It was a bright Spring day, one might call it a Magnificent day. Suzuya was quietly gathering his items for the upcoming class, but then he remembered that today they were supposed to be getting four new transfer students. Suzuya had heard that it was going to be 3 girls and 1 boy, but thought maybe the other students were just making rumors.

He fixed his tie in the mirror, smiling at himself. Once fully ready he grabbed his things. "Now, time to wake Kanata." He mumbled exiting his dorm room. Kanata's room was next door to his, and the door was usually open. Suzuya crept inside and crouched next to the sleeping Kanata. "Wakie, Wakie Kanata." he mumbled pinching the boys cheeks.



It was quiet as the red-headed boy sat staring out at the scenery. 'Japan...' he thought.' What a humble atmosphere.' It was Spring, Yoh's favorite season. He had just left his plane and was inside a taxi on his way to Seigatsu Academy. And when there he knew he'd see the thing he came so far to see, The person he wanted to meet again after so long. Maeve Hallas.

All that could be seen of Kanata was his feet and fringes of his white messy locks poking out from either side of the blanket. He was significantly tanlged in the jungle of blankets, sheets and pillows that were piled atop his bed. Lost in the warmth and cushiony-ness, he was out cold, snuggled up and happy. Man did this guy like to sleep, and should anyone interrupt that sleep, there would be a problem. Yet everyday, a particular someone always thought it was a great a idea to disturb him from his slumber. A vaguely familiar voice and the feeling of hands on his face caused Kanata to blink open his eyes in both surprise, and annoyance. As his blue eyes focused and recognized the face and voice, he furrowed his eyebrows and was despite his overwhelming drowsiness, he grabbed Suzuya's wrists, and tugged him downwards before sitting up and moved to put the other male in a headlock. "What did I tell you about waking me up, MOM!" He teased, also attempting to noogie Suzuya' hair with his knuckles.

Maeve~

Maeve let out a sigh. She could hear her roommate across the hall, snoring. Today, Maeve would attempt to sneak out of the dorms after school and go to the park to watch the stars. She loved the spring stars, they reminded her of the only friend she had that made her confident. She couldn't remember his face or even his name, but she could firmly remember that he was probably the best thing for her at the time. Shifting herself out of bed, she went about her morning routine with very little sound, as little sound as she could manage, before leaving the room and running to class.

Her eyes shifted downwards as soon as she was close enough, keeping her line of vision away from anyone who could see. She was easily intimidated these days, almost to the point where she would climb a tree to hide from view. She never did, of course, but she couldn't help the fact that there were very few people she could actually speak out to. She stretched quickly before heading off to her class.

Sakura~

"Hmm.....no that's not right." Sakura said while looking around the room. Clearly something wasn't right. She turned her head to the side examining the wall. Did she perhaps forget something important. Nah, it was probaly just her nervousness getting the best of her. She took the large bag shaped oddly and put it on her bed. Her roomate was out tending to a few things an Sakura? Well she wanted to start the day like she would usually, a little sitar practice and then maybe a jog. "What shall be my for today?...." she said while positioning the sitar like she would. "How about to a gooday...Yeah! Luck to a good day." She then started to hum and string at the instrument to find her starting key.

Suzuya was caught off guard by the suddenly awake Kanata.All at once he was pulled into a headlock and nearly noogied. "Kanata! How many times must I tell you," Suzuya whispered, pushing Kanata forcefully off himself. "I'm not your mom, and I don't like being called that!" He sighed. and walked over to the window, it was bright outside so he pulled open the curtains. "Its a nice day today, Just make sure your not late to Homeroom." Suzuya said and continued on his way. His next thought was to go make sure Maeve, Sakura and Chiyo were up getting ready.

Upon walking, Suzuya's head was turned toward the window so of course he didn't see when he ran into Maeve. "Ahh~ Maeve?" He said realizing he'd just collided with her. "Its not very smart to be walking, with your head down." He said scratching the back of his neck. "Do you perhaps know if Sakura and Chiyo are awake yet?" he asked, bending down to her level.



'Finally, here at last..' Yoh thought to himself. There it was, standing in front of him. Seigatsu Academy. He had to resist the urge to start running when he got out. His face was stoic, no expression at all, as it always was. Yoh quietly walked toward the building, ignoring any comments or sideways glances he received. He let out a sigh of relief when he finally got inside, and headed straight for the office.

The teachers were surprised to see a boy of his caliber. One of the teachers, particularly one with messy blue hair and glasses, put his hand out. "You must be the new student?"

"...Yes.." Yoh muttered and forced a smile.

A shorter man with brownish hair pushed from the beck. "Nice to meet you, I'm Naoshi your teacher. Follow me." Yoh bowed to the short man and followed him into the hall. 'I'm almost to you...' He thought.

Chiyo awoke sleepily her eyes blinking to the soft light that filtered through the room window. The small petite girl who looked like an angel with all her light colored hair floating around her face, and those bright blue eyes that looked like they reflected the skies color was actually a devil. Metaphorically of course. She opened her mouth in a yawn before rolling off the bed to land on the floor with a solid thump. "Ouch. Stupid floor." She picked herself up and meandered into the bathroom to prepare.

Several minutes later she stepped out of the dorm room without a word. Her hair was carefully brushed out and her uniform was nicely pressed. Everything was perfect except for her mood. She grumbled the enitre way down to the courtyard and when she got there she peered about with a formidable glare probably still half asleep. She took a seat on the fountain and pulled out her notebook and pen, glancing up at the sky.

She wanted to document a few facts about star movement that happened last night. Perhaps it would make her mood improve considerably. She sighed in resignation and wondered slightly where Maeve and Sakura were off too. "Sakura is probably in the room. I wonder if they have seen the guys." She looked towards the dorms thoughtfully before shrugging and continuing on with her documentation.

Maeve~

Maeve hadn't realized she had walked into someone until it was too late. Once down, her head snapped up and she flushed a deep red, completely ashamed of what she had done.

"O-oh gosh, S-Suzuya-san, I-I-I'm sorry." She panicked while looking at her classmate. "I-I think Sakura m-may be awake... Chiyo s-should be up s-soon if she isn't a-already." Curse her stupid stuttering, she thought. It wasn't as if she had a choice in it... at least, not much of a choice in it. She hadn't been able to stop stuttering her whole life, no matter what she did. She pushed herself off the floor, quickly dusting off her skirt and giving a small smile to Suzuya.

"E-Excuse me, but I h-have to get to c-class. G-Goodbye." With that, she moved around him and off to the classroom. Still, she couldn't quite understand why she had a feeling of excitement in her. Perhaps it was just a good morning.

Suzuya looked awkwardly at Maeve as she quickly answered him and then ran off. "Alright then!" He yelled to her, in a concerned voice. The brunette frowned. "Ah~ That girl, never careful. I wonder if she'll be alright." He continued walking and soon after passed by Chiyo. He abruptly stopped.

"Ah, Chiyo. I was looking for you." He said smiling at her. Of course it was a forced smile but he hoped she wouldn't notice. "We should be getting to class, don't want to be late." Suzuya said, turning away just in time as his smile faded. He bit his lip and started walking slowly, free for her to follow him.

Chiyo glanced up having just gotten to the part about the moon before she recognized that beautifully familiar face. She would have panicked save fact that her hands were occupied. Instead, she took a breath and smiled nodding her head. "Hello Suzuya. I was just wondering where you, Ah, I mean the others were off too. Definitely don't want to be late." She fumbled around picking up her things to hurry and catch up. Not that she was going to follow him to class like a lost puppy. No sir! Just the opposite. Right? She blushed and finally got her notebook to go into it's proper place in her bag.

She jumped up and plopped after him trying to gauge the distance that would seem fair enough to him and yet not seem like she was following him. She tried to look anywhere but him which was difficult enough a task. She finally spoke up trying to break her awkward silence. "So! The day's quite nice. How are you and Kanata? Kanata must've gave you a hard time this morning. He looks like the time to not wanna wake up. I guess I'm kinda like that. Never really was a morning person." She chuckled but inwardly screamed at herself. Why couldn't she be normal around this boy? It was hard enough not to lose her temper and start breaking things and now she was rambling on like a nervous fan girl. Where was her charm?

Chiyo raised a hand to her stressed face to try and rub some sense into her mind. This was going to be another long day. Ever since she had met this person, everywhere she turned he was there and she felt like a stalker but that was surely not the case. It was a total coincidence. Now, to make matters worse she felt like a school girl who just met her first crush. Great. Just great.

Sakura~

After realizing how long she had been playing her instrument she jumped out of the room and dashed out. She then had to go back to the room to lock the door. "Hehe....oops." She looked at the clock wondering if Maeve and Chiyo had already gotten a head start on the day. She started to run off wondering where her friends might be. She had to stop and think. "Well...they can't be around here.....Oh....Maybe if i jog around a bit... Yeah lets do it!" She said happyly while dashing around. Hopefully her odd sense of direction would lead her in the right direction. She looked around eagerly to find her friends but then tripped over her foot and slipped. She then saw Maeve and smiled. She jumped up from the ground and jumped around the girl. "Time! Playing sitar! Lost track! Gonna be late! Hurry!" She then stopped after letting out a sigh.

Maeve~

"S-Sakura! B-Breathe!" Maeve said, putting a hand on the shorter girl's shoulder. "Y-You're not g-going to be l-late. W-we have time." With that, Maeve took a deep breathe to calm her nerves before letting go of Sakura. She took a step around Sakura before taking a few steps toward the classroom, which was now within sight. She turned back to Sakura and smiled.

"L-Let's go. I-I have a g-good f-feeling about today."

Kanata just wore a lopsided grin as he sat back and Suzuya complained yet again about being called mom. Of course it was just a joke and was never meant to hurt his friends feelings. He never understood how people's feelings could get hurt by an innocent joke or prank. Running his hand through his hair and ruffling the bed head from it. He waved a hand dismissively at Suzuya's warning about not being late. Hopping out of bed, he took a quick shower and threw on his uniform and finished the rest of his morning routine. By the time he was done, he slung his backpack over his shoulder and darted off down the hall, skidding to a stop as he turned the corner and almost ran directly into a pair of girls. "Woah!" He exclaimed, stopping on his toes and moving to step around them. "Excuse me ladies. Can't afford to be late again." He flashed an easy smile, offered a quick, casual wave and continued down the hall, dashing into his homeroom just seconds before the bell would ring.

Sakura~

Sakura calmed down and took a deep breath. She gave a nervous laugh and looked at Maeve. "Hehe guess i was in too much of a hurry to calm down.....Ok im ready to go to class now." She then started to take a few steps toward the classroom but still kept Maeve in her sight. "A good feeling? Thats silly. What has you feeling like that? Maybe your fortune with come true or something!"
