Description

Iggy wears a white shirt underneath a navy blue vest and black pants. Around his waist he wears a red sash, and he also has many thick belts to support his hidden multitude of weapons. His boots are nearly knee-high and fold over at the top to reveal silver linings. Underneath his vest he has a bullet-holder slung across his chest. Attached to his pants are two coattails from a now-gone navy coat, adorned with gold claps and buttons. Iggy has little bits and pieces of fabrics wound around his hand, acting as a bit of a glove, and a black bandana around his forehead. This pirate also wears small earrings, hiding his powerful string of white beads in his flaming, spiky locks. Below his eyes are two upside-down teardrop tattoos.

Personality

One could not call his crew organized. Actually, Iggy's very much like the renowned Jack Sparrow, except for being slightly less odd and less addicted to rum. He likes to drink still, and is queer, talking with a lilting accent which intermingles common, pirate, and formal ways of speech. Iggy has a slightly sadistic side, not afraid to kill in cold blood, or at all, but he's very polite to women. To their faces, at least. When Iggy frowns, you know something's bad. His mouth is usually contorted into a smile, smirk, or a straight line. It's his sister that's the pessimist of the duo.

Equipment

As of yet, Iggy and his sister have found a lovely galleon, very large and outfitted for combat, which they then named ' Red Dawn', as all the cannons are red, along with the sails. The crew calls themselves the 'Red Shadows', and it is a common nickname to strike fear into common folks' hearts. The crew hails from all over, as Iggy and his sister choose the best. They are loyal to a point, efficent and all, but some have not the tact of tongue. Then again, most are the classic image of pirates - tough, through and through. They love fighting, sailing, eating, sleeping, and drinking, and that's about it. Together, Iggy and his Red Shadow crew have sailed everywhere, preferring the dangerous Teschato Ocean.

History

Iggy and his sister were born exactly one year apart, he being elder, in a tropical sea called the Teschato Ocean. They were raised with their lady mother, the wife of the deceased governor of a town, until it was found out by the stand-in that they were the children of a notorious pirate. So she sent them out to safety at ages 9 and 10 to live the seas with their father. For another five years they sailed the seas with him, before taking a ship of their own and starting a crew. Iggy is the captain and his sister, first mate. They promised each other never to leave, never to be separated.

When with their father on one of his raids, the trio came across a mystic with several artifacts. She liked the looks of the two children, and so gave them each a chance to pick an item from her stores. Iggy chose a small white length of bead he ties in his hair- it is the secret to his immortality. His sister chose it's twin. However, their father chose a pistol, enabling him to have the best shot on that world - but he could never leave it. The sibling's beads were perhaps the best choice in the lot - they allowed them immortality and ability to travel the world via water. However, they were both given extraordinary hearing. That may not seem like a curse, but when you make port in a pirate town? Better to stay on the boat - or better yet, far, far away.
