It's been over ahundred years since the evil Corporation S.I.N. was deafeted. Sagat and Bison took the underground path and participated in small tournaments till they passed. Ryu and Ken headed to the mountains to train with there old master Gouki. He has now passed and the two live in elderly lives in the mountain. Unfortunatly they have retired there bands and haven't fought in a great many years. That also means they haven't tuaght the legendary hadouken. All other fighters in the world seperated and died off.
A new enemy has rissen though...A evil General that has the exact same powers as Bison. Few is known on this man besides his name. He goes by General Yao. He has organized the first Street Fighting compatition in years. He's decided to have it in china...Are you up for it!?
