Introduction

There's a city where the adults control everything. Children are constantly monitored by cameras, microphones, and tracking devices hooked up everywhere. The adults think it's to get the kids the best they can get, but the kids feel like their locked inside a giant jail. But, inside this city of chains and crazy parents, there's one refuge for the kids. It's called Study Hall and it's the only place in the city where kids can be kids. Good music, unmonitored television, and unlimited fun. It's the only place where there's no cameras, no parents, and no rules.
