Maya sat as still as a stone. He didn't make a single sound. Slowly he began unwrapping his bandages, glintly staring at his half finger. He'd eaten off the entire top of his index finger. Once again he'd started chewing it, biting into his own bone. His sadisim kicked in, he started gettinh a little horny, but quickly stopped upon realizing someone had shhown up.

Dezi was running as fast as she could manage, pushing every muscle to move her as far away from the scene of the crime as she could. She would not let herself get caught over her stupidity. Even though the accident wasn't entirely her fault. Her mind traveled back to the few minutes prior as she ran down a dark alleyway. 

"My, aren't you gorgeous?" Called a voice from around the corner. Dez tried to keep calm as she whipped around to see a man that she knew all too well. 

"Damian. You know that you don't want to mess with me." She somewhat pleaded as she took a few steps back, trying to remove herself from th situation at hand. 

"Oh, come now, Dez," The griffin said to the manticore, partially begging for her to give it up. "You know I'm almost irresistable." He hissed. 

Her mind went back to future, her hands eased her over a wooden fence and the sirens in the background were getting quieter the farther she got. She sunk to sit at the base of the cedar wall. She attempted to catch her breath, but was distracted by her hands. Red liquid oozed around a few of her fingers. Her eyes widened and she let her other finger trail through the blood. She really hadn't meant to kill him. But he did pretty much deserve what he had coming.

Xanna took a long drag from her tar product. She closed her eyes, enjoying the familiar tobacco. She sighed slowly, letting the flume of smoke escape her lips and cascade up into the sky to disipate. She leaned her head against the wall and looked up at the night sky. Stars twinkled down and she thought about how different she was from so many others in the world. She hated being a human. So vulnerable, although she technically wasn't due to her powers, she couldn't stray but to feel helpless from time to time. 

She brought the ciggarette back up to her mouth and her eyes zeroed in on the substance. She cursed herself and her addictive habit and threw the poison to the ground, stomping on it with her combat boot to let the cherry go out. Off in the distance she heard sirens and curiously wondered who might be in trouble, then just thanked her lucky stars it wasn't her being lowered into a law enforcement's car. She shuddered and stuck her hands in her trench coat pocket, then came across a man struggling, it seemed. From what she could see, he was holding his hand. Xanna arched an eyebrow and made her way over to his side, not much worrying if he was a human or not. 

Maya looked at the woman, puzzled, as it seemed his mind was racing a mile a minute. His mouth tripped over everything it tried to say, it was filled with blood. He thought she knew this and turned his head to release the blood. It poured from his mouth like a fountain, but he couldn't stop even after that. He sunk his teeth into his forearm and started ripping his flesh off, of course he knew she might stop him but he at least wanted to taste his own flesh.

Gensu sighed as he listened to the sound of the world around him
So strange... this world... us and the humans... we are truely strange... why are we here? and why are we fighting? He didn't know the answer, only a 9-tailed kitsune could possibly know the answer, alas he was only a 7-tailed kitsune. He shook his golden fur as he came out of his trance-like state when he suddenly heard the sound of sirens
"Those idiots..." he said in a wise and slightly weathered voice. His golden fur suddenly shortened and then dissepeared altogether, being replaced with skin and a jacket and trousers, his body lost some of it's size and shape until it became that of a 17 year old boy "I better see what's going on..." as Gensu ran from his vantage points on one of the roofs of town to see what all the noise was about he smelt something, it was a repulsive scent that kitsunes thought of as poision, it was blood.
He ran off to where he could smell the blood coming from and as he looked down he saw two humans, a girl and a boy. The boy seemed to be trying to eat himself and the girl seemed to observing. He shouted down
"Oi! What are you two doing down there!? Last time i checked human wasn't on the menu"

"Eh..?" Maya ripped his mouth from his forearm, his eyes darted to where the sound was coming from. A 17 year old boy was yelling at him from faraway. Then it sunk in, what the boy had said. "H-how did you know.......t-that I....that I'm a human?" Maya jumped to his feet, backing up. He never knew what a creature could do to him, but he learned the scent of all creatures. Maya quickly knew that he was looking at a 7-tailed Kitsune, but he didn't know what it was capable of. "Wh-what do you want...?" His hands clung to the front of his shirt, scared that they may be ripped from him.

"Oh... just instint i suppose" Gensu smiled as he jumped down to the human "It seems you know what i am as well... do you not?... what do i want? nothing really... maybe some food and a good place to nap... heh" he laughed, slightly "don't worry... killing humans is not on my agenda... i'm against the idea of others like me doing stuff to you humans... such a waste of effort" he smiled and sat on the ground to show he stood no threat "There is no need to be all uptight around me"

Maya still stood defensivly, even long after the Kitsune had stopped talking. After an extra 20 or so minutes, Maya decided that he was fully safe. Maya laid his head softly onto the man's shoulder. "M-my name is, Maya. What's yours?" Maya was obviously directing this to both the man and woman nearby. He closed his eyes, begining to let the earth speak to him as he wait for them to introduce themselves.

"I'm glad you asked" Gensu said as he let the boy put his head on his shoulder "My name is Gensu Hinigami... 7-tailed kitsune... pleased to meet your aquaintence Maya" he smiled, humans may not be the strongest of breeds, but they were the most interesting "Now i must ask... why were you trying to eat yourself?"

Maya looked up at Gensu , "I-I'm not.....I have Autophagia. Its a mental disorder that causes you to bite or devour body parts constantly." Maya looked embarrassed, he didn't like telling people about his disorder but somehow he felt as though he could trust Gensu. He shoved two fingers into his mouth and began sucking them. Maya enjoyed the taste and continued to stare out into space.

"Ah... that would explain it..." Gensu smiled, even though Maya's condiction wasn't something to smile about "so, besides the devouring, why are you here in this alleyway where monsters can find you... it's not too safe out here if you aren't a monster of some sort"

"Well...Im not sure." Maya looked up at the sun as it was just coming over the horizon. He'd continued sucking his fingers, just pulling them out whenever he had speak. "By the way, Gensu, why are you here?" Maya removed his head from Gensu and sat straight up, looking deep into the Kitsune's eyes.

Xanna tilted her head as she approached the couple, not really caring if they were human or not. "Hi there, luvs." A grin placed on he face as she leaned bcd against the wall. "I'm Xanna. What's up?" She asked. Her eyes lingered on the kitsune. She was intrigued by him. He was quite attractive to her and she couldn't help but to oggle a bit.

Dezi attempted to wipe off the red substance on the alley brick wall. A bit of it came off, bit her hand was stained red. She sighed and hopped back over the fence, hearing the sirens retreating as well as voices. She approached them slowly, knowing that they would identify her quickly, most likely. She pulled out a ciggarrette and placed it between her lips, lighting it with a purple bik lighter and gratefully inhaled the tobacco.

((Sorry for the shorness, I am currently groused for six weeks so I oy get so often to post on my friends iPhones.))

"Oh... just exploring... i guess you could say i'm a consiencous objecter when it comes to killing humans" he said to Maya, as he saw the other human finnaly speak he said "Good to meet you my friend" he didn't awfully care about the oggling, though it did unerve him slightly

Xanna looked away from him. His inquiring of exploring was a bit comical in her opinion. Although she was not scared of this creature before her, she felt the need to respect him, just in case he exploded for some reason. She heard footsteps behind her and raised an eyebrow, knowing the smell of her familiar Manticore friend. She cleared her throat, turning to wave a bit to her.

"Well, hey. Long time no see." Xanna said, a bit of a smirk on her face. "And what kind of trouble are you in now?" She could feel the tenseness in her friend as she stood next to her. She was an inch taller then her, so it didn't take much to see her right in the eye. She awaited her answer patiently, watching her take another puff from the ciggarette. She wanted to reach out and take it from her, but knew she would most likely bite her hand off if she tryed.

Dezi sighed and thought for a moment, hearing Xanna's thoughts in her head, she passed her the burning tobacco.

"Well...let's just say you most likely won't see Damian again. Unless your in Hell." She was serious, her words like poison to Xanna's ears. They burned with the truth and the shorter girl noticed the red stains on her friends hand. Her eyes widened and she grabbed one of her wrists with her free hand, while holding the Kool between her pinky and ring finger, she traced every line of blood along her hand. She was, you could say, obsessed with blood. Strange, right? But that's Xanna for you, you won't meet anyone like her. She nearly let her tounge slither over the beautiful substance, but knew Dezi would probably freak. She wanted some now and became a bit anxious and jittery after handing the ciggarette back to the Manticore.

"So...what happened? With Damian and all." Xanna wondered alloud, knowing the others were probably wondering what she did as well.

"You know him...he tried to take advantage of me. Again. And you know how I get when I am angry and not in control." She took another drag, her eyes locked on her friend. "I couldn't take his shit anymore!" When she said the vulgarity she threw her addiction to the ground, the sparks from the cherry going every which direction. Dezi was almost in tears, but she held them back, not wanting to look like a baby in front of the others that she didn't know. "So I disposed of him." She said, her voice like a razor, "So now he can't hurt anybody else."

Maya shuttered at the new faces, they had came so fast an sat down. he watched as the sparks fluttered and sparked across the ground. Maya scooted closer to Gensu and started biting his own bottom lip. Blood instantly came out, because his lips were raw from so much previous biting. His heart slowed with every beat, and he didn't want to say hello to the women.

"H-Hi." He managed a weak smile and waved, then shoved his face into the nook of Gensu's arm. He didn't know why but he felt safer whilst curled up there.

Xanna watched the two that she didn't know. Maya had begun to nibble on hip lip and blood eased it's way from the cut. Her jaw shuddered at the pure tease of the red liquid and she nearly kissed him for that substance. She sighed slowly, tapping him on the shoulder. "Your bleeding. It's driving me nuts. Plus, you do not have to hide from us. We won't hurt you." She said smiling, inviting him to not be so shy. She swallowed, her eyes only on his lips and she licked her own from the blood lust.

Gensu laughed slightly as Maya burrowed into him, he was indeed a strange person, but cute in a sort of akward way. He patted his head lightly and said
"You don't need to be scared of your own kind Maya... at least you have people to keep you company"

Maya, listened quietly to their words, and picked his own very carefully. "Another, l-like me?" He had no idea that there was another human but it somehow made him happier. he smiled and continued to bit his lip, blood flowed out faster. He could see the taller woman was starting to get a little tense, possibly overcome by blood lust. He knew how creatures could be, even humans. He buried his had back into Gensu's arm and closed his eyes.

Gensu sighed slightly as Maya stayed buried into his neck
"If you're going to do that" He said as he stood up, putting Maya on his back "stay there" he said, finishing his sentence. He smiled as he waited for the humans reaction, he found that they could get embarassed easily.

"Ehh!" Maya got a little paranoid as Gensu picked him up and placed him on his back. He started blushing and buried his hot face back into Gensu's neck, hoping no one would see. Maya wrapped his arms tightly around Gensu for support. His heart was beating fast since no one ever picked him up before, it was very awkward and embarrassing.

Gensu laughed, the reaction was funny yet cute at the same time
"Humans are indeed a comical spieces" he said. He turned his head slightly and said to Maya "so... are you going somewhere or are you simply wandering around?" he found it slightly strnge that no one had found these humans yet, along with the manticore and himself. The manticore seemed freindly enough, though slightly over-reative.

Maya thought about it for a while, then realized he really had had no home. "Ah, no I'm just a stray." He smiled still sort of happy , hoping Gensu might take him home with him. "Um...Are you going somewhere?" Maya hadn't really thought about the question, it just had sorta came out. "Can i go home with you...?" Maya blushed, yet again embarrassed.

Gensu smiled warmly at Maya, he was a strange human, he had to admit. Most people like him would have triend to kill him the moment they saw him, but his one actually wanted to come home with him.
"Oh... let me think" he smiled as he prenteded to think about it, he already knew the answer "yes, of course you can come home with me Maya..." he looked over at the others and said "if you guys don't have homes either you can come along too" he put Maya back down on the ground saying "unless you've chewed your legs off too you might as well walk for now... my house isn't far from here"

Maya blushed even more when Gensu smiled at him. "No, I haven't chewed my legs off...." Maya looked down at his feet, "Maybe if I'd had more time I would have." He looked up and smiled warmly back to Gensu. He was feeling very happy he finally would have a home. "Can I hold your hand...?" Maya crept closer to Gensu and slipped his hand into Gensu's.

Gensu smiled slightly as Maya put his hand in his. He couldn't really feel it but he was blushing a bit as well, he felt a need to hid his face but kept it up as not to unerve Maya. He looked at the others, who didn't seem to be doing anything at the present time. He walked forward, pulling Maya gently along "you guys can follow my scent to find us... i better get this guy home" he said, looking over at Maya.
