cold weather

3. Observation: he is incredibly obversvant of his surroundings, noticing lots of details and the like that others wouldn't be able to pick up. This means that if he picks up a gun he's never used before, he would be able to figure out tons of things about it just by looking at it
