Introduction
Several years have passed since the Empire fell and was replaced by the new Galactic Republic. On the surface all goes well in this new age of peace and prosperity. However in the shadows a dark power looms, threatening the fragile tranquility. A settlement located on the outer rim has been reporting several kidnappings over the course of the last month and a half. Rumors spread that a sith lord is behind it all. The new Jedi Order has sent a group of padawans, along with Jedi Master Seth Var'koh, to get to the bottom of things.
Rules
1: I am GM, my word is law.
2: I will describe the scenery. So no "mysteriously" seeing things that I didn't say were there.
3: I have control over all NPCs.
4: Absolutely NO god modding, this includes, auto hitting, auto dodging, being all powerful, etc....
5: Romance is alright as long as you don't take away from the enjoyment of the other players.
6: When you submit a character send me a message. If you need to change anything I will let you know.
7: The only playable races are Human, Twi'lek, Zabrak, and Kel'Dor. If you want to play another race run it by me first.
8: When submitting a character try to use the format I use for the NPCs. Please try to include a picture with a description.
9: Keep your character age between 13 and 23.
10: Keep player knowledge separate from character knowledge.
11: If you have any problems or questions post them in OOC.
12: Be at least semi-literate and have some knowledge of Star Wars.
13: These rules are subject to change, depending on how douchie people are.
14: Seth Var'koh is your master in the beginning, unless I say otherwise.
15: Remember to just have fun. :D

My sister's got some RP experience, and she says to give it a few days. Maybe the GM just took a leave of absense and will return.
If he doesn't, I'd be willing to just jump right in with the characters that I've seen. I'd have to start a new RPto be able to accept characters and actually beable to post myself, but we could just jump in as of directly after the Jedi dude was killed... and think of stuff along the way.

yeah, he's a Twi'lek male called Sinde Ven/Sin'Deven.

I suppose I should mention that my girl wouldn't ever consciously turn to the Dark Side. She just doesn't think that peace and kindness solve everything, and isn't above a bit of intimidation, threats, or downright torture if she believes it is necessary. She hates the Dark Side, because in the near future of the RP they kill her master. :p

Jehnesis: Is your character a guy? Because I think I'm gonna make mine a girl, then, just to balance things. Also, i got a character concept that might end up pretty interesting, if I make it work right.

haha that was kind of my point :P the two jedi characters that are ups so far seem very on-the-verge-of-falling-to-the-dark-side so whatever comfort my guy tries to give is obviously going to fall on deaf ears. i really love that idea though, i love playing underdogs in rps. i really hope displacer accepts my character, cause i'm with you skul, i cannot wait for this to start.

:P That might work on some of the more "Jedi" padawans, but my girl "L" is a bit more jaded and cynical than that. You can still try though. I can't wait for this thing to start...although I guess I'll have to. :D

hi guys, i just wanted to say how excited i am to have found this rp! this is exactly the sort of thing that i've been looking for for months. i really hope you'll allow me to be a part of it, i've submitted my character and such, now i can only pray for benevolence :P on the whole "Master Var'koh dying" front, I figure my guy'd try and comfort the other padawans by reminding them that he has become one with the Force, which of course, isn't a very comforting thing to say to grieving people.

Sorry, RydeDawg, but that kind of character just wouldn't fit with my scenario. The idea is that you are a part of the new jedi order. If you want to later become a sith that is fine, but you must start out as a jedi padawan.

I was wondering If it was ok if I created a character that was a Human Mandalorian that was force sensitive so he becomes trained by the Sith because the Mandalorian people hate The Jedi, but he escapes the Sith and becomes a good guy bounty hunter that is somewhat hunted down by the Sith for leaving them.
