According to legend, when the Greek gods first made humans they were very different than they are now. They had two heads, two ribcages, four arms, four legs, four eyes, two hearts, ext. Everything was doubled. Now, these humans were incredibly powerful. They could move mountains without blinking. But the gods couldn't have this, you see. The gods must always be more powerful than their creations. So, they went down to Earth and cut all these beings in half. Then, they sent great winds and floods to seperate the halves. The human power was not only cut in half; without the other, one's power was reduced to that of the mortals us normal humans are today. The halves sent the rest of their lives searching for their other half, but none of them were reunited. That is the story behind Soul Mates. Now, in modern times, the Greek Gods of Old are dying. As a result, crops fail, acid rain pours down, and new people aren't born. Things like that. In a desperate last attempt at saving themselves, the gods looked to the human race. Were their people who's souls still held the Ancient Power from long ago? If so, could it be unlocked if they were finally reunighted with their other half? Finally finding people who hold this power, the gods begin their plans.

Your an average teen, doing your homework one dreary night when all of a sudden, guys dressed in black cover your mouth and nose in a rag laced with chemicals. You get knocked out. When you wake up, your on the back of a truck, you get a glimpse of some other people before falling back under. However, what is this strange pulling sensation you feel when you looked at one of them? Upon waking up again, you're wrists are tied behind your back, and your ankles are tied as well. You are in a stone room, covered in strange carvings. All of a sudden, a vibrating noice begins resonating, and your body slowly slides towards someone on the other side of the room...
