Introduction
Many years had passed since the incident with the Kishin... a New Kishin had risen to power along with several Witches of renown power. He led a long winded war against Shinigami that left many innocent souls dead and the DWMA lain to waste. Though in the end The great Kishin vanished during the final conflict between himself and Shinigami. It is unknown what caused his disappearance and few cared now that peace had returned. After a decade things has settled down and the name Aro Von Friedhof had been swept beneath the carpet.
Though now the cards Aro had yet to play would return to harass the newly constructed DWMA. The Witches whom had been neglected in Shinigami's battle with the Kishin. Lead by the powerful witches Ravel Leen and Shara Arade joined in force with the powerful Kishin Egg Kuja Avon, they now rise with an army of twisted and vile monsters formed with pure souls and Kishin eggs a like. They plot the destruction of the DWMA once and for all. There will be nothing held back... no tricks unplayed... no tactics to brutal... and no mercy shall be given.
Concerning Cannon Characters: All Cannon Characters will be allowed except Shinigami, You must contact me -before- you submit a cannon character so you know what I want to make sure you play the character well and I can inform you before you make them if they are even open.
Factions: The Trinity will be NPCs and character villains that need to be OKed with me first.
DWMA are all Weapon/Meister/Human and are open for PCs to apply freely for OCs.
I may allow one or two player factions for players who can create original and unique leader characters.
Concerns towards Combat: When engaging NPCs if I give them an actual name they should be considered a threat and treated as one, if they don't they are more or less fodder. PVP should be dealt with in a orderly fashion amongst players and should disputes arise I will step in an set things straight. DWMA will receive an occasional mission but are otherwise free to submit their own ideas for missions and enjoy all that Death City has to offer.

Death City... a place of past horrors... the once prison of the Kishin Asura and the battle ground of Aro and Death himself. Once war-torn and destroyed it was rebuilt after Aro's defeat. Now the once dark streets are lit brightly and people are no longer afraid of the dark. Kishin Eggs haven't been seen in over six years and thus stories of old slowly fall into legend.
Even though people no longer fear what was Death maintained his academy to ensure that such peace was maintained should the Kishin threat return. Though as the years passed he fell deeper into the throws of his own darkness the people started to distrust the Death God and Shinigami soon retreated into his inner sanctum sealing himself off from the world.
Now the DWMA is ran solely by it's teachers who each have a say in what goes on in the academy. It is currently the anniversary of Aro's defeat six years ago. The annual ball to celebrate the return to peace is being held by all the DWMA Staff, Students, and Meister/Weapon pairs. During the festivities a chilling cold crept across the outside festival.
However this did not stop the pink haired Death Scythe from standing up in front of the raised podium that took center stage where the band played. "Greetings everyone... I welcome you to the Fifth annual Peace Celebration... Six years after the final Kishin was destroyed and with it the disappearance of Kishin Eggs... the Witches became recluse and an era of Peace arose. Even though there are no threats we have kept our duty to defend this world sacred. We have stood proud even with people's faith in us and what we stand for dwindling. They may have forgotten the horrors of old... but we have not. We have stood vigilant since that faithful day... the guardians of a peace many take for granite now a days. For that we give thanks to all who help to ensure peace. We also give you students, Meisters, and Weapons a day to get together with one another and enjoy the finer things in life. Such as free pizza and music! Now enjoy the rest of your night and remember the foundation we have laid so that this city may stay standing as a beacon of Duty and Honor for years to come!"

Carol sat at the back of the group shivering. Why was it always so cold here? Well granted she was always cold but nevertheless there still seemed to be a chill in the air. She listened intently to the speech that was being given by Amanda, finding some parts struck a chord with her, while other parts unsettled her. Once the Kishin and other such threats had been vanquished people needed something new to fear and distrust, people always fear and distrust something, and apparently they chose Lord Death and, by association, the DWMA. Caroline glanced over at Malcolm to see his reaction, or more likely lack thereof, to this and saw that he was listening, or looking at the sky, perhaps he was napping? Honestly she had no clue what he was doing, if anything.
After a short pause she turned to face her partner and asked "What are you thinking about?" Carol had decided to operate under the assumption that he was, in fact, awake and was thinking about something specific.

Yoite stood at the back also, but a far ways off from Carol. Her index finger and middle finger resting on the visor of her blood-red newsboy hat, her gaze crept towards her weapon. The young girl had an innocent grin. "Well, free pizza is what I've always loved," she said, her voice soft and clearly, she was enthralled the way the celebration has went so far, but something grim struck her. "It's kind of odd though, how there's no more kishin. There needs to be something, though. I mean, how are we going to collect souls to become a Death Scythe? And foremost, a witch's soul? The kishin being gone is quite a downer, but atleast you're still a cool weapon." Yoite smirked, and then her gaze rose upwards. "But I wonder, what's wrong with Shinigami-sama? He hasn't said anything in over...well, god knows how long." The girl lowered her gaze back to her partner, and shook her head slowly, the smirk fading into a straight line.
OOC Notes
Max looked around trying to figure why he was here. Last thing he recalled was that he got obliged by Koko to come to this party at DWMA. He accepted... then remembered.

"Damnit.... wake me up when the food will be here. I need sleep and I'm hungry." He then remembered that Koko wanted him to stay awake for the speech. He ignored her and took a snooze.
(Back to the present)

Seeing Max waved at her, her gaze shifted and she waved back, grinning. "Hey, Yutaka! Yuiko! Come here!" Yoite beckoned her friends, I think. Slowly putting down her arm, her grin faded into a normal smile.

Yuiko smiled at Max and nodded, "I guess I'm happy, now." She said, "I'm proud of you, it didn't take too much to get you to come," she frowned, "but you did sleep the whole time. It wasn't boring, Max, I think the history of our school is interesting. Wait.. the pizza?" She looked around and shrugged, "If you want, I can look for it for you."
She stopped and followed Max's gaze to the 13 year old he was talking about, "she is strong." Yuiko agreed, she elbowed Max and laughed, "but I doubt she could beat us in a duel. We're hot!"
She closed her eyes and leaned back, running her fingers through her long, blonde hair, sighing. "We could go mingle, you know." Yuiko prodded, "that is what today is for, we should make more friends."
That's when she heard Yoite's voice. She smiled and waved back, "come on, Max, here's our opportunity." She grinned, standing up and grabbing his wrist, dragging him out of his seat and towards the young girl.

Sighs getting dragged off. "I could have walked you know... it'd be more cool then me getting dragged by you." He said smiling as he dusted himself off from face planting since she was dragging him too fast. "I'm still a bit groggy Koko." He said stretching. He looked at Yoite and smiled. "Hey." He said at Yoite with a grin on his face. "I think I saw the pizza while I was dragged here." He said shooting a glare at Koko, "Anybody wants a slice?" He asked looking at the table with the meals on it.

Malcolm listened to the speech intently, yet half paying attention. Malcolm listened to the underlying meaning he found in what Ms. Farix was saying. He always found he thought differently than mot people, and he didn't really care. He simply listened and looked up into the night sky. He saw the clouds dancing about, acting as a mask for the moon. There was always something about clouds that entranced him, but he didn't know what. Not that he cared, he simply accepted things that he felt. Then something odd happened, the clouds began to shift course, and became thinner, yet thicker at the same time. He could feel it, something was........different.

"I was thinking why people have mistrust each other hurt one another to get power. Or why power is such a necessary thing in this world. Why people can't just take a hint from the clouds and simply go with the flow in harmony with one another. Or why more people can't be like you." He then readjusted his head back at the night sky.

"Sure," she answered, raising the visor of her cap to reveal her eyes. Grinning, the innocent- looking girl snatched a seat away from the crowd and sat down, pulling her legs to her chest and gazing at the two. "So, what's up? I don't think I've really talked to you two, I just know your names from class. I'm Yoite Fukaoi, labeled the innocent but insane meister, just to clear it up if you've not found out my name yet. I guess my title fits me."

"Pizza sounds good." Yuiko shrugged, indifferently, before returning Max's glare with one of her own. She looked longingly at the snack table, but continued the conversation, keeping a tight grip on her meister's arm to make sure he did the same. "I'm flaming sword, Yuiko, and this is my meister, Max." She said, smiling kindly, "I'm here to keep him in line, and make sure he doesn't get into trouble. We have heard of you, you must be pretty strong to become a two star meister at your age. Max and I would love to spar with you sometime. But.. for now..." Yuiko trailed off, returning her gaze to the snacks, "how about we all get some pizza!"

As the food was served a man in sweatpants and a hoodie walked up to the stage a record in hand. He approached the DJ booth lifting the current record from the player and replacing it. "DWMA members... this is a personally favorite of mine... the rhythm is perfect." He pressed the needle down against the record as the music started playing.

The man grasped the bottom of the hoodie tearing it from his body as well as his sweat pants. His entire body was a monotone of white with out any feature... no mouth, no eyes, just smooth white. "Its perfect music to slaughter you all. Devout of the Trinity destroy them... kill every last one of them!" The strange being laughed hysterically as the moan of zombies filled the air. The pale fleshed zombies stumbled forth along with numerous Kishin Eggs. "Instead of an extermination... you can consider this a forced conscription because after this you'll all be zombies!"

"Well, atleast we got fitting music! This should be fun! More kishin eggs for you, Yutaka!" Yoite shouted, smiling. "I'll use you when these guys become very difficult." The girl said, as she pulled the visor of her hat to cover her eyes. Usually, when she does this action, it indicates that she wants to be a little evil, perhaps. Raising her hands in the air, she waited until some of the zombies scattered about and came closer near her, Yuiko, Yutaka, and Max. Sending her hands flying to the side, she thrust her palms in two of the zombie's faces, and screamed ontop of her lungs the next words: "Bloody Wavelength!" The girl swung around as a zombie tried to hit her, and she gazed at the zombies writhing from pain. "Alrighty." Yoite giggled, and then spun again, putting out her foot and kicking zombies, kind of like a ballerina twirl. "Bloody Wavelength!" The girl screamed against, using her limbs to shock her opponents and sending them writhing from agonizing pain on the floor for twenty seconds.

"Koko...." He said with a grin looking at the man. "Hope your ready for some fun. Epic music to kill them all." He charged at the zombie group. "HEY BASTARDS TASTE THIS!" His eyes gleamed for a moment and he extended his arms away from his body. "Soul Shield!" He smiled as his soul appeared. It was a blue, giant bubble with a shield next to it. "I'll protect my friends!" All the zombies went flying into the wall. Well those that were close and in his soul's diameter... thats alot of zombies. He then ran into another zombie and punched him in the face. "Soul Spear!" The punch glowed blue for a second and the zombie went flying as soon as the zombie got hit.
"KOKO!" He screamed starting to get overwhelmed.

Yuiko frowned, but shrugged, "Burning Fury!" she shouted, purple fire erupting from her hands. She literally burned her way through the crowd to reach Max. "I'm coming!" She called to her partner.
When she finally reached Max, she smiled at him, "sorry it took so long. Ready!?" She reached out and grabbed her meister's hand, and then Yuiko's body was engulfed in flames, and when they died, she was now in her weapon form.
"Let's destroy them."

He grinned as he had her in his hand. "Your wish is my command... Koko." He said grinning. His eyes gleamed in anticipation and started hacking away. He finished his first group then came on another.
He jumped over the first one and slashes downward at the one behind it. He quickly whirled around decapitating the zombies around him. He chuckled as a big one came up. He dodged the first blow that came crushing down and Koko slashed through it's arm like a piece of paper. He jumped the next blow and slashed it in half. "Hey koko, Ready for soul resonance?" He asked still slashing around. You could clearly see Max as being the one in the middle since nothing ever touched him. He was always 1 step ahead of the zombies.

"Soul Resonance! Kasai no shi!" Yuiko was shrouded in a black aura as her flames turned black, and her blade grew longer. "I'm ready when you are, Max." She grinned.

He chuckled. "You better not question me, woman." He said in a playful tone. As the flames turned black he quickly put Koko's tip facing up. "Soul shield!" The blue bubble with the shield came out... this time as a black skull in flame. All the zombies caught in range were all burning, the ones not burning were flying in the walls. He looked around and grinned. "Well... we did our job. Want pizza?" He said quickly whirling around and decapitating a zombie behind him. He went to the snack table and grabbed a slice, planting Koko's tip in the ground.
He ate his pizza slice while looking at the fighting from the other students. "I bet that nobody will beat us in number of kills."

Yutaka sat still and relaxed in his chair, focusing more on his thoughts then any of the situation around him. He was still out of it from a mood swing earlier, and though he felt bad for not mingling as his dear Yoite called people over, he figured it was for the best. He was still generally in a pissy mood after all, which is why he was paying little attention to his surroundings.
His head finally moved upwards, as music started up, white and blonde hair swinging in his eyes. Next thing he knew, battle was raging.
Yutaka focused his full attention on his Meister, while keeping side tabs on the zombies progressing forward. Yoite grinned, and Yutaka knew immediately she wouldn't need him for awhile.
“Well, at least we got fitting music! This should be fun! More kishin eggs for you, Yutaka! I'll use you when these guys become very difficult."
“Judging by your skills, that could be awhile.” He stood carefully and stretched as she flounced off, killing the dead beings in her way.
Well, at least this will be a good channel for my anger,
He walked calmly among the crowd of undead, morphing his arms into scythe heads to easily kill off the ones that strayed to near. He made sure all his stray anger was in the slices, and eventually began to calm, changing his direction. Towards the punch bowl.
He poured himself a small glass, watching Max wielding his flaming weapon Yuiko. Taking a sip, he craned his neck to find Yoite, making sure she was safe, and, with no surprise, she was still taking out zombies quite efficiently.
An enemy waddled by, pale skin gleaming, and Yutaka raised an eyebrow.
“How dreadfully worthless minions. Can't even attack me while I’m standing right here.” He drained th last of the punch, smacking his lips in an 'ah!' before blowing gently. Thousands of sparkling needles forked off his breath, slamming into the zombie, who wailed before slowly grinding to a halt and falling over.
“Charmed Ice... hm, haha. How charming of an end.”
He refilled two cups of punch and maneuvered through the crowd, avoiding the worst fray, killing everything else with Charmed Ice or well placed kicks. Careful not to spill a drop.
When he neared Yoite, who was surrounded, he let out an ear wretched scream. The zombies all paused, looking confused, before throwing themselves upon each other, biting and tearing limbs. Cry of Woe...
“Sorry to ruin your fun. There's still plenty more.” He said with a grin at Yoite, checking to make sure she wasn't injured. “Punch?”

Yutaka focused his full attention on his Meister, while keeping side tabs on the zombies progressing forward. Yoite grinned, and Yutaka knew immediately she wouldn't need him for awhile.
“Well, at least we got fitting music! This should be fun! More kishin eggs for you, Yutaka! I'll use you when these guys become very difficult."
“Judging by your skills, that could be awhile.” He stood carefully and stretched as she flounced off, killing the dead beings in her way.
Well, at least this will be a good channel for my anger,
He walked calmly among the crowd of undead, morphing his arms into scythe heads to easily kill off the ones that strayed to near. He made sure all his stray anger was in the slices, and eventually began to calm, changing his direction. Towards the punch bowl.
He poured himself a small glass, watching Max wielding his flaming weapon Yuiko. Taking a sip, he craned his neck to find Yoite, making sure she was safe, and, with no surprise, she was still taking out zombies quite efficiently.
An enemy waddled by, pale skin gleaming, and Yutaka raised an eyebrow.
“How dreadfully worthless minions. Can't even attack me while I’m standing right here.” He drained th last of the punch, smacking his lips in an 'ah!' before blowing gently. Thousands of sparkling needles forked off his breath, slamming into the zombie, who wailed before slowly grinding to a halt and falling over.
“Charmed Ice... hm, haha. How charming of an end.”
He refilled two cups of punch and maneuvered through the crowd, avoiding the worst fray, killing everything else with Charmed Ice or well placed kicks. Careful not to spill a drop.
When he neared Yoite, who was surrounded, he let out an ear wretched scream. The zombies all paused, looking confused, before throwing themselves upon each other, biting and tearing limbs. Cry of Woe...
“Sorry to ruin your fun. There's still plenty more.” He said with a grin at Yoite, checking to make sure she wasn't injured. “Punch?”

"Sure. But, leave some zombies for others to kill too." Yoite chuckled, kicking another zombie in the face. "Mind turning into a scythe for the moment? I think it's more dramatic with the effects." She giggled, almost demonicly, as her gaze shifted towards the army of coming zombies.

The white monster watched as many meisters and weapons were cutting through his minions. He merely lifted the DJ's headphones before putting them on. "No... no no... this won't do at all. Think its time for the next track." He flipped the record in the air before replacing it on the machine with a different song.

Dorian stepped through the entrance of the large room with Sophia and frowned just as the DJ revealed himself to the crowd. Quickly dodging a flying piece of zombie from one of the other battlers, "Shame, we step away for a little while and the entire place goes to pandemonium....." his lips pursed with agitation at the situation as he reached for Sophia's hand, taking it gently as any man of class should, "Shall we join the fray then?" With a slight nod from his partner and her quick transformation into the large anchor now in his grasp, Dorian scowled at an approaching zombie and delivered a heavy underhand swing, driving the hook of the anchor clean through the decayed combatant.

Malcolm was about to respond to Carol when something horrible hit his ear drum. An incessant pounding of bland tones that melded together to make a giant abomination that some people called music. Whatever the source of this detestable sound was, it needed to be destroyed. The fact that there were creatures attacking the party was a minor inconvenience compared to the sound of horror that laid upon Malcolm's ears. He held out his hand and caught Carol in her weapon form.
"Malcolm,the manikin-looking guy, the DJ, we can't let him escape."
Malcolm saw who she was talking about and saw the turn table next to him. "Yeah, ok." Malcolm said casually, before jumping into the fray. At first he predominately used Carol as a prop to gain more momentum with his strikes. He leaped back and forth throughout the crowd, delivering devastating attacks without ever changing his expression. He quickly stuck Carol in the ground and set himself up in front of several creatures and madmen. His hands glowed a soft blue and it seemed static arced around them. Then, he started to deliver hundreds of blows to several enemies, seemingly at the same time with speed untraceable to the normal human eye. He then thrusted a final palm into the group, which then promptly exploded and flew into the sky and every which way, leaving a small crater. "Soul Palm Barrage." Malcolm said neutrally, quickly picking Carol up.
It was then that the DJ changed the music. It wasn't much better than the first one, but it would do. He then jumped into the crowed, and ate several students souls. He spoke about sacrifices, but Malcolm didn't care. Malcolm separated Caroline into her three section form and wrapped her around himself and took a very low fighting position, his head a foot off the ground. "Your taste in music alone should justify what I'm going to do to you, but that's not how the world works, unfortunately. But, whatever." Malcolm said completely monotone with the same no expression. He then shot into the air and then came crashing down onto the DJ, Caroline's blade section firmly in hand.

"Soldiers hold back for now..." The white creature said shortly and at his command they stopped their attacks and formed a solid ring that spread outwards until it out ran one's vision. "All of you little snacks against me!" The creature's eyes jumped to Malcolm who was descending on the vile monster. It tilted it's head before spinning one of his swords around and around before hurling it towards Malcolm like a Chakram. "DODGE THIS!"

I still intend to post, the reason I'm waiting is because I heard about the time skip to nightfall and figured that since Malcolm and Caroline will just go along with whatever plan Dorian and Sophia came up with it's unnecessary to play out the actual brunch.

Hey, sorry for the absence lately, things have been getting a tad hairy over here and they're not looking much better but I will make a strong effort to post as often as possible (currently I have to travel this weekend for a wedding but I'll be back Sunday)
The main reason I'm posting this to ask if Planter or Sneaky do not post if Eden and I can continue on with the mission. I understand personal circumstances do arise (Trust me, I know I've got a few bad marks attendance wise here and for that I apologize) but I'm afraid the Vertigo Samurai mission will fall behind chronologically and it may be easier for Dorian and Sophia to continue on if we cannot catch up and share the plan the two have come up with. This is not to say I would prefer the one pair to go alone otherwise I would have said something earlier on about letting Dorian and Sophia go on alone instead of letting Malcom and Caroline join the mission, I'm just saying this may be a course of action that may need to be explored if there are issues preventing participants from posting (Honestly I'm really interested to see how the two pairs work together so I really don't want to follow on with this.)
Once again I appreciate your patience and I'm sorry to bring this up, I'm just trying to help resolve something before it becomes an issue.

Now Eden you started an unneeded argument due to a simple question for a vote we were having about whether or not to have a time skip when the role-play hadn't received a post in 3+days.
Cherry you furthered the conflict with swearing and insults.
All four of those posts were unneeded and born of those far from maturity if you have an issue you bring it up to me rather then filling my OOC with flared tempers and pointless arguments. Why are they pointless? They don't solve anything.
