These poor, unfortunate souls were once a part of this great world, but have been abandoned. Why don't you consider viewing their profiles and making a decision on whether or not you can roleplay them accurately?
"Yeah, thanks." He picked up the glass and took the shot, his eyes squinting a little afterward. "Yummy." Cam shook his head and looked to Maya.
"So, where'd blondie go?"
"And if I could ditch him now, I would," Tony sighed looking after him.
Cam made his way up the stairs, hitting shoulders of people he didn't know. He was drunk, he knew that much. The next night he'd have to work. Might as well get everything out of his system.
"I forgot she's a nazi when she's not on time." One of the dancers mumbled. Inu laughed, pushed open the stage door and let the girls file in. The music started, the lights flared to life and everything became a blur of bright lights, cool metal and faces in the crowd.
"Hmmm." Maya said, shaking her head. "I'll keep that in mind in case I ever get to know him." She looked from the stairs to Tony and smiled. "What are you staring at?"
Cam stumbled as he hit the last stair, his vision blurred slightly. He could see the stage and the dancers. His eyes scanned across the stage in search for someone with white hair. He needed to get closer. He pushed through the crowds, shoving was more like it. He received dirty looks and angry men, but he didn't care. He was delirious.
The lights died and girls vanished from stage for a costume change. Inu just shrugged out of her vest and tossed it aside. She cued her tech support guy and hurried back up the stairs before the lights once again flared to life and Buckcherry's "Crazy Bitch" started playing. She danced alone, keeping the boys entertained while her girls got ready. She jumped up, wrapping her legs around one of the bars and flipping upside down, sliding to the floor and executing a slow back bend. The hairs on the back of her neck stood up and she tensed.
Something bad was going to happen...and soon.
He finally made it to the stage, leaning against the side of the bar. He caught sight of the bartender and fell into a trance.
Girls flooded onto the stage and Inu switched out with Ria, heading down the dull hallway for a costume change.
His eyebrows knitted together as the bartender disappeared behind stage. Cam struggled through the crowd once more, searching for an entrance. There had to be one. Scanning the walls for any sign of an entrance, he saw a silver door handle and a smile came onto his face. Making his way to the door, a large man stepped in front of him.
"Uh.. hi," was the only response Cam could come up with for the time being.
"No customers past this point," the man said in a strong voice.
"Yeah... I wasn't going to go up there and make trouble or anything. It's just... I know a girl who works on stage. She's an.. an old friend of mine. I wanted to surprise her." His story made complete sense and he was surprised that he had come up with it in view of the circumstances. He did know that the security guard wouldn't let him pass. So, he turned a little and began walking in the opposite direction, stumbling as he did so.
From her point on stage, Ria had a perfect view of the backstage door. Her eye brows knitted together as she noticed a familiar blond head heading away from the door. 'What on Earth....' she thought.
Inu sat at her mirror and slid on a pair of fingerless, elbow length fishnet gloves. She leaned back in her chair, listening intently for a change in the music that cued her return.
At that moment his phone began to buzz. He made his way to the restroom and answered. "Yeah?"
"Cameron, you're drunk."
"W-who is this?" He shook his head, leaning on the side of a trashcan.
"Savaya. Is your judgment that impaired?" Her voice was smooth and silky. He didn't feel like talking at all.
"What do you want, Savaya?" Cam groaned.
"I need to see you in private. Can I meet you somewhere?"
"I'm in a club right now... The Dagger. Do you know it?"
"I'll be right over." The line went dead.
When her song didn't cue her in, Inu stood up and stepped into the hallway. She waited, listening. Nothing. The door from the stage opened and Ria appeared down the hall.
"What the hell is going on out there."
"I cued them to skip your next dance."
"So you beg me to come up here then you have them skip my dance. What the fu--"
"You blue eyed blond admirer followed you up here." Inu just stared at Ria.
"You're joking, right?" Ria shook her head.
Cam pocketed his phone and hit his head against the wall. "Shit." He was in no way in condition to talk with his employer. He stepped out of the restroom, the loud music was almost a comfort. His light-headedness was fating and for that he was glad. The security guard eyed him up as he walked passed. Cam simply bobbed his head toward him with a smile.
"Shit!" Maya muttered as that one punch started an all out brawl.
Even over the music, Inu could hear the shouting. She and Ria glanced at each other and burst through the stage doors. "Cut the power to the stage!" Inu ordered as she pushed through people, trying to get to the stair case. The fist hand that reached out to grab her made contact with her upper thigh. She spun and in one swift motion threw a punch that knocked the drunken bastard out cold. Without missing a beat she continued toward the stairs.
Cam made his way down the stairs, averting the brawl that was taking place. The cool night air sent chills up his back. It felt good. He crossed his arms over his chest. She had better hurry up...
"Hope you don't mind getting wet." Maya mumbled, reaching over to pull the fire alarms. Cries of surprise erupted around them as the sprinklers turned on, showering everyone with cold water. From her spot at the top of the stairs, Maya heard Inu whistle.
"That's it!" She screamed. "Everyone clear out before I sick security on your sorry asses!"
"Well, that was fun." Tallon mumbled, showing up soaking wet and smelling like beer. "Some idiot tipped my tray when the sprinklers went off."
"At least you got a shower." Maya smiled.
Cam moved to the side of the building as tons of people came spilling out. His eyes scanned the crowd, searching for Tony. He didn't spot him.
Inu walked down the rest of the stairs, shivering slightly as water droplets ran down her bare skin. "I hate it when this has to happen." She muttered to herself.
A black Mercedes Bends pulled up to the curb. Savaya rolled down the window, her dark skin lit up by the street lights above. "Get in," she commanded. Cam did as he was told.
