Introduction
A tree branch cracked as the wind rustled the worn branches of the mighty oak that towered over Billy Rosena's small house. Moonlight illuminated the yard and outlined the dark figure of a woman who crept along the
weathered siding of the shack. The leaves beneath the woman's feet crunched delicately as she made her way toward the back door, a military-grade taser in her petite hands.
She stopped and hesitated at the door, only now realizing what this could mean for her. Taking a deep breath, the woman crept into the unlocked door, heading toward the lounging figure of Billy; who was occupying the majority of an antique couch in the middle of what seemed to have been a living room. She turned on the taser and continued to creep towards him, waiting for him to turn around and nail her in the forehead with a .22 caliber. She to the last step towards him and plunged the taser into his large back muscle, holding it there for a few moments, waiting for the electrical current to fully run through his system. Stepping away, she looked at what she had done and almost sighed in relief.
She had done it, finally. The man who had allegedly murdered both her sister and another young girl was dead. His body laid haphazardly on the antique, worn out couch. She took a deep breath and walked out calmly, letting what she had done sink in. Someone was dead, by her hand.
The floorboards creaked as she stepped through the back door, her gloved hands leaving no trace. A new killer was on the rise, one more dangerous than ever.
Ok, so the lovely prologue I have written up portrays the killer's M.O. and why she killed the first guy. Now, your characters will not know that the killer is a women, they really won't know anything.
I'll be playing three characters that will pop up. One male, two female. One of them might be the killer one of them might not be the killer.
Before each crime scene--which will be describe from a forensic view, a bystander view, and the killer's view--players that are important within each kill will be told what they need to know. [[These will be posted in the IC thread, each one color-coded by view.]]
It will be set in Atlanta and the people will either be from that area, or they will show up later... I might ask some of you to play a character later in the rp... You don't have to, of course, but I'd like you to. :)
I'm in need of at least two detectives. [Preferably more than two...]
I need... Two or more people to be in the Murder Reconnaissance Agency [MRA]--A private Investigator's office that tries to solve murders before the police... They usually fail....
I need some forensic geeks! You don't have to know the terms, but it would be awesome if you did! :)
Can I get a blood splatter analyst? Someone to fulfill my Dexter love? No? Alright... It's fine. ^_^
I will need some FBI guys that come in when it is declared that of a serial killer! :)
If someone would like to help me with the minor characters... [Loved ones of the victims, neighbors, ect.--You'll get interviewed by the detectives and later the P.I. guys.]
HOW THIS WILL WORK:
You will follow the RP and help dictate where is goes, I will show describe the crime scenes, help move the RP along, etc. If you find out who the killer is, PM me, and I'll see if I can help you present the evidence to the others, get a case, and then catch the killer. Just a heads up, try to find some evidence within all the chaos.
RULES!
1.No god-modding.
2. No Mary-sues.
3. I have the right to deny/kick you out if you violate any of the rules or if your profile isn't up-to-par.
4. 75 word minimum [That's when the little thing at the bottom turns green.]
5. Cursing is allowed, but don't curse like a Sailor in a movie dedicated to Sargent Dokes on Dexter. [Um... He cursed like every three words, if you were wondering.
6. Romance is allowed... If it goes farther than clothes--though I hope it doesn't--take it to PMs.

I'm such a big fan of Dexter and CSI and yeah, I'm kind of freakishly in love with murder mysteries and the like. <__<;
I haven't been on RPG in a long while, and everything's so different! I'll find my way around, eventually. So uhm. Do we post a character, or..
