PLEASE READ!
Hmm. I figured that at this point this RP had reached the lightless depths of Roleplaygateway and would never be seen again.. guess not ..
Unfortunately all activity here ceased almost two years ago, and I have no immediate plans to restart it, because it failed rather epically. So to all of you kind souls who volunteered your character to be mercilessly shot down by me, I thank you, but unfortunately I can't accept them due to the fact that this roleplay is closed.. and .. I need to figure out how to make it .. closed. >_< Anyways thanks very much for having interest in this. I'm so sorry to disappoint.
The battle is still on with the first Kishin, who is the source of madness in the world. The DWMA (Death Weapon Meister Academy) was created by Lord Death, the Shinigami ( or reaper), to stop those who fear death from becoming a Kishin.
Those who fight the Kishin eggs are meisters, with weapons. The meisters and weapons work together in a partnership, fighting together against evil. Weapons can be ANYTYING, and once you join (if you've never read or watched Soul Eater) I will tell you your weapon form.
Now, this is the setting ... In the Death Room ( where Shinigami resides with his mirror) right after Medusa ( an evil witch who broke the Kishin free of Shinigami's trap, and all the students are there. This is most preferably to those who have read this manga/ anime. But it's not too difficult, so . . . You'll learn!
Character Positions - top are meisters, bottom are weapons
-Maka Albarn - played by Lurelle
-Soul eater (maka's partner) - played by kiri711
-(Blackstar (One very powerful and obnoxious, self-centered, kid with blue hair. He believes he is a great assassin.)
Tsubaki-
(The magic dark arm who can turn into a ninja sword, kusirigama, enchanted sword, and smoke bomb.)
-Death the Kid- (Shinigami's son)- played by Boykagome
-Liz
-Patty
the Thompson sisters, grown on the streets and are now Kids' weapons. Liz is the eldest and Patty the youngest.))

Dr. Frankenstein Stein-
((A teacher at the DWMA who is obsessed with dissection. The most powerful meister who ever graduated the DWMA.)

Maka sits dully in the Death Room, eyes closed. They had let Asura escape ... Was it her fault?
She looks up and stares at her partner, Soul, and sighed again. Everyone was silent. Even Shinigami-sama couldn't think of anything encouraging to say.
"Soul?" She asks, getting up and wobbling over to him. "How are you?"
she knew the scar may not bother him much nowadays... But still. This wasn't about the scar. they had just gone through the worst night ... Ever.
She looks up and stares at her partner, Soul, and sighed again. Everyone was silent. Even Shinigami-sama couldn't think of anything encouraging to say.

Soul looked over to Maka "I'm doing fine. Are you okay Maka? I mean of course besides all this." He knew it was still bothering her all the things that happened that night. Soul stood there wondering if she thought it was her fault.

Maka took a deep breath. "I guess so. but ..." Maka's eyes lowered. "We did fail, in the end. The Kishin was resurrected."
If only she had just followed Dr. Stein's orders ... Speaking of Stein... She turned around and looked at everyone. Silent. Thinking. She lowered her voice self-consciously.
"Everyone got seriously injured but us." Blackstar and Kid had taken on Asura, however impulsively, and were injured. Kid had been carried back by Liz and Patty, while Blackstar by Tsubaki.

Of course he'd failed, what kind of arrogant notion was it for Kid to stand against a Kishin? Their job was to prevent one from ever surfacing, so naturally if one did they had already screwed up and it was folly to think they could stop the being itself. Even his father had failed to kill Asura which was one he'd been entrapped in his own skin. But now that same beast was back on the surface and spreading madness like a thick fog. Maybe if Kid had been a bit stronger he could of prevented this, the birth that is. What kind of trash was he becoming at this rate? Pounding his fist on the side of his gurney, he awaited Nigus to give him a clean bill of health... In truth Kid was pretty much already recovered, but he'd have a hard time facing the academy with this monumental defeat so staying in a hospital bed was a good way to hide. " Some Grim Reaper I turned out to be, damn."

Soul followed Maka out of the room before asking "Maka are you blaming yourself for this whole thing. If so think it wasn't your fault at all we all tried our hardest at the time we just weren't ready for them yet but don't worry next time we will be ready". After that he gave Maka a quick hug "So don't put the all the weight of that on your shoulders we're all here to help, and...I'm here anytime you need me."

Maka takes one look at Kid, who is fuming in silence, then takes a step out of the Death Room.
She was about to reply to Soul when he hugged her swiftly. She kind of froze in shock and barely had time to reply.
" But ... I disobeyed Professor Stein, and ..." She falls silent. "Okay." She murmurs and tightens her glove. "Yeah. I will get stronger, and we'll defeat Asura!" She grins, even though that thought seems bleak at the moment.

Soul stood there lost in thought only thinking of the demon that resided in his dreams wondering if it's save not telling Maka, Maka can't know if she knows it was caused by this scar she would regret it for the rest of her life. "Anyway we should go see how black star and the others are doing".

Kid swiftly turned his head away from them, it was clear that his shame was pretty potent right now. Liz and Pattie seemed to just roll their eyes at his response. "How can I be alright, a kishin revived under my watch. My status should of made me far capable of dealing with the situation before it escalated to this point. What a pathetic display..." It was clear he didn't blame Star or Maka in the slightest, as much as he used Liz and Pattie the concept of team work still was a bit foreign to him.

Maka stared at Kid, who immediately turned away, and figured he was in a shame. Well, at least he wasn't spurting blood or yelling. Hysterically.
"I don't think there's much to do here. Nigus has everyone under control." She smoothes her cape and then suggests they return to their apartment."Blair's probably worried." She says with a faint trace of a grin.

She fixes breakfast with half-open eyes and puts it on the table. "SOUL!" She yells, and hammers on his door. Mildly satisfied, she sits down and takes a toast, spreading jelly on it.

Soul heard Maka hammering on his door "Ugh man i've got mega migran, we have to rest up before we fight doesn't she understand that, I mean I not even hungery....." As he was finishing his word his stomach grumble. "I have not chance but to get up and eat." He rolled over anf fell out of bed, He finally stood up and walked out into the kitchen. "Morning Maka sorry I'm just mega tired too bad have u seen Blair yet. Cause suprisingly she wasn't stalking me when i woke up this morning". Soul grabbed a piece of toast and put butter on it.

Soul jumped when Maka told him they were late for school "Well we better get going unless we love being late and I'm sure you don't"? He stuffed the rest of his toast in his mouth and chugged a glass of orange juice. Quickly ran into his room and grabbed his jack. "Come on Maka let's get going".

Maka hurtles into Class Crescent Moon and breathes a puff of exhausted air. Everyone was staring at her. "Soul .. Get in here!" She whispers, turning red in the cheeks, and shuffles inside slowly. Dr. Frankenstein had just begun to write on the board and turned to look at them when Maka seized Soul's shirt and sped to their seat.
((Go ahead and make a Stein char. If you want to, but make sure you have a really good grasp of his personality. If you don't , I will and you can go ahead and have him later on.))

He made a bag out of his skin and sealed him there. now, after so long, the Kishin has woken, and we must destroy him ... Before the world is completely ravaged." He pushed his glasses up and looked at the determined faces of students.

Kid stood at the bottom of the steps with a hateful glare up the steps. 7! The clock was still on 7, if he walked on the ground now it'd be during A-Symmetrical timing! Tightly clenching his fist he'd look down at his watch on the right side. No, he couldn't go to class until it was at 8! This time wasn't acceptable at all! Kid started to pace the bottom of the stairs just waiting for this disgusting hour to run its courses. Liz and Pattie always brought their own kind of entertainment so they remained occupied while Kid waited. "I can't do it, cant cant cant do it!"
