Power: William has power over what he likes to call War Flames, being black in color as opposed to the normal red and orange. Unlike normal fire he can create and manipulate it to his will, even make it considerably hotter then normal. With one flick of the wrist he can set fire to an entire town and make the flame appear wherever he wants it to, meaning it does not have to originate from his body.

Personality

William is an arrogant, ruthless and methodical individual. He openly belittles and taunts people while planning what steps to take in a matter of seconds. Entirely power driven, he stops at nothing to prove his superiority over both humans and Swans. He fights with ferocity and often extreme cruelty, rarely intending to kill until his target has been disabled and humiliated, while frequently allowing enemies more than one chance to kill him.
