Description

A highly skilled former assassin/mercenary with expert skills in almost all weaponry used by humanoids. The son of vampire parents, he lives off artificial serums to extend his vampiric life. He was hired by vampires and humans alike for assassinations for the past 50 years. Recently, after vampire and humans began to show increased aggression and tension towards each other, he sought out to kill anyone who would disrupt the peace....

Personality

Despite having a cold and hard exterior, Rafael is idealistic, and revolutionary. Having lived most of his life in secrecy, he began to admit that humans and vampires cannot live together. After denouncing his associations with criminal ganglords, he chooses to devote his life into establishing a world where humans and vampires are permanently secluded. Although being a vampire, he is often sympathetic towards humans.

His main weapon is usually a silenced VSS sniper rifle.

History
