Introduction
Set 40 Years After the fall of the Galactic Empire, The New Republic is waning in power, and a New Sith Lord, Lord Verus, has risen in power and has taken over the planet of Ansion. This RP will show the rise of Lord Verus and his army against the New Republic and can possibly span years in length. There will be many battles, as well as academys for students to grow in the force and become powerful Jedi. This will be an extremely large RP and we would like as many people to join as possible. Here is a list of people we would like to have at least:

After receiving word from the Ansion senator that Ansion is in need of a political solution, Master Frel makes his way there. The ship jumps into hyperspeed, and Frel feels a disturbance in The Force. He prepares himself.
As he lands on a landing pad near the capitol building, Frel tells the Republic soldiers to stay in the ship. He walks out onto the ramp, and looks around. Everything is silent. For a moment, it even seems like the grass around him is still. He walks up to the massive, elegant door, and presses a button to enter the door. A hologram pops up, with a man on it.
"Hello, Master Frel. We are expecting you." says the guard.
"Good to see you, it is. Thank you for letting me visit." responds Frel.
"Just a moment and I'll open the door for you." says the guard.
Frel steps back a few steps as the hologram disappears, and the door begins to open. At that moment, Frel gets a bad feeling.

Standing on the other side of the newly opened door, Lord Verus held his lightsaber firmly in his hand. Standing directly behind him was his apprentice, Darth Malefic, holding his lightsaber up to Senator Gaff (The Senator of Ansion). Taking two confident steps foreward, Verus lowered the black hood from his head and turned on the light-saber, it's black glow piercing the night sky. The guard who had opened the door now began to run away, sensing the imminent danger.
Wordlessly, Verus used the dark side of the force to propel the guard of the senator fifty feet in the air, then slammed him down into the ground, head first. The man never had a chance.
Turning back towards Frel, Verus smiled his best smile he could manage. "Master Frel!" Verus said, spitting out the word into two distinct syllables. "It truely is a pleasure to be seeing you here, tonight!"
Wordlessly, Verus used the dark side of the force to propel the guard of the senator fifty feet in the air, then slammed him down into the ground, head first. The man never had a chance.

Malefic stands at attention behind Verus, a neutral expression on his face as he surveyed the scene. The appearance of Master Frel was an unforeseen circumstance, but he knew that Lord Verus was more than a match for him. He kept an eye on the quivering Senator he held at saberpoint. "Now don't be getting any ideas about escaping, Senator. As you've seen with your guard, you wouldn't make it more than 5 steps."
The Senator was visibly shaking now, and Malefic almost chuckled at the sweet taste of fear that radiated off of the pathetic being. One swift movement, and he could easily end the Senator's life, but that wasn't part of the plan... yet. For now, he kept his eye and ear on the exchange between the two Masters, confident that his charge would be going anywhere.

"You should know who I am, Frel." Verus chuckled. "I've heard of you. Searching for centuries, and to find that the 'perfect padawan' is a Gungan? Pity, Yoda chose much better than you."
Verus stood boastfully and walked over to the Jedi. "I...am Lord Verus, and my eagerly waiting Apprentice over there is Darth Malefic." Verus said, motioning to his apprentice. Using the dark side of the force, Verus spoke to Malefic. Do not underestimate him. He may be small, but your training is not yet complete. Await my signal to dispatch the Senator.

Malefic actually chuckled upon hearing Frel's statement. "Peace? You expect us to believe that you would be willing to deal with Sith, even when you have sworn to destroy us all?" He stared at Frel haughtily, mapping out the many possibilities of a potential battle, reaching deep into the Dark Side to feel the intentions of all those around him. The Senator beside him was nothing, less than a bump in the Force, but his Master was bursting to the seams with dark energy, markedly reserved, confident in the situation.
Conversely, Frel was a fountain of light, brimming with power just like the rest of his species. Surprisingly, Malefic felt no overt hostility from the diminutive Jedi, but he suspected he was merely hiding his true intentions until the right moment. "Were I you, I'd refrain from making me laugh again. This lightsaber is awfully close to our Senator friend here, and I'd hate for him to lose his head from a particularly hearty laugh."

Quickly, Verus darted towards Master Frel. Turning on his lightsaber quickly, the black blade swung as fast as possible towards Frel's head.

Master Frel's hand moved quickly to turn on his left saber, just in time to meet Verus'. Then he ignited his right lightsaber. He pushed off Verus' lightsaber. As Frel flipped over Verus, he took a swing at his head.

Malefic flew a dozen feet back from the Force push, but easily righted himself with a burst of dark energy, landing on his feet in a crouch. He stood up just in time to see his Master and Frel exchange a quick flurry of blows, and watched as the Senator made a run for it. He spit on the ground, aggravated, then with a swift motion, threw his activated saber straight at the receding figure.

As Frel noticed the senator fall, his left saber was knocked out of his hand. He curled his lip, and he quickly jumped free from Verus' attacks, and summoned it towards him. He caught it just in time to resume combat.

Leia walked the halls of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, peaking in every other room at various padawan's at various ages. She enjoyed the children and she was glad to see that their training was going well. "I wonder where Luke is?", she said her brother being the busy Jedi master he was, Han had been complaining lately that she was spending too much time at the temple but he got over it quickly. She looked into a class of younglings and smiled how she missed the days when her children where this young. The little ones barely taller then their lightsabers using the force against training remotes, she smiled, "Those helmets are almost to big for them", she said to herself.

Nali was in the corner of the Youngling training room, knowing she was much taller than all the others. She didn't like to be seen by passersby as the tallest, and probably oldest, Youngling in the room. She grasped her lightsaber in a vicelike grip, and slashed viciously at the training dummy she was using, made suitable for her.

Using all of his might, Lord Verus swung at Frel, seeing him disarmed. As he took his lightsaber into his hand, Verus' lightsaber clashed into Frel's, sparking wildly and glowing. Forcing his lightsaber closer towards Frel's Verus summoned all of the Dark Force in him to force his lightsaber into Frel. For such an old being, Verus was honestly taken back the the amount of Light Energy that flowed from his body. He was in fact correct for telling his Padawan not to attack Frel. Alone, he could be defeated. But today, Frel was outnumbered. Breaking from the battle, Verus jumped back next to his Apprentice.

Malefic Force-pulled his lightsaber out of the Senator's charred head back to his hand, acknowledging his Master's message through the Force. Silently, he allowed himself to slide fully into the Dark Side of the Force, rushing forth to meet Frel. If his stature was anything to go by, Frel would probably favor the ridiculous acrobatics of Ataru, but he still played on the defensive, intent on analyzing the Jedi's attack strategy until he noticed an opening, which he could exploit or allow his Master to do the same. If all else failed, he always knew he had an ace up his sleeve, but he was more than confident that their powers combined would easily overpower the diminutive Jedi.

Frel watched closely as Malefic ran towards him, expecting an attack, but no. Darth Malefic was watching Frel like a casting hawk. Frel took the opprotunity.
He raised his right hand, and threw Malefic high into the air. Frel then jumped up to strike.

Malefic allowed Frel to throw him into the air without resistance, waiting patiently for him to move. As Frel leaped straight at Malefic, he intercepted the lightning fast strikes, doing his best not to expend too much energy. In a battle of power, he knew he would win, but he wouldn't be able to hit Frel at the speed he was moving at now, not to mention the amount of Force flowing through him was immense. His best bet would be to allow Frel to wear himself out, then retaliate when the time was right. As the two were about to hit the floor, he aimed a kick at Frel, before flipping himself over.

Nuray was also in the room. He had been asked to help the younglings with their training today. He was not too happy that he had to help, but he was not one to disobey direct orders. He saw the change of aggressiveness in Nali "Hmm... I wonder what has gotten in to her?" he said to himself. He only stopped to think for a second before he looked back in to his book.

Taking the opportunity, Verus ran back to Frel to continue the fight. Raising both his hands, Verus shot out an incredible burst of force lighting at point blank range right at the Jedi. The lightning swarmed and completely covered Frel from all sides.

Malefic grunted as he was slammed against the wall. He grimaced, more from embarrassment than pain, but knowing that he was still not strong enough to take on a full Jedi Master. His own Master had made sure that, while he was powerful, that he would never usurp his Lord... or so he thought. It was the way of the Sith. He slumped against the wall, feigning unconsciousness as he continued to watch the ongoing fight, learning both Lord Verus and Master Frel's fighting styles as best he could, so that next time he might stand a better chance.

Hey everyone, Light Side Mod here. I've been on holiday for the past week, so not much has been done. I do want to say though, that we ought to move this role-play to Facebook. I don't think it's getting enough popularity on this website, and I don't think this is the place for such a massive RP. Now that we have a fan base, I believe we will have a better chance at getting people to join. It will be much easier there, trust me. We can have literally hundreds more characters on Facebook, as well as simply easier roleplaying. The place of Coruscant isn't made.. I don't know how I would miss it but if I did.. It could be the computer's fault if I didn't, but I'm mostly sure of the fact Coruscant isn't a Place. You should make it =) I have almost no idea what to post first..

Kimiko has asked that i fill the position of Han solo. See as now that the role play has started I'm not exactly sure what to post as R2-D2 and C3p0. When you want me to post as the droid duo just let me know. but i think I will take up Han because i'm sure there is plenty of things to do as Han solo.

Yes you can pick up Han Solo. And the way Padawans work is that the person needs to contact an already accepted Jedi and ask for them to be their Jedi Master. If they accept, this is the person you will train under. Please contact me if no Jedi accept.

That's quite alright. The names of any Star Wars characters can get quite confusing. :)
