Maestro Machiavelli, or simply "The Maestro" is a musical prodigy at the age of 17. He's suave, cool and knows how to handle both an instrument and a woman.

Maestro speaks in gentle, almost musical tones to those around him, putting people at ease. Calm and composed under pressure, a result of many stage performances in his young life. His mastery of music has done much to corrupt his view of the world, preferring pleasant sounds and beautiful imagery over discord and the ugly. So much so that he takes it as a personal affront to his senses and often loses himself momentarily in an attempt to destroy the source of such insults. Maestro is also a bit of a gambler and often uses wagers to win small favours from pretty girls. He loves women and takes every opportunity to romance them but never to an end. In regards to their quest, he has serious ambitions to attain their goal of 99 souls and a witch. However he prefers more often to toy with his prey which has lead him into trouble more than once.

Equipment

Sonata Cantarella is his weapon and companion. The two share a bond brought by the love of music and he handles her with no less than every ounce of skill he possesses, playing her strings with both furious dexterity and gentle tenderness. In reciprocation she returns the most beautiful, and the most destructive music. Of all his instruments and indeed people in his world, he cares for her most. To him she is no mere weapon but a precious companion. though he is often loath to admit it to her directly.
